the sacraments. There are no exceptions to this rule.

From the pastor’s desk
My good friends,
The picture on page 2 is of our prayer group in
Spanish on Tuesday evenings. Last Tuesday was
magnificent! As you know, Sister Alice, now full time
with Blessed Sacrament, is hoping to work with the
pastoral team here to do a number of different things…
in English (thank God!!) Our community is building
nicely. Alleluia! The summer months are usually used
for preparation and rest (even though Sister’s ‘camp’ is
anything but that…LOL) when September rolls around,
I hope everyone from the English masses is ready for a
new Pentecost.

Summer Camp with Sister Alice:
We will again offer two weeks of a spiritfilled and religious summer camp.
Beginning Monday July 11th and ending
July 22.
Camp is open to any child from Catholic School,
CCD, and Sunday liturgy of the Word group who
leave mass and go to the school to study the gospel.
The cost will be only $25 for each child each week.
We will walk up to PS 7 each day for lunch. Camp
will go from 8:30am mass until 4pm. Registration
will begin next week. Please mark your calendar.
Two thousand Hail Mary’s:
God bless all our graduates. May their futures be
guided by His hand. As you well know, it is my belief
that their ‘tomorrows’ will be more peaceful and more
happy if they journey with the Lord. Sunday Eucharist
is not an option. It is a MUST.
Please remember all the priests who have served in
this wonderful parish today on Father’s day. You are
the only family many of them ever had. God do
something nice for all our fathers today.
Apartments, jobs, etc…
We all know well the
plight of the undocumented. And then again, there are
many of us who are American Citizens born, raised,
and educated right here in the greatest country in the
world. And we fall on hard times.
If you have a room and don’t plan on making an
unnecessary amount of money on it (the rent is ‘doable’) or any kind of a job taking care of elderly, or
children, or maintenance etc….please let me know.
We have quite a few good people that are desperate in
these difficult times.
Blessed Sacrament’s Donation for Ecuador
Earthquake: Did I tell you that we collected almost
$6,000 at the doors of the church? All of it is gone to

Saturday of each month. On Saturday, July 2, we

Sacrament, por
mas de 35 años,
tenemos uno de los grupos ejemplares de toda la
diócesis. Cada martes después de la misa, compartimos
música excelente, enseñanzas interesantes y ortodoxas,
y testimonios que han cambiado vidas y familias. Si no
todos los martes, quizás una o dos veses al mes,
acompáñanos. Les esperamos con brazos abiertos.
Voy a hablar en boletines futuros de todos los
diferentes grupos de Blessed Sacrament. Pero nuestro
grupo Cristo la Roca te espera con brazos abiertos.

Día de los padres: favor de recordar a todos los
domingos no es una ‘sugerencia’ sino un
mandamiento. Ustedes saliendo ahora de sus High
Schools, College, o con Master’s Degree, hagas ahora
un compromiso de caminar siempre como un fiel
amigo de Cristo. Esto es un momento muy especial y

centavos….pues yo estoy rezando que nuestro Dios te

Campamento de verano con la Hermana
Alicia: del 11 de julio hasta el 22, lunes a viernes,
sacerdotes quienes han servido a Blessed Sacrament.
Muchos de esos hombres amaban a nuestra parroquia
porque no tenían familia más que nosotros. Curas
vivos y muertos, que Jesús nos haga algo especial hoy.
Y por todos los padres, abuelos, padrinos, les
regalamos la cosa más preciosa hoy, nuestras oraciones
en la santa Eucaristía. Padre Santo en los cielos,
gracias por la bendición de nuestros padres.
empezamos con la misa 8:30am y terminamos a las
4pm. Este es un ‘camp’ espiritual. Abrimos
registración a los estudiantes de la escuela católica,
catecismo, y también del grupo de niños quienes
estudian la palabra de la misa los domingos con la
hermana Alicia. Registración empieza la semana que
viene.

Dedicate Annual Memorial Candles, as a beautiful

marías. Después de reflexionar sobre las
enseñanzas de nuestra Virgen de Fátima, vamos a usar
los primeros sábados de cada mes para unirnos en esta
devoción mariana.

rezamos en el sótano de la iglesia – en la capilla abajo.
Si quisieras ayudar en rezar un parte del rosario, favor
de dejar un mensaje para nuestro diacono en
