Reglamento
Rules
La XVII SEMANA INTERNACIONAL DE CICLISMO MASTERS se compone de las pruebas:
• 5 de octubre 2014: XX Copa de Europa de Masters.
• 6 de octubre 2014: XVIII Trofeo Internacional de Masters Llucmajor.
• 8-10 de octubre 2014: XVII Challenge Vuelta a Mallorca para Masters.
ARTICULO 1º.- Además de los premios que se entregarán en cada una de las pruebas, se establecen DOS GRANDES PREMIOS, uno para cada una de las carreras que se disputan: Master
50 & 60 y Master 30 & 40, que obtendrá el ciclista que haya conseguido la mejor clasificación
por puntos en las tres pruebas, de acuerdo con el reglamento que regirá la competición. Para
tener acceso al Gran Premio, será condición indispensable el haberse inscrito y clasificado en
las tres pruebas que componen la XVII SEMANA INTERNACIONAL DE CICLISMO MASTERS.
Este Gran Premio, gentileza de Air Europa, consiste en billetes de avión para dos personas a
Mallorca para las fechas del evento en la edición 2015 (en caso de que los vencedores sean
mallorquines, los viajes serían a las Islas Canarias, fechas a convenir con Air Europa). La entrega de este Gran Premio será el colofón final de la fiesta de clausura que se celebrará el viernes
10 de octubre (lugar pendiente de definir).
ARTICULO 2º.- Como en las diferentes pruebas el sistema de competición por categorías es
diferente, para la clasificación del Gran Premio se tendrán en cuenta las clasificaciones resultantes de las categorías siguientes: MASTER-30, MASTER-40, MASTER-50, MASTER-60. Los
corredores de M-35 formarán parte de la categoría M-30 y así sucesivamente, por lo que en el
caso de la Copa de Europa se puntuará según el orden de entrada por Meta de cada carrera. La
Challenge se puntuará según el puesto obtenido en la clasificación general.
ARTICULO 3º.- Se adjudicarán los siguientes puntos a las cinco categorías mencionadas en el
Art. 2º del presente reglamento, de acuerdo con la clasificación individual obtenida. El corredor
que obtenga mayor número de puntos en la suma de las tres clasificaciones, será el ganador del
Gran Premio. Cabe resaltar que se ha establecido una puntuación diferente para cada prueba
en función de su dificultad y prestigio.

ARTICULO 4º.- Caso de empate entre dos o más corredores en el cómputo final de las diferentes clasificaciones, el ganador del Gran Premio será el corredor que hubiera obtenido mejor
clasificación en su categoría (M-30, M-40, M-50, M-60) en la clasificación final de la XVII Challenge Vuelta a Mallorca para Masters.
En el caso extremo de tener que desempatar esta eventualidad, se decidirá el ganador del Gran
Premio, por la suma de puntos obtenidos en las clasificaciones de cada una de las tres pruebas
que componen la XVII Challenge Vuelta a Mallorca para Masters, de acuerdo con el baremo de
puntos establecido en el Art.-3 de este reglamento.
NOTA: La organización sabe de la dificultad que comporta adjudicar un Gran Premio a un solo
corredor, computando diferentes pruebas, de características muy diferentes cada una de ellas
y en las que participan corredores de diversas categorías, con unas diferencias de edad considerables. Por tanto, nuestra intención es simple y llanamente, otorgar el premio a los dos corredores de la XVII SEMANA INTERNACIONAL DE CICLISMO MASTERS, que haya obtenido la
mayor puntuación según el reglamento que aquí se ha desarrollado.

ARTICULO 1º.- La entidad Unisport Consulting - Germatur
Gestión S.L. con C.I.F. B -57164303, domiciliada en Palma de
Mallorca, c/ Gremi Sabaters, 21, 3º, oficina A37, organiza con la
autorización de la Federació de Ciclisme de les Illes Balears (en
adelante FCIB) de acuerdo con sus reglamentos de carreras y
el presente, debidamente aprobado, la carrera denominada XX
COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS que se disputará por categorías, el día 5 de Octubre de 2014 y con carácter internacional.
ARTICULO 2º.- El mero hecho de inscribirse en esta prueba supone la aceptación del presente
reglamento. La participación en la prueba está bajo la responsabilidad y propio riesgo de los
participantes. El participante en el momento de su inscripción manifiesta encontrarse físicamente apto para la prueba. La Organización se reserva el derecho de realizar las modificaciones
oportunas, cuando lo estime necesario. Y así mismo, se Reserva el Derecho de Admisión.
- ARTICULO 3º.- La carrera está reservada exclusivamente a varones de cualquier país del
mundo que posean la licencia Master UCI del 2014, expedida por su correspondiente Federación Nacional y que reúna las condiciones de edad para participar en cualquiera de las categorías que se especifican en el artículo siguiente. Según el artículo 1.2.052 del reglamento UCI:
Los equipos nacionales, equipos regionales y equipos de club y sus corredores, NO PUEDEN
TOMAR LA SALIDA EN UNA COMPETICIÓN EN EL EXTRANJERO SI NO TIENEN UNA AUTORIZACION DE PARTICIPACIÓN ESCRITA Y HECHA POR SU FEDERACION (excepto los

duración de validez y el (los) corredor (es) concernido (s). Las inscripciones se consideran definitivas por lo que en el caso de no poder participar, solamente se procederá a la devolución del
100% del importe pagado si se presenta justificante médico, en un plazo anterior a 1 semana
antes de la prueba y del 75% del importe en un plazo inferior a 1 semana, en caso de no presentación de justificante médico no se realizará la devolución del importe de la inscripción. Las
inscripciones son estrictamente personales e intransferibles, no pueden ser utilizadas por otra
persona diferente de la inscrita. No es posible la sustitución de un participante por otro. Para retirar los dorsales y las placas numeradas cada participante deberá presentar la licencia original,
así como efectuar el pago de los derechos de inscripción.
ARTICULO 4º.- La carrera está reservada a los corredores MASTER y SENIOR con licencia del
año en curso según el siguiente baremo de edades:

The XVII MASTERS CYCLING WEEK INTERNATIONAL consists of the following races:
• October 5th: 20th European Masters Cup.
• October 6th: 18th International Masters Trophy Llucmajor.
• October 8th – 10th: 17th Challenge-Tour of Majorca for Masters.
ARTICLE 1.- In addition to the prizes awarded for each of the trials, there will also be TWO
GRAND PRIZES; one for each of the races disputed: Master 50 & 60 y Master 30 & 40,
which will be awarded to the cyclist who has participated and achieved the finest point classification in the three trials of the 16th International Masters Cycling Week. Participants will
be informed prior to the trial.
The Grand Prize, courtesy of Air Europa, consists of planes ticket for two people to Majorca
coinciding with next year’s edition of this event (if winners are Majorcans the prize holiday
will be in the Canary Islands and the dates may be chosen prior consultation with Air Europa). This Grand Prize will be delivered at the closing ceremony, which will be celebrated on
Friday October 10th (place to be defined).
ARTICLE 2.- Although the system of categories in the competition is different for each event,
only qualifications resulting from the categories MASTER-30, MASTER-40, MASTER-50,
MASTER-60 will be taken into account to qualify for the Grand Prize. The M-35 corridor will
be part of the category M-30 and so on, so that in the case of the European Cup will be scored in the order of entry of every race. The Challenge will be scored according to the position
obtained in the overall standings.
ARTICLE 3.- The following points will be awarded to the four categories mentioned in Article
2 of these regulations, in accordance with the individual qualification obtained. The rider
obtaining the highest number of points in the total of three qualifications will be the winner
of the Grand Prize. It should be mentioned that different points are being awarded for each
event according to its difficulty and importance.

ARTICLE 4.- Should two or more riders draw in the final computation of the different qualifications, the winner of the Grand Prize will the rider obtaining the best qualification in his category (M-30, M-40, M-50, M-60 ) in the final qualification of the Challenge Tour of Majorca.
In the unlikely event that this still does not resolve the draw, the winner of the Grand Prize
will be decided by the number of points obtained in the qualifications for each of the three
events in the Challenge Tour of Majorca, in accordance with the table of points established
in Article 4 of these regulations.
NOTE: The organisation is aware of the difficulty of awarding a Grand Prize to one rider, the
calculation having to take into account completely different events, various categories and
riders in a wide age range. Our intention, therefore, is giving the prize to the two riders in the
INTERNATIONAL MASTERS CYCLING WEEK who obtained the highest score according
to the rules developed here.
ARTICLE 1.- Unisport Consulting - Germatur Gestión S.L.
with N.I.F. B 57164303, domiciled in Palma de Mallorca, c/
Gremi Sabaters, 21 - 3º A37, organizes, with the authorisation of the Federation of Cycling of Balearic Islands (FCIB)
and in accordance with its race regulations together with the
present, duly approved regulations, the race denominated as
the 20TH EUROPEAN MASTERS ROAD RACE CUP, of an
international character, which will be disputed in Categories,
on the 5th October 2014.
ARTICLE 2.- The fact of being registered in the event implies the acceptance of this contract.
Participation in the events is under the responsibility and sole risk of the participants. The
participant at the time of enrollment manifests to be physically fit for this event.
Organization reserves the right to make appropriate changes, when for any reason it deems
necessary. And also, the Right of Admission is reserved.
ARTICLE 3.- Participation in the race is reserved exclusively to males of any country in
the world in possession of an UCI 2014 Masters licence, to be sent by their corresponding
National Federation, who fulfil the age requirements stipulated for each category outlined in
the following article.
According to article 1.2.052 of the UCI regulations all national, regional and club teams, their
racers WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE ABROAD UNLES WRITTEN CONSENT
ISSUED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE FEDERATION AUTHORISING SAID PARTICIPATION IS
PRESENTED (teams and racers pertaining to the Organizing Federation are excluded from
this clause). Said authorisation should outline the validity of the same and the name of the
cyclist(s) to wich it applies.
Registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. The paid amount will be 100%
reimbursed just when a medical justification is presented within a period earlier than one
week before the event, and 75% of amount in less than 1 week before the event. In case of
no showing a medical proof, refund will not be made.
Registration is strictly personal and not transferable, cannot be used by a different person
than the registered. The substitution of one participant by another is not possible.
In order to receive the bib number and plates, each participant must submit the original
license and make the payment of registration fees.

ARTICULO 5º.- La XX COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS constará de cuatro carreras que
englobarán las categorías cada una de ellas: SENIOR/M30/M35, M40/M45, M50/M55 y M60/
M65. Se establecerá una clasificación final para cada categoría.
ARTICULO 6º.- El recorrido de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS discurrirá por un circuito semiurbano de 12,7 Km. de longitud que irá por la primera línea de y calles urbanas de
la Platja de Palma, Ma-6012, S’Aranjassa, Ma- 6011, para girar con dirección a Palma, Ca’n
Pastilla hasta enlazar de nuevo con la primera línea de la Platja de Palma por C/ Goleta, como
indica en el plano. Se establecen el siguiente número de vueltas al circuito para cada carrera:
SENIOR/MASTER-30/MASTER 35 7 vueltas 88,9 Km.
MASTER-40/MASTER 45 6 vueltas 76,2 Km.
ARTICULO 7º.- Los corredores deberán presentarse en el lugar de salida de la carrera, como
mínimo, con 30 minutos de antelación a la hora señalada, para proceder a la firma de control
que se cerrará 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista del inicio de la prueba, todo retraso
acarreará penalización.
ARTICULO 8º.- El uso del doble dorsal es obligatorio para todos los corredores, al igual
que la placa del cuadro de la bicicleta, los cuales serán suministrados por la organización.
La placa del cuadro y el dorsal, en ningún caso, serán recortados, reducidos o mutilados de
alguna manera. Todo corredor que durante la prueba se presente en la meta con un dorsal
mal colocado, mal prendido con alfileres, deshilado o tapado con la camiseta, con la mochila
o con el impermeable, podrá no ser clasificado.
ARTICULO 9º.- Aunque no se establece una clasificación por equipos, los corredores participantes podrán ser seguidos por un vehículo con el Director Deportivo.
- Para poder seguir la carrera como Director Deportivo deberá tener un mínimo de 3 corredores participantes en la carrera y estar en posesión de la correspondiente licencia federativa,
la cual deberá coincidir con el mismo club de los corredores a representar.
- Los corredores del mismo equipo podrán ser auxiliados por sus directores deportivos o en
su ausencia por los coches neutros puestos a disposición por la organización.
- El orden de coches se establecerá por sorteo en la reunión de directores del día 4 de octubre
a las 19 horas, en la oficina permanente.
- Todo vehículo seguidor deberá ir provisto de la correspondiente placa distintiva que les facilite la Organización de la prueba, sin cuyo requisito no podrá seguir la carrera. Queda prohibida
la distribución de cualquier clase de propaganda comercial desde los vehículos seguidores.
- La persona que conduce el vehiculo seguidor de equipo será una persona con licencia federativa en vigor. - Todos los seguidores de la carrera atenderán a las instrucciones que haya dado la Organización de la misma, y a las que durante el desarrollo de la prueba transmita el Jurado Técnico
o el Director Técnico de la Carrera. Cuando el Jurado Técnico enarbole la bandera roja,
ningún vehículo podrá adelantar al coche de éste.
- Los corredores y coches de equipo que deban parar para hacer las reparaciones de averías, deberán detenerse siempre a la derecha de la carretera. Del mismo modo, las reparaciones, avituallamiento líquido y observaciones del director, deberán ser efectuados siempre
y obligatoriamente a la altura del coche del director deportivo y siempre por detrás del coche
del Presidente del Jurado Técnico.
ARTICULO 10º.- DESVÍO DE VEHÍCULOS. Salvo los vehículos de Dirección de Carrera,
Jueces, Cronometradores, Servicio Médico y otros que considere oportuno la organización, todos los demás vehículos seguidores deberán tomar obligatoriamente la desviación
prevista por la Organización. Si en alguna etapa no hay desviación, los vehículos deberán
circular en fila de a uno por la derecha y en todo momento atenderán las instrucciones de
la Dirección de Carrera.
ARTICULO 11º.- Los corredores podrán ser avituallados desde los vehículos de sus directores deportivos, mediante bolsas o bidones. Los corredores deberán descolgarse hasta la
altura de los coches de sus Directores Deportivos. El avituallamiento se efectuará detrás de
los vehículos de Dirección de Carrera y en ningún caso dentro del pelotón o en la cola del
mismo. Si se ha formado un grupo de escapados, está autorizado el avituallamiento en la cola
de este grupo. Está prohibido el avituallamiento en los últimos 10 Km.
ARTICULO 12º.- Todo corredor que por motivos de carrera o porque abandonase la competición queda fuera de la capsula de seguridad y no tiene derecho al paso por línea de meta. Este
corredor, salvo en caso de accidente corporal o de mal estar agudo, en cuyo caso será atendido
por los servicios médicos, deberá llegar hasta la línea de meta por sus propios medios y será responsable de su propia seguridad debiendo respetar las normas de circulación vigentes.
ARTICULO 13º.- La clasificación final individual de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS se establecerá para cada una de las nueve categorías definidas en el Art.-4º del presente reglamento y según el puesto que ocupen los corredores en el último paso por línea de
meta de su respectiva carrera.
ARTICULO 14º.- Los 5 primeros clasificados de cada categoría estarán obligados a presentarse en el podium para la correspondiente entrega de premios, bajo pena de perderlos en
caso de no presentarse. Se les hará entrega de diplomas al 4º y 5º clasificados y medallas a
los 3 primeros clasificados, Al ganador, además, se le impondrá el maillot de la Copa de Europa y se le entregará su correspondiente trofeo. La entrega de premios de las dos carreras de
la mañana se realizará después de la carrera de SENIOR, Master-30/Master-35, y la entrega
de premios de la dos carrera de la tarde después de la carrera de los Master 40/Master-45.
ARTICULO 15º.- La Organización de la prueba no se hace responsable de los accidentes de
que pudieran ser causa o victimas los corredores o seguidores de la carrera, así como tampoco de las deudas que pudieran contraer y en ningún caso del extravío de material deportivo.
ARTICULO 16º.- Para el desarrollo de esta carrera se atenderá a lo reglamentado por la
normativa vigente de la Federació de Ciclisme de les Illes Balears, tanto en el aspecto técnico
como en las sanciones. Los corredores, directores deportivos y personal auxiliar de los equipos participantes en esta carrera, tienen la obligación de conocer el presente Reglamento y se
comprometen a respetar íntegramente cuanto en el mismo se especifica. La organización o
Jurado Técnico podrá excluir de la prueba a algún participante por comportamiento antideportivo o por falta de respeto a algún miembro de la organización y/o al resto de los participantes.
ARTICULO 17º.- RECLAMACIONES.
Todas las reclamaciones e impugnaciones concernientes únicamente a los hechos de la carrera, deberán ser examinadas y resueltas por los Comisarios de la Prueba. El derecho de
reclamación corresponde a los corredores o a sus Directores Deportivos directamente interesados en esta reclamación. Las reclamaciones colectivas, en primera instancia o en apelación no serán admitidas. Ninguna reclamación será examinada si la misma no es presentada
por escrito y está acompañada de un depósito en metálico de 60,00 €. Este depósito puede
ser restituido si la reclamación es fundada.
ARTICULO 18º.- La reunión de la Organización con el Jurado Técnico, directores de equipos
y participantes en general, así como el control de licencias de directores, tendrá lugar el día 4
de octubre, a las 19:00 horas en la oficina permanente de la organización situada en el Hotel
Garden Holiday Village, C/ Circuit del Llac, s/n. 07458 Playa de Muro. Telf. 00 34 971 066 500.
ARTICULO 19º.- Derecho a la imagen. La aceptación del presente reglamento implica obligatoriamente que el participante autoriza a los organizadores de la XX COPA DE EUROPA
DE MASTERS a la grabación total o parcial de su participación en la misma, da su acuerdo
para que pueda utilizar su imagen para la promoción y difusión de la imagen de la XX COPA
DE EUROPA DE MASTERS en todas sus formas (radio, prensa, video, foto, DVD, Internet,
carteles, medios de comunicación, etc.) y cede todos los derechos relativos a su explotación
comercial y publicitaria que consideren oportuno ejecutar, sin derecho por su parte a recibir
compensación económica alguna.
ARTICULO 20º.- La organización no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad si el evento se suspende
o aplaza por causas de fuerza mayor.

MASTER-65 ARTICLE 5.- The 20TH EUROPEAN MASTERS ROAD RACE CUP will consist of 4 races,
each of which will include the following Categories: SENIOR/M30/M35, M40/M45, M50/M55
and M60/M65. There will be a final classification for each category.
ARTICLE 6.- The 20TH EUROPEAN MASTERS ROAD RACE CUP route will be comprised
of a 12.7 km. semi – urban circuit which will elapse the Platja de Palma seafront from Ma
– 6012 road to Ma – 6011, S’Aranjassa, intersection and then turn towards Palma, Ca’n
Pastilla until linking with the Platja de Palma seafront again , via C/ Goleta, as indicated on
the plans.
The number of circuit laps will vary for each race as follows:
SENIOR/MASTER-30/MASTER 35 7 laps 88,9 Km.
MASTER-40/MASTER 45 6 laps 76,2 Km.
ARTICLE 7.- Cyclists must be at the start line minimum 30 minutes before the established
time, due to signing control that will be closed 15 minutes before the race starting time, late
arrival will carry out a penalization.
Cyclists will comply with all demands of the race control. Under no circumstances a person
will sign up instead of a participant.
ARTICLE 8.- The double bib and cycle panel distributed by the organisation are obligatory
for all racers. The panel and bib should not, under any circumstances, be cut, reduced in
size or mutilated in any manner.
Any racers arriving at the finish line with their bib frayed, sustained by pins, covered by a shirt
or haversack, held by a safety pin or worn incorrectly will be disqualified.
ARTICLE 9.- Although there is not established a classification for teams, riders can be
followed by a vehicle with sporting director.
In order to pursue a career as Sports Director must have a minimum of 3 runners participating in the race and be in possession of the appropriate federal license, which must match
the same club runners to represent.
The riders of the same team may be assisted by their team managers car whose order is
determined by lot to be held in the directors’ meeting of October 5 at the race office, or in his
absence by neutral cars made available by the organization.
The order of cars will be determined by lot at the directors’ meeting of October 4th at 7 pm
in the Race Office.
All vehicles must be equipped follower of the corresponding distinctive panel provided by the
Organization of the event, without which they can not continue the race. The distribution of
commercial propaganda of any kind from follow-up vehicles is expressly forbidden.
Car vehicle driver must own a current federative license.
All race public should heed any instructions given by the Organisation, the Technical Jury or
the Race Technical Director during the event. If Technical Jury raises the red flag, vehicles
should not overtake this car.
All racers and team cars stopping to carry out repairs should always stop on the right hand
side of the road. Equally, any repairs, liquid provisioning or director’s comments should be
made on a level with the Sports director’s car and always behind the President of the Technical Jury’s car.
ARTICLE 10.- VEHICLE DIVERSION.
All follow-up vehicles, with the exception of the Race Management, Judges, Timekeepers,
Medical Service and any other vehicles authorised by the Organisation, should take the
diversion route indicated by the Organisation.
Should there not be a diversion in any particular stage, vehicles should position themselves
one behind the other, on the right hand side, and follow the Race Management’s instructions.
ARTICLE 11.Victuals may be distributed to participants from the sports directors’ vehicles using bags or
beakers. Participants should hang onto the side of the sports directors’ vehicle. The distribution of victuals should be performed behind the race organisation vehicles and under no
circumstances amidst the squadron or in the queue. In the case of escape groups, victuals
may be distributed in the queue.It is not allowed to distribute victuals to participants during
the last 10 kilometres of each trial.
ARTICLE 12.- Any rider who abandon the competition is outside the security capsule and
has no right to cross finish line. This corridor must reach the finish line on his own and be
responsible for his own safety respecting traffic rules in force, except in case of bodily injury
or wrong to be sharp, in which case it will be treated by medical services.
ARTICLE 13.- A final individual classification, based on the participant’s position on crossing
the finish line of their respective race, of the 20TH EUROPEAN MASTERS’ TROPHY will
be formulated for each of the nine Categories outlined in Art. - 4 of the present regulations. ARTICLE 14.- The first 5 classified of each Category will make act of presence on the podium, where the diplomas corresponding to the 4th and 5th classified, the medals to the first
three classified and the winner’s maillot of the European Trophy will be awarded. The award
ceremony will be held immediately following the Masters 30 race in the morning session, and
Masters 40, the day in the afternoon.
The first 5 classified of each Category will make act of presence on the podium for the award
ceremony, as, in the event of not doing so, participants will forfeit all corresponding prizes.
ARTICLE 15.- The Organization will not be held liable for any accidents suffered by participants or public during the course of the race, as neither will it be for any reclamations
derived from the same. Nor the debts they might contract and in no case of loss or breakage
of sports equipment.
ARTICLE 16.- This race will be subject to that stipulated by the Federation Cyclist of Balearic
Islands regulations, both in the technical aspect and where sanctions are concerned.
Participants, sports directors and auxiliary personnel are obliged to accept these regulations
and undertake to respect that specified in the same. The race will be subject to that outlined
in the Balearic Island Cycling Federation regulations.
Organization or Technical Jury may exclude any participant for unsporting behavior or disrespect to any member of the Organization and / or the rest of the participants.
ARTICLE 17.- RECLAMATIONS.
All reclamations and objections concerning the outcome of the race should be analysed and
resolved by the Trial Commissionaires. The right to any reclamation is reserved to racers
or Sports Directors who are directly affected by the incident in question. Collective reclamations, in first instance or appeal will not be admitted. No reclamations will be considered unless they are submitted in writing and are accompanied by a cash deposit of 60,00E. which
will be returned should the reclamation be founded.
ARTICLE 18.- The meeting between the Organization and the Technical Jury and the participants, will take place on the 4th October, at 7:00 p.m. in official headquarter in Hotel
Garden Holiday Village, Circuit del Llac St, 07458 Playa de Muro. Telf. 00 34 971 066 500.
ARTICICLE 19.- Image rights -. The acceptance of these rules necessarily implies that the
participant authorizes the organizers of the XX EUROPEAN CUP MASTERS to the total
or partial recording of their participation in it, giving his agreement to use his image for the
promotion and dissemination of the image of the XX MASTERS EUROPEAN CUP in all its
forms (radio, press, video, photo, DVD, Internet, posters, media, etc..) and relinquishes all
rights to their commercial and advertising use that they consider appropriated to run without
right on his part to receive financial compensation.

ARTICULO 1º.- La entidad Unisport Consulting-Germatur
Gestión S.L. con C.I.F. nº B 57164303, domiciliada en Palma de Mallorca, c/ Gremi Sabaters, 21, 3º, organiza con la
debida autorización de la Federació de Ciclisme de les Illes
Balears (en adelante FCIB), de acuerdo con sus reglamentos de carreras y el presente debidamente aprobado, la
carrera denominada XVIII TROFEO INTERNACIONAL DE
MASTERS FELANITX que se disputará por categorías, el
día 7 de Octubre de 2014 con carácter Regional.
ARTICULO 2º.- El mero hecho de inscribirse en esta prueba supone la aceptación del presente reglamento. La participación en la prueba está bajo la responsabilidad y propio riesgo
de los participantes. El participante en el momento de su inscripción manifiesta encontrarse
físicamente apto para la prueba. La Organización se reserva el derecho de realizar las modificaciones oportunas, cuando por algún motivo lo estime necesario. Y así mismo, se Reserva
el Derecho de Admisión.
ARTICULO 3º.- La carrera está reservada exclusivamente a varones de cualquier país del
mundo que posean la licencia Master UCI del 2014, expedida por su correspondiente Federación Nacional y que reúna las condiciones de edad para participar en cualquiera de las categorías que se especifican en el artículo siguiente. Según el artículo 1.2.052 del reglamento UCI:

ARTICULO 6º.- El recorrido del XVIII TROFEO INTERNACIONAL DE MASTERS FELANITX
tendrá el siguiente kilometraje: MASTER 50-60: 62,8 KM // SENIOR, MASTER 30-40: 94,2 KM.
ARTICULO 7º.- Los corredores deberán presentarse en el lugar de salida, como mínimo, con
30 minutos de antelación a la hora señalada, para proceder a la firma de control que se cerrará
15 minutos antes de la hora prevista del inicio de la prueba, todo retraso acarreará una penalización. Los corredores deben someterse a todas las formalidades exigidas para el control de
las carreras. Bajo ningún concepto se puede admitir que otra persona firme por un corredor.
ARTICULO 8º.- El uso del doble dorsal es obligatorio para todos los corredores, al igual que la
placa del cuadro de la bicicleta, los cuales serán suministrados por la organización. La placa del
cuadro y el dorsal, en ningún caso, serán recortados, reducidos o mutilados de alguna manera.
Todo corredor que durante la prueba se presente en la meta con un dorsal mal colocado, mal
prendido con alfileres, deshilado o tapado con la camiseta, con la mochila o con el impermeable, podrá no ser clasificado.
ARTICULO 9º.- Aunque no se establece una clasificación por equipos, los corredores participantes podrán ser seguidos por un vehículo con el Director Deportivo.
- Para poder seguir la carrera como Director Deportivo deberá tener un mínimo de 3 corredores
participantes en la carrera y estar en posesión de la correspondiente licencia federativa, la cual
deberá coincidir con el mismo club de los corredores a representar.
- Los corredores del mismo equipo podrán ser auxiliados por sus directores deportivos o en su
ausencia por los coches neutros puestos a disposición por la organización.
- El orden de coches se establecerá por sorteo en la reunión de directores del día 4 de octubre
a las 19 horas, en la oficina permanente
- Todo vehículo seguidor deberá ir provisto de la correspondiente placa distintiva que les facilite
la Organización de la prueba, sin cuyo requisito no podrá seguir la carrera. Queda prohibida
la distribución de cualquier clase de propaganda comercial desde los vehículos seguidores.
- La persona que conduce el vehiculo seguidor de equipo será una persona con licencia federativa en vigor. - Todos los seguidores de la carrera atenderán a las instrucciones que haya dado la Organización de la misma, y a las que durante el desarrollo de la prueba transmita el Jurado Técnico o
el Director Técnico de la Carrera. Cuando el Jurado Técnico enarbole la bandera roja, ningún
vehículo podrá adelantar al coche de éste.
- Los corredores y coches de equipo que deban parar para hacer las reparaciones de averías,
deberán detenerse siempre a la derecha de la carretera. Del mismo modo, las reparaciones,
avituallamiento líquido y observaciones del director, deberán ser efectuados siempre y obligatoriamente a la altura del coche del director deportivo y siempre por detrás del coche del
Presidente del Jurado Técnico.
ARTICULO 10º.- DESVÍO DE VEHÍCULOS. Salvo los vehículos de Dirección de Carrera, Jueces, Cronometradores, Servicio Médico y otros que considere oportuno la organización, todos
los demás vehículos seguidores deberán tomar obligatoriamente la desviación prevista por la
Organización. Si en alguna etapa no hay desviación, los vehículos deberán circular en fila de a
uno por la derecha y atenderán las instrucciones de la Dirección de Carrera.
ARTICULO 11º.- Los corredores podrán ser avituallados desde los vehículos de sus directores
deportivos, mediante bolsas o bidones. Los corredores deberán descolgarse hasta la altura de
los coches de sus Directores Deportivos. El avituallamiento se efectuará detrás de los vehículos
de Dirección de Carrera y en ningún caso dentro del pelotón o en la cola del mismo. Si se ha
formado un grupo de escapados, está autorizado el avituallamiento en la cola de este grupo.
Está prohibido el avituallamiento en los últimos 10 Km.
ARTICULO 12º.- Todo corredor que por motivos de carrera o porque abandonase la competición queda fuera de la capsula de seguridad y no tiene derecho al paso por línea de meta. Este
corredor, salvo en caso de accidente corporal o de mal estar agudo, en cuyo caso será atendido
por los servicios médicos, debe obligatoriamente subirse al coche escoba. Si decidiese llegar
hasta la línea de meta por sus propios medios debe quitarse el dorsal y será responsable de su propia seguridad debiendo respetar las normas de circulación vigentes.
ARTICULO 13º.- La clasificación final individual del XVIII TROFEO INTERNACIONAL DE
MASTERS FELANITX se establecerá para cada una de las categorías definidas en el Art. 4º
del presente reglamento y según el puesto que ocupen los corredores en el último paso por
línea de meta de su respectiva carrera.
ARTICULO 14º.- Los 3 primeros clasificados de cada categoría estarán obligados a presentarse en el podium para la correspondiente entrega de premios, bajo pena de perderlos en caso de
no presentarse. La entrega de premios se realizará después de cada carrera.

ARTICLE 2.- The fact of being registered in the event implies the acceptance of this contract.
Participation in the events is under the responsibility and sole risk of the participants. The
participant at the time of enrollment manifests to be physically fit for this event.
ARTICLE 3.- The race is exclusively for men of any nationality with a 2013 Master UCI
Licence processed by its own National Federation and that meet the standards of age to
participate in any of the categories specified in article 4.
Registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. The paid amount will be 100%
reimbursed just when a medical justification is presented within a period earlier than one
week before the event, and 75% of amount in less than 1 week before the event. In case of
no showing a medical proof, refund will not be made.
ARTICLE 4.- Participants will have to be registered in one of the following categories: Category SENIOR

MASTER-60 ARTICLE 5.- The 18TH INTERNATIONAL TROPHY FOR MASTERS FELANITX consists of
two races that include three and two categories each one respectively: SENIOR, MASTER
30 and MASTER 40; and MASTER 50 and MASTER 60. There will be just one final qualification for each race.
ARTICLE 6.- The 18TH INTERNATIONAL TROPHY FOR MASTERS FELANITX route distance will be of:
MASTER 50 & 60: 65,7 Km
MASTER 30, 40 & SENIOR: 84,6 Km

ARTICLE 9.- Although there is not established a classification for teams, riders can be followed by a vehicle with sporting director.
In order to pursue a career as Sports Director must have a minimum of 3 runners participating in the race and be in possession of the appropriate federal license, which must match
the same club runners to represent.
The riders of the same team may be assisted by their team managers car whose order is
determined by lot to be held in the directors’ meeting of October 5 at the race office, or in his
absence by neutral cars made available by the organization.
The order of cars will be determined by lot at the directors’ meeting of October 4th at 7 pm
in the Race Office.
All vehicles must be equipped follower of the corresponding distinctive panel provided by the
Organization of the event, without which they can not continue the race. The distribution of
commercial propaganda of any kind from follow-up vehicles is expressly forbidden.
Car vehicle driver must own a current federative license.
All racers and team cars stopping to carry out repairs should always stop on the right hand
side of the road. Equally, any repairs, liquid provisioning or director’s comments should be
made on a level with the Sports director’s car and always behind the President of the Technical Jury’s car.
ARTICLE 10.- VEHICLE DIVERSION. All follow-up vehicles, with the exception of the Race
Management, Judges, Timekeepers, Medical Service and any other vehicles authorised by
the Organisation, should take the diversion route indicated by the Organisation.
ARTICLE 11.- Victuals may be distributed to participants from the sports directors’ vehicles
using bags or beakers. Participants should hang onto the side of the sports directors’ vehicle.
The distribution of victuals should be performed behind the race organisation vehicles and
under no circumstances amidst the squadron or in the queue. In the case of escape groups,
victuals may be distributed in the queue.
It is not allowed to distribute victuals to participants during the last 10 kilometres of each trial.
ARTICLE 12.- Any rider abandoning the race during the stage should remove their bib and
reach the finish line on his own, except in case of bodily injury or acute malaise, which will
be attended by the medical services.
ARTICLE 13.- The 18TH INTERNATIONAL TROPHY FOR MASTERS FELANITX Final Single Qualification will be established by categories clearly defined in Article 4 of the current
regulations and depending on the place the cyclists will get the last time they pass by the
finishing line of their own race.
ARTICLE 14.- The first three classified of each category in each race are obliged to get on
to the podium and get their trophies, otherwise they will lose them.
ARTICLE 16.- This race will be subject to that stipulated by the Cycling Federation of the Balearic Islands regulations, both in the technical aspect and where sanctions are concerned.
Participants, sports directors and auxiliary personnel are obliged to accept these regulations
and undertake to respect that specified in the same. The race will be subject to that outlined
in the Balearic Island Cycling Federation regulations.
Organization or Technical Jury may exclude any participant for unsporting behavior or disrespect to any member of the Organization and / or the rest of the participants.

participantes en esta carrera, tienen la obligación de conocer el presente Reglamento y se comprometen a respetar íntegramente cuanto en el mismo se especifica. La organización o Jurado
Técnico podrá excluir de la prueba a algún participante por comportamiento antideportivo o por
falta de respeto a algún miembro de la organización y/o al resto de los participantes.
ARTICULO 17º.- RECLAMACIONES. Todas las reclamaciones e impugnaciones concernientes únicamente a los hechos de la carrera, deberán ser examinadas y resueltas por los Comisarios de la Prueba.
El derecho de reclamación corresponde a los corredores o a sus Directores Deportivos directamente interesados en esta reclamación. Las reclamaciones colectivas, en primera instancia o
en apelación no serán admitidas. Ninguna reclamación será examinada si la misma no es presentada por escrito y está acompañada de un depósito en metálico de 60,00 €. Este depósito
puede ser restituido si la reclamación es fundada.
ARTICULO 18º.- La reunión de la Organización con el Jurado Técnico, directores de equipos
de octubre, a las 19:00 horas, en la oficina permanente de la organización situada en el Hotel
ARTICULO 19º.- Derecho a la imagen.- La aceptación del presente reglamento implica obligatoriamente que el participante autoriza a los organizadores de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE
MASTERS a la grabación total o parcial de su participación en la misma, da su acuerdo para
que pueda utilizar su imagen para la promoción y difusión de la imagen de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS en todas sus formas (radio, prensa, video, foto, DVD, Internet, carteles,
medios de comunicación, etc.) y cede todos los derechos relativos a su explotación comercial y
publicitaria que consideren oportuno ejecutar, sin derecho por su parte a recibir compensación
económica alguna.

ARTICULO 1º.- La entidad Unisport Consulting-Germatur Gestión S.L. con C.I.F. nº B
57164303, domiciliada en Palma de Mallorca,
c/ Gremi Sabaters, 21, 3º, organiza con la debida autorización de la Federació de Ciclisme de
les Illes Balears (en adelante FCIB), de acuerdo
con sus reglamentos de carreras y el presente debidamente aprobado, la carrera denominada XVII CHALLENGE VUELTA A MALLORCA
PARA MASTERS que se disputará por categorías los días 8, 9 y 10 de octubre de 2014.
ARTICULO 2º.- El mero hecho de inscribirse en esta prueba supone la aceptación del presente
reglamento. La participación en la prueba está bajo la responsabilidad y propio riesgo de los
participantes. El participante en el momento de su inscripción manifiesta encontrarse físicamente apto para la prueba. La Organización se reserva el derecho de realizar las modificaciones
oportunas, cuando por lo estime necesario. Así mismo, se Reserva el Derecho de Admisión.
ARTICULO 3º.- La carrera está reservada exclusivamente a varones de cualquier país del
mundo que posean la licencia Master UCI del 2014, expedida por su correspondiente Federación Nacional y que reúna las condiciones de edad para participar en cualquiera de las categorías que se especifican en el artículo siguiente. Las inscripciones podrán ser individuales o por
equipos. Los equipos estarán formados por un mínimo de cuatro (4) corredores y un máximo de
diez (10) por carrera. Podrá haber 2 corredores cedidos por equipo siempre y cuando acrediten
dicha cesión de manera reglamentaria y que el club cedente no participe como tal en la carrera.
Los corredores de cada equipo deberán llevar obligatoriamente la indumentaria oficial del equipo con el que se inscriben. Se aceptarán equipos mixtos de un mínimo de cuatro (4) corredores
y un máximo de diez (10) por carrera siempre y cuando estos lleven todos y cada uno de ellos
la misma indumentaria (se acepta solo el maillot). Cada equipo deberá estar representado por
un director deportivo que acredite su correspondiente licencia en curso y que deberá coincidir
con la de los corredores a los cuales pretende representar. El Director Deportivo tendrá la responsabilidad de la asistencia técnica de sus corredores y de mantener la disciplina entre ellos.
Según el artículo 1.2.052 del reglamento UCI: Los equipos nacionales, equipos regionales y
equipos de club y sus corredores, NO PUEDEN TOMAR LA SALIDA EN UNA COMPETICIÓN
EN EL EXTRANJERO SI NO TIENEN UNA AUTORIZACION DE PARTICIPACIÓN ESCRITA
Y HECHA POR SU FEDERACION (excepto los equipos y corredores de la federación del organizador). Está autorización, debe mencionar la duración de validez y el (los) corredor (es)
concernido (s). Las inscripciones se consideran definitivas por lo que en el caso de no poder
participar, solamente se procederá a la devolución del 100% del importe pagado si se presenta
justificante médico, en un plazo anterior a 1 semana antes de la prueba y del 75% del importe
en un plazo inferior a 1 semana, en caso de no presentación de justificante médico no se realizará la devolución del importe de la inscripción.
Las inscripciones son estrictamente personales e intransferibles, no pueden ser utilizadas por
otra persona diferente de la inscrita. No es posible la sustitución de un participante por otro.
Para retirar los dorsales y las placas numeradas cada participante deberá presentar la licencia
original, así como efectuar el pago de los derechos de inscripción.
IMPORTANTE: La inscripción de los corredores para poder participar en cualquier prueba de la
XVII CHALLENGE VUELTA A MALLORCA PARA MASTERS se deberá realizar con anterioridad al inicio de la primera etapa, con independencia del número de pruebas en que tome parte.

ARTICULO 7º.- Los corredores deberán presentarse en el lugar de salida como mínimo con
30 minutos de antelación a la hora señalada, para proceder a la firma de control que se cerrará 15 minutos antes de la hora prevista del inicio de la prueba, todo retraso acareará una

- Los equipos inscritos podrán llevar para su servicio un coche seguidor en el cual viajarán
como máximo cuatro personas. Todo vehículo seguidor deberá ir provisto de la correspondiente
placa distintiva que les facilite la Organización de la prueba, sin cuyo requisito no podrá seguir
la carrera. Queda prohibida la distribución de cualquier clase de propaganda comercial desde
los vehículos seguidores.
- La persona que conduce el vehiculo seguidor de equipo será una persona con licencia en vigor. - El orden de salida de vehículos de director deportivo en la primera prueba, será sorteado entre

Inscriptions may be either team or individual.
Teams should be comprised of a minimum of four (4) cyclists and a maximum of ten (10) per
race. Two racers per team may be transferred, always being when this transfer is verified
in accordance with the regulations and that the club, from which the racers are transferred,
does not participate in the race.
All team riders must wear the official dress of the enrolled team. Mixed teams of at least of
four (4) runners and a maximum of ten (10) will be accepted per race as long as they wear
the same clothing (accepted only jersey).
Each team will be represented by a Sports Director who will verify that the team is in possession of a valid license where names appearing coincide with the team members represented. The Sports director will be responsible for any technical assistance to be given to
racers and for maintaining team discipline.
Registration fee will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. The paid amount will be

ARTICLE 9.- FOLLOW-UP VEHICLES AND PERSONNEL.
Teams may use a follow-up car holding a maximum of four passengers. All follow-up vehicles should be fitted with the corresponding distinctive panel facilitated by the Trial Organization, as to the contrary, they will be unable to follow the race.
The distribution of commercial propaganda of any kind from follow-up vehicles is expressly
forbidden. Car vehicle driver must own a current federative license.
A draw will be held during the Directors meeting to decide the starting order of the Sports
director’s vehicles in the first trial (a draw for each race). Teams comprised of a minimum
of 4 racers will take priority. Groups of 3 racers will not be entitled to participate in the team
classification, but will be able to do so in the vehicle draw (after the teams with 4 or more
racers have been drawn), as the organization distributes tour radio equipment to all teams.
Racers not forming part of a team will be attended by neutral cars, facilitated by the organization. Once the first trial has been completed, the team car starting order will follow the
individual general classification of the event.

ARTICLE 11.- The exchange of material between members of the same team, such as wheels, bicycles etc. is allowed, as are exchanges between racers and team cars. Any assistance, pushing, or towing among cyclists or cyclists and the team car is completely forbidden.
ARTICLE 12.- VEHICLE DIVERSION.
All follow-up vehicles, with the exception of the Race Management, Judges, Timekeepers,
Medical Service and any other vehicles authorised by the organisation, should take the
diversion route indicated by the Organisation.
ARTICLE 13.- PROVISIONING
Victuals may be distributed to participants from the sports directors’ vehicles using bags or
beakers. Participants should hang onto the side of the sports directors’ vehicle. The distribution of victuals should be performed behind the race organisation vehicles and under no
circumstances amidst the squadron or in the queue. In the case of escape groups, victuals
may be distributed in the queue.
It is not allowed to distribute victuals to participants during the last 10 kilometres of each trial.
ARTICLE 14.- Any rider abandoning the race during the stage should remove their bib and
reach the finish line on his own, except in case of bodily injury or acute malaise, which will
be attended by the medical services.
ARTICLE 15.- LAST 3 KILOMETRES AREA.
This area covers the 3.000 m. prior to the finish line and will be duly indicated by banners.
Any racers involved in accidents (physical or mechanical) in the sprint area will be accredited
with the same time obtained by those racers accompanying them at the time of the accident.
The positions awarded will be those registered by the Arrival Judge on crossing the line.
ARTICLE 16.- CONTROL CLOSURE.
Finish control will be closed once the limit set by the agenda of each race passed. In exceptional circumstances the closing time control may be increased by the Technical Jury in
accordance with the Organization.
ARTICLE 17.-The race classification will be as follows:

The top 3 finishers in each category and the overall standings leaders are required to attend the
podium for the corresponding award. Runners who do not appear at the ceremony could be punished and deprived them of their prizes. The awards ceremony will be held after each race. Trophies will also be awarded for each of the general classifications of each race, will be delivered
at the closing ceremony, which will be celebrated on Friday October 11th (place to be defined).

The Organization reserves the right to add or eliminate classifications from those existing
due either to organizational reasons or circumstances beyond its control.
ARTICLE 18.- INDIVIDUAL TIME-TRIAL GENERAL CLASSIFICATION.
Established for each of the races according to Art. 5 of the present regulations. This classification will be calculated by totalling the time inverted by each racer into the sum of the trials,
bearing in mind, should this be the case, any corresponding penalizations and allowances.
The head of the classification will be the racer who has achieved the shortest time limit. In
the event of a tie between two or more racers, the sum of the points obtained by each racer
at each stage will decide the winner, that is, the racer who has accumulated the least number of points. Points will be awarded according to the position obtained: one point to the first,
two points to the second, three points to the third, and so forth. Should the tie situation persist, the highest position obtained in the last trial will be consulted in order to brake the tie.
In order to be eligible for the General Classification, racers must classify in all three trials.
Failing exceptional cases, which will be resolved by the Technical Jury, all time penalisations imposed on racers will be added to the Individual Time-Trial General Classification of each stage.
ARTICLE 19.- MOUNTAIN PRIZE GENERAL CLASSIFICATION.
The Grand Mountain Prize classification is based on the sum of the points obtained by each

todos los equipos participantes (un sorteo para cada carrera). En el sorteo, tendrán prioridad los
equipos formados por un mínimo de 4 corredores. Los grupos con 3 corredores no tendrán derecho a la clasificación por equipos, pero sí al sorteo de vehículos (después de haber sorteado
a los equipos con 4 o más corredores). Los corredores que no tienen equipo estarán asistidos
por coches neutros, facilitados por la Organización.
- A partir de la segunda prueba, el orden de coches de equipo vendrá dado por la clasificación
general individual de la XVII CHALLENGE VUELTA A MALLORCA PARA MASTERS.
- Todos los seguidores de la carrera se atenderán a las instrucciones que haya dado la Organización de la misma y a las que durante el desarrollo de la prueba transmita el Jurado Técnico
o el Director Técnico de la Carrera. Cuando el Jurado Técnico enarbole la bandera roja, ningún
vehículo podrá adelantar al coche de éste.
ARTICULO 10º.- Los corredores y coches de equipo que deban parar para hacer las reparaciones de averías, deberán detenerse siempre a la derecha de la carretera. Del mismo modo,
las reparaciones, avituallamiento líquido y observaciones del director, deberán ser efectuados
siempre y obligatoriamente a la altura del coche del director deportivo y siempre por detrás del
coche del Presidente del Jurado Técnico.
ARTICULO 11º.- Se autoriza entre los corredores de un mismo equipo el cambio de material,
ruedas, bicicletas, etc. así como también entre los corredores y el coche de equipo. Queda totalmente prohibido entre estas ayudas, los empujones o remolque entre corredores o de coche
a corredor.
ARTICULO 12º.- DESVÍO DE VEHÍCULOS. Salvo los vehículos de Dirección de Carrera, Jueces, Cronometradores, Servicio Médico y otros que considere oportuno la organización, todos
los demás vehículos seguidores deberán tomar obligatoriamente la desviación prevista por la
Organización.
Si en alguna etapa no hay desviación, los vehículos deberán circular en fila de a uno y por la
derecha y en todo momento atenderán las instrucciones de la Dirección de Carrera.
ARTICULO 13º.- Los corredores podrán efectuar el avituallamiento desde los vehículos de sus
directores deportivos, mediante bolsas o bidones. Los corredores deberán descolgarse hasta la
altura de los coches de sus Directores Deportivos. El avituallamiento se efectuará detrás de los
vehículos de Dirección de Carrera y en ningún caso dentro del pelotón o en la cola del mismo.
Si se ha formado un grupo de escapados, está autorizado el avituallamiento en la cola de este
grupo. Está prohibido el avituallamiento en los últimos 10 Km.
ARTICULO 14º.- Todo corredor en el transcurso de una etapa, por motivos de carrera o porque abandonase la competición, queda fuera de la capsula de seguridad y no tiene derecho
al paso por línea de meta. Este corredor, salvo en caso de accidente corporal o de mal estar
agudo, en cuyo caso será atendido por los servicios médicos, debe obligatoriamente subirse al
coche escoba. Si decidiese llegar hasta la línea de meta por sus propios medios debe quitarse
el dorsal y será responsable de su propia seguridad debiendo respetar las normas de circulación vigentes.
ARTICULO 15º.- ZONA 3 ÚLTIMOS KILOMETROS.
Se establecerá dicha zona a 3.000 m. de la línea de llegada y estará debidamente señalizada por un banderín. Cuando uno o varios corredores se accidenten (física o mecánicamente)
dentro de la zona de sprint, se les acreditará con el mismo tiempo que el obtenido por el o los
corredores con quienes se encontraba en el momento del accidente, no obstante los puestos
serán los que registre el Juez de Llegada cuando pasen la línea.
ARTICULO 16º.- CIERRE DE CONTROL.
El control de llegada finalizará una vez transcurrido el plazo que señale la orden del día de
cada prueba. En caso de circunstancias excepcionales el tiempo de cierre de control podrá ser
aumentado por el Jurado Técnico en acuerdo con la Organización.
ARTÍCULO 17º. Las clasificaciones establecidas para cada carrera son las siguientes:

Los 3 primeros clasificados de cada categoría y los líderes de las clasificaciones generales tienen la obligación de presentarse en el podium para la correspondiente entrega de premios. Los
corredores que no se presenten a esta ceremonia podrían ser sancionados y por ello desposeídos de sus premios. La entrega de premios se realizará después de cada carrera. Además,
en la comida de clausura, se entregarán trofeos para las siguientes clasificaciones generales
de cada carrera:

La Organización se reserva el derecho de añadir o suprimir clasificaciones a las ya existentes
por razones de fuerza mayor o de organización.
ARTICULO 18º.- CLASIFICACION GENERAL INDIVIDUAL POR TIEMPOS.
Establecida para cada una de las carreras según el Art. 5 del presente reglamento, se obtendrá
mediante la suma de los tiempos invertidos en todas las pruebas por cada corredor, teniendo en
cuenta las penalizaciones y bonificaciones que les correspondan, si las hubiera, siendo mejor
clasificado el corredor que menos tiempo haya totalizado. Caso de empate entre dos o más
corredores, se resolverá teniendo en cuenta la suma de los puntos obtenidos en cada etapa,
siendo mejor clasificado el que menos puntos haya totalizado. Los puntos se otorgarán de
acuerdo con los puestos conseguidos: un punto al primero, dos puntos al segundo, tres puntos
al tercero, y así sucesivamente. De persistir el empate, el mejor puesto conseguido en la última
prueba disputada servirá para desempatar. Será indispensable para acceder a la clasificación
general de la XVII CHALLENGE VUELTA A MALLORCA PARA MASTERS, el estar clasificado
en las tres pruebas de que se compone.
Salvo casos excepcionales que resolverá el Jurado Técnico, todas las penalizaciones en tiempo que corresponden a los corredores, se aplicarán en la Clasificación General Individual por
Tiempos habida después de cada etapa.
ARTICULO 19º.- CLASIFICACION GENERAL PARA EL PREMIO DE LA MONTAÑA.
La clasificación del Gran Premio de la Montaña se obtiene por la suma de los puntos conseguidos por cada corredor en la cima de los puertos puntuables.

En caso de empate de puntos entre corredores en la Clasificación General final del mejor escalador será declarado vencedor el que haya obtenido un mejor número de primeros puestos en
los pasos puntuables de mayor categoría. En caso de persistir el empate, serán considerados
los primeros puestos obtenidos en los pasos de 2ª categoría y si eventualmente aún persistiera
dicho empate, serán considerados los pasos en primer puesto por los de 3ª categoría. Para
tener derecho al Premio de la Clasificación General de la Montaña, los corredores deberán
quedar clasificados en la Clasificación General final.
ARTICULO 20º.- LA CLASIFICACION GENERAL DE LAS METAS VOLANTES.
Será vencedor el corredor que obtenga el mayor número de puntos, en la suma de los conseguidos en las diferentes pruebas, en los Sprints intermedios señalizados a tal fin.

En caso de igualdad de puntos al finalizar la carrera entre varios corredores, será declarado
vencedor de la Clasificación General de Metas Volantes el corredor que haya obtenido más
primeros puestos, en caso de persistir el empate serán los segundos y terceros puestos y si no
se puede determinar por los puestos se decidirá por la mejor clasificación General Individual.
Para tener derecho al Premio de la Clasificación General de las Metas Volantes, los corredores
deberán quedar clasificados en la Clasificación General final.
ARTÍCULO 21º.- CLASIFICACION GENERAL PRIMER CORREDOR BALEAR
Se establece una clasificación general de Primer Corredor Balear en el que participan todos los
corredores con licencia de la Federació de Ciclisme de les Illes Balears.
ARTICULO 22º.- Los corredores que figuren en el primer puesto de las distintas clasificaciones
generales (GENERAL, MONTAÑA, METAS VOLANTES Y PRIMER BALAEAR), deberán llevar
el maillot de líder de las mismas que les facilite la Organización de la carrera pudiendo ostentar
en ellos la publicidad del equipo del corredor, según el reglamento del Deporte Ciclista de 2004.
ARTICULO 23º.- Si se diera el caso de que un corredor llegara a ostentar el liderato de dos o
más clasificaciones, solo podrá llevar un Maillot de acuerdo con la prioridad de los mismos. En
este caso, durante el transcurso de la etapa el corredor situado en segundo lugar de la clasificación del premio en cuestión será el portador del Maillot de Líder del premio que corresponda,
quedando a ser a su vez, propiedad del mismo.

ARTÍCULO 24º.- CLASIFICACION GENERAL POR EQUIPOS.
Se obtendrá mediante la suma de los tiempos empleados por cada uno de los equipos en cada
una de las pruebas, siendo mejor clasificado el que haya totalizado menos tiempo. En caso de
empate se resolverá a favor del equipo que haya obtenido mejores puestos en las pruebas.
Para establecer la clasificación por equipos en cada una de las pruebas se establecerá la suma
de los tiempos empleados por los tres primeros corredores de cada equipo, siendo mejor clasificado el equipo que menos tiempo haya totalizado. En caso de empate se resolverá a favor del
equipo que haya obtenido menos puntos en la suma de los puestos de sus tres corredores. De
persistir el empate, a favor del equipo cuyo primer corredor haya obtenido mejor clasificación
en esa prueba. Para tener derecho al Premio de la Clasificación General por equipos, deberán
quedar clasificados un mínimo de 3 corredores por equipo.

de las deudas que pudieran contraer y en ningún caso del extravío de material deportivo.
ARTICULO 26º.- Para el desarrollo de esta carrera se atenderá a lo reglamentado por la normativa vigente de la Federació de Ciclisme de les Illes Balears, tanto en el aspecto técnico
como en las sanciones.
Los corredores, directores deportivos y personal auxiliar de los equipos participantes en esta
carrera, tienen la obligación de conocer el presente Reglamento y se comprometen a respetar
íntegramente cuanto en el mismo se especifica.
ARTICULO 27º.- RECLAMACIONES.
Todas las reclamaciones e impugnaciones concernientes únicamente a los hechos de la carrera, deberán ser examinadas y resueltas por los Comisarios de la Prueba.
El derecho de reclamación corresponde a los corredores o a sus Directores Deportivos directamente interesados en esta reclamación. Las reclamaciones colectivas, en primera instancia o
en apelación no serán admitidas. Ninguna reclamación será examinada si la misma no es presentada por escrito y está acompañada de un depósito en metálico de 60,00 €. Este depósito
puede ser restituido si la reclamación es fundada.
ARTÍCULO 28º. La reunión de la Organización con el Jurado Técnico, directores de equipos
de octubre, a las 19.00 horas en la oficina permanente de la organización situada en el Hotel
El sorteo de los números para los coches se realizara 1 hora antes de la primera carrera en el
Control de Firmas.
ARTICULO 29º.- Derecho a la imagen.- La aceptación del presente reglamento implica obligatoriamente que el participante autoriza a los organizadores de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE
MASTERS a la grabación total o parcial de su participación en la misma, da su acuerdo para
que pueda utilizar su imagen para la promoción y difusión de la imagen de la XX COPA DE EUROPA DE MASTERS en todas sus formas (radio, prensa, video, foto, DVD, Internet, carteles,
medios de comunicación, etc.) y cede todos los derechos relativos a su explotación comercial y
publicitaria que consideren oportuno ejecutar, sin derecho por su parte a recibir compensación
económica alguna.

Once the race has finalized and in the event of a tie between several racers, the racer obtaining the greatest number of first positions will be proclaimed winner of the Flying Finish
General Classification. Should the tie situation persist, seconds and thirds will be consulted
and should it be impossible to base the classification on positions obtained, then the highest
position in the Individual General Classification will decide.
In order to be eligible for the Flying Finish General Classification, racers must be classified
in the Final General Classification.
ARTICLE 21.- FIRST BALEAR RIDER GENERAL CLASSIFICATION
It provides a general classification Balearic First Corridor involving all licensed brokers From
Cycling Federation of the Balearic Islands.
ARTICLE 22.- Racers leading the different general classifications (GENERAL, MOUNTAIN,
FLYING FINISHES AND FIRST BALEAR), should wear the leader maillots facilitated by
the Organization, which, in keeping with the 2004 Sports Cyclist regulations, may include
publicity on the winner’s team.
ARTICLE 23.- Following maillot priority order, racers leading two or more classifications
may only wear one maillot. In this event, the racer holding second position in the classification of the prize in question will wear the Leader’s Maillot throughout the length of the stage
and as a consequence will head the classification.

ARTICLE 24.- TEAM CLASSIFICATION.
This classification will be based on the sum of the times obtained by each team in each of
the trials, the winner being the team that has completed the trials in the shortest time limit.
In the event of a tie, the team that has achieved the highest positions will be proclaimed
champion.

will be proclaimed the winner. Should the tie situation persist, the team whose firs racer has
obtained the highest position in this trial will be proclaimed the winner.
In order to be eligible for the Team General Classification Prize, a minimum of 3 racers per
team should be classify.
ARTICLE 26.- This race will be subject to that stipulated by the Cycling Federation of the
Balearic Islands regulations, both in the technical aspect and where sanctions are concerned. Participants, sports directors and auxiliary personnel are obliged to accept these
regulations and undertake to respect that specified in the same. The race will be subject to
that outlined in the Balearic Island Cycling Federation regulations.
