SRP 30
SRP 30 is fixed to self-propelled row straddling machines for the
cultivation of large lots. The advanced recovery system on SRP 30
enables the recovery of up to 95% of the wasted drops that do not
hit the target. Drift containment, and hence the environmental impact
reduction, are ensured by an advanced system of tunnel shielding and
air filtering. The spraying unit is made up of mirror shields with lamellar
wall. SRP 30 has been designed to fit any type of system thanks to the
25° vertical and 30° horizontal inclination, by finding the right point of
penetration. The adjustment of the fan revolutions ensures an excellent
penetration even into great leaf densities.
The V-TRACK TRS 32 self-propelled grape harvesting machine is the result of a
project that sees the collaboration of BARGAM SpA and a French leading company
operating in the field of AUTOMATIC GRAPE HARVESTING MACHINES. The experience
of both companies has led to the creation of a COMPACT and VERSATILE self-propelled
machine. Thanks to the exhaustiveness of the V-TRACK TRS 32 technologies, this
machine represents the best product available to users.

V-TRACK TRS 32 vendimiadora automotriz es el resultado de un proyecto generado
gracias a la colaboración entre BARGAM spa y una empresa líder francesa para la
producción de VENDIMIADORAS AUTOMÁTICAS. La experiencia de ambas empresas
permitió la creación de una maquina automotriz COMPACTA y VERSÁTIL. Lo completo
de las características técnicas del V-TRACK TRS 32 nos permite declarar que hemos
unido lo mejor que hoy en día requieren los usuarios.
SRP 30 se aplica a máquinas automotrices sobre líneas para
trabajar en parcelas de grandes dimensiones. El avanzado sistema de
recuperación instalado en el SRP 30 permite recuperar hasta el 95%
de las pérdidas de gotas que no dieron en el blanco. La limitación de
la deriva y, como consecuencia la disminución del impacto ambiental,
se garantizan mediante un avanzado sistema de blindaje del túnel y
filtración del aire. La unidad de pulverización incluye protecciones
especulares con pared laminar. SRP 30 se proyectó para adaptarse a
cualquier instalación gracias a la inclinación de los difusores de aire de
25° en dirección vertical y de 30° en dirección horizontal, identificando
el punto de penetración correcto. La regulación de las revoluciones del
rotor asegura una penetración optimal incluso en caso de follaje muy
espeso.
V-TRACK
V-TRACK PTA is the result of BARGAM’s experience in the field of self-
propelled machines. It allows farm operators to perform several tasks in a single
operation. Thanks to its PORTABLE TOOL CARRIER FRAME, designed to be fixed
to the BASE FRAME, it can operate with tools applied both in the internal and
external central part and in the rear part.
Inter row machines can be housed in the central part for cultivation and
grass cutting for those who adopt the ORGANIC farming methods. In a more
advanced position of the central part, towards the cabin, there is a support for
PREPRUNERS or LEAF STRIPPERS.
Both hydraulic back LIFTING DEVICES (positioned behind the two wheels) allow
the easy application of equipment with category 1 standard three point linkage:
harrows, shredders, cultivators, cutters, etc.
In other words, this is a machine designed to work simultaneously with several
tools for the maintenance of INTENSIVE VINEYARDS AND OLIVE GROVES.
The TOUCH-CONTROL system has been designed and installed
directly on the V-TRACK in order to allow the automatic alignment
of the applied tools to the row of vines.
V-TRACK PTA se proyectó gracias a la experiencia BARGAM en la producción de
máquinas automotrices y permite que los operadores agrícolas puedan efectuar
más trabajos con un único paso. Gracias al BASTIDOR PORTAHERRAMIENTAS
TRANSPORTABLE proyectado para aplicarse al CHASIS BÁSICO, puede funcionar
con herramientas instaladas tanto en la parte central interna y externa como en
la parte trasera.
En la parte central se pueden alojar máquinas intercepas para labranza y corte
de hierba para los que efectúan una producción BIOLÓGICA. Siempre en la
parte central, pero en posición más delantera hacia la cabina, se contempla un
soporte para utilizar MÁQUINAS PREPODADORAS o DESFOLIADORES.
Los dos LEVANTAMIENTOS HIDRÁULICOS traseros (instalados exactamente
detrás de las ruedas) permiten la fácil aplicación de equipos con conexión
de 3 puntos estándares de categoría 1: Gradas, Trituradoras, Cultivadoras,
Fresadoras, etc.
En una palabra, es la primera máquina que se proyectó para trabajar al mismo
tiempo con más equipos idóneos para el mantenimiento de VIÑAS y OLIVARES
INTENSIVOS.

The new automatic control system of the work height from ground, independently of the installed tools, and the
ELECTRONIC LEVEL, allow the automatic adjustment of the V-TRACK on all types of ground. This technology
also allows the manual control of the levelling in the travelling direction.

herramientas montadas, junto al NIVEL ELECTRÓNICO, permite adaptar el V-TRACK de manera automática

El sistema TOUCH-CONTROL se proyectó y se instaló directamente

The ZRP LONG shaker, which represents the core of our grape
harvesting machines, has been manufactured in order to reduce
the impact against the product to the minimum, thus obtaining
products that are perfectly clean from vegetable impurities. All
shakers are equipped with the QUICK-FIT fixing system, which
facilitates maintenance. This system can be fitted with a STOP
sensor that detects the presence of large supporting posts.
