Mobile Dentist at West Belden
Announcement #1 – The CPS assigned mobile dentist, Dr. Edwards, is coming to West Belden
on February 4th and 5th. These screenings are free and satisfy the CPS requirement for dental
screenings of NEXT year’s 2nd graders and 6th graders. If you need more information on dental
services, please visit the nurse’s office or the main office for consent forms.
ALL CONSENT FORMS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 25th.
Announcement #2 – We recommend you put your student’s initials on their eye glasses. Many
students have the same style and color frame. They often get lost and end up the main office.
Check the main office if your student is missing their eye glasses.

Dentista Mobile en West Belden
Anuncio # 1 - El CPS asignados dentista móvil, el Dr. Edwards, está llegando a West Belden el 4
de febrero y 5 º. Estas proyecciones son gratuitas y satisfacen el requisito de CPS para exámenes
dentales de estudiantes de segundo año que viene y 6 º grado. Si necesita más información sobre
