With reference to our circular 16/2016 dated 27/04/2016, please find ENCLOSED the new official
forms to be used for international Working Champion title (C.I.T.) applications (to be sent to
[email protected]) as from 01/05/2016:
1) annex 6a): updated form (no longer valid for Earth dogs from groups 3&4)
2) annex 6f): new form (for Earth dogs only)

En référence à notre circulaire 16/2016 du 27/04/2016, veuillez trouver CI-JOINT les nouveaux
formulaires à utiliser pour les demandes de titre de Champion International de Travail (C.I.T.) (à
envoyer à [email protected]) à partir du 01/05/2016 :
1) annexe 6a) : formulaire modifié (plus valable pour les Chiens de déterrage des groupes 3&4)
2) annexe 6f) : nouveau formulaire (pour les Chiens de déterrage uniquement)

Formulare für Internationale Arbeitschampionstitelanträge (C.I.T.) (zu retournieren an
[email protected]) ab dem 01.05.2016:
1) Anlage 6a): abgeändertes Formular (nicht mehr gültig für Erdhunde der Gruppen 3&4)
2) Anlage 6f): neues Formular (ausschließlich für Erdhunde)

Con referencia a nuestra circular 16/2016 del 27/04/2016, les rogamos encontrar ADJUNTO los
nuevos formularios para solicitudes de Campeón Internacional de Trabajo (C.I.T.) (a enviar a
[email protected]) a partir del 01/05/2016:
1) Anexo 6a): formulario enmendado (ya no es válido para Perros de madriguera de los grupos
3&4)
2) Anexo 6f): nuevo formulario (para Perros de madriguera únicamente)
