WHAT YOU NEED

1. Stand the first frame [2] vertically and fix the first rod
[1] to the frame with a screw [3].
2. Take the second frame and fix the rod with a second
screw.
3. Repeat these actions for the 5 other rods.
When finished, tighten all screws with a socket-screw
key*.

REMARK
WHAT YOU NEED
Firmly tighten the screws in one go. When you have
tightened them, leave them for at least an hour so that the
coating on the screws can harden. Otherwise the screws
will come loose.

The coating can only be used once. If you remove the
screws after assembly and retighten them, they will
not hold as firmly as they did before. It is even highly
probable that they will come loose.

1. Stand the first frame [4] vertically and fix rods [11] and
[13] to the frame. Do not forget to slide the hooks [12]
on rod [13], this rod [13] has a smaller diameter at his
ends, to avoid the hooks from sliding to the middle of
the rod.
3. Place the longest rod [10] in the holes of the frame, as
shown on the picture.
2. Slide the folded plate [9] in the groove of the frame and
fix the second frame with the screws.
When finished, tighten all screws with a socket-screw
key*.
4. Place an axle [8] and a wheel [5] on each side of that
rod [10] and fix with the washer [7] and a screw [6].

MAINTENANCE
GALVANISED STEEL
Hot dip galvanisation is the most
durable way of protecting metal
against rusting. If the zinc coating
is damaged, the exposed metal can
rust. This can easily be touched up
with zinc paint that automatically
has the same colour and is readily
available in shops.
Galvanisation is a thermal process
that can slightly deform the material.
Other metal protection methods do
not have this disadvantage, but the
quality they offer is insufficient.

Clean with lukewarm water and a
mild detergent.

OPMERKING
BENODIGDHEDEN
De boutjes moeten in 1 keer heel goed aangespannen
worden. Eens ze aangespannen zijn, moeten ze minstens
1 uur rusten zodat de coating van de boutjes kan
uitharden. Zoniet zullen ze loskomen.

Die coating kan maar 1 keer gebruikt worden. Indien u
de boutjes nadien eruit draait en er terug indraait, zullen
deze niet meer zo goed vast zitten en is de kans groot dat
ze loskomen.

1. Plaats het eerste frame [4] verticaal en zet de staven
[11] en [13] vast op het frame. Vergeet niet de haakjes
[12] op staaf [13] te schuiven, deze staaf [13] heeft een
smallere diameter naar de uiteinden toe om te
vermijden dat de haakjes naar het midden zouden
schuiven.
3. Plaats de langste staaf [10] in de gaatjes van het frame
zoals getoond op de illustratie.
2. Schuif de geplooide plaat [9] in de sleuven van het
frame en zet het tweede frame vast met de bijgevoegde
boutjes.
Klaar? span nu alle bouten aan met een inbussleutel.
4. Plaats een as [8] en een wiel [5] aan elke zijde van de
staaf [10] en zet alles vast met een sluitring [7] en een
bout [6].

GEGALVANISEERD
STAAL
Galvanisatie,
of
thermische
verzinking, is de meest duurzame
manier om metaal te beschermen
tegen roestvorming. Als de
zinklaag wordt beschadigd, kan het
blootgekomen metaal toch roesten.
Dit is eenvoudig bij te werken
met zinkverf, die automatisch

1. Bringen Sie den ersten Rahmen [2] vertikal an und
befestigen Sie den ersten Stab [1] am Rahmen mit
einem mitgeliefertem Bolzen [3].
2. Nehmen Sie den zweiten Rahmen und befestigen Sie
den Stab [1] mit einem zweiten Bolzen.
3. Wiederholen Sie diesen Schritt bei den anderen fünf
Stäben.
Ziehen Sie anschließend alle Bolzen mit einem
Inbusschlüssel an*.

MONTAGE DER KARRE
BEMERKUNG
WAS SIE BRAUCHEN
Die Bolzen sollten auf einmal sehr fest angezogen
werden. Sobald sie angezogen sind, sollten Sie sie
mindestens 1 Stunde ruhen lassen, so dass das
Bolzencoating aushärten kann. Ansonsten werden die
Bolzen nicht halten.

Das Coating kann nur 1 Mal verwendet werden. Falls
Sie die Bolzen nachher losdrehen und wieder festdrehen,
werden sie nicht mehr so fest sitzen und besteht die
Chance, dass sie sich lösen.

1. Stellen Sie das erste Rahmenteil [4] senkrecht auf und
befestigen Sie daran die Stäbe [11] und [13]. Vergessen
Sie nicht, die Haken [12] auf den Stab [13] zu schieben,
dieser Stab [13] hat an den Enden einen schmaleren
Durchmesser, um zu vermeiden, dass die Haken in die
Mitte rutschen.
3. Legen Sie den längsten Stab [10] in die Öffnungen des
Rahmens, wie es auf der Illustration abgebildet wird.
2. Schieben Sie das gefaltete Blech [9] in die Rille der
Rahmenteile und befestigen Sie das zweite Rahmenteil
mit den beigefügten Bolzen.
Fertig? Ziehen Sie anschließend alle Bolzen mit einem
Inbusschlüssel an*.
4. Legen Sie je eine Achse [8] und ein Rad [5] rechts und
links neben den Stab [10] und befestigen Sie alles mit
einer Unterlegscheibe [7] und einem Bolzen [6].

PFLEGE
FEUERVERZINKT STAHL
Feuerverzinkung
ist
die
dauerhafteste Art und Weise, um
Metall vor Rost zu schützen. Wenn
die Zinkschicht aber beschädigt ist,
kann das freigelegte Metall dennoch
anrosten. Mit Zinkfarbe lässt sich
diese Beschädigung leicht beheben.
Der Unterschied ist nicht merkbar,
da die Zinkfarbe und das verzinkte
Bein dieselbe Farbe haben. Zudem
ist diese Farbe im Handel frei
erhältlich.
Galvanisation ist ein thermischer
Prozess, der das Material leicht
verformen kann. Andere
Metallschutzmethoden
weisen
diesen Nachteil nicht auf, sie sind
aber von geringerer Qualität.

1. Placez le premier cadre [2] verticalement et fixez la
première barre [1] sur le cadre au moyen d’un boulon
fourni [3].
2. Prenez le deuxième cadre et fixez la barre [1] au moyen
d’un deuxième boulon.
3. Répétez cette opération pour les cinq autres barres.
Prêt? Serrez à présent tous les boulons au moyen d’une
clé alène*.

OUTILS
Les petits boulons doivent être serrés à fond en une seule
fois. Une fois qu’ils sont serrés, il faut laisser reposer
pendant au moins 1 heure afin que la colle durcisse.
Sinon, ils se desserreront.

La colle ne s’utilise qu’une seule fois. Si plus tard vous
dévissez et que vous revissez les boulons, ils ne seront
plus fixés aussi fermement et il y a de grandes chances
qu’ils se desserrent.

1. Placez le premier montant [4] verticalement et fixez les
barres [11] et [13] sur le montant. N’oubliez pas de
glisser les petits crochets [12] sur la barre [13]; cette
barre [13] a un diamètre plus petit aux extrémités,
pour éviter que les crochets ne glissent vers le milieu.
2. Glissez la plaque pliée [9] dans les fentes du montant
et fixez le deuxième montant au moyen des boulons
fournis.
3. Insérez la barre la plus longue [10] dans les petits trous
des montants, comme indiqué sur l’illustration.
4. Placez un axe [8] et une roue [5] de chaque côté de la
barre [10] et fixez l’ensemble au moyen d’un anneau de
serrage [7] et d’un boulon [6].
Prêt? Serrez à présent tous les boulons au moyen d’une
clé alène*.

ACIER GALVANISES
La galvanisation, ou zingage
thermique, est la manière la plus
durable de protéger le métal contre
la formation de rouille. Si la couche
de zinc est endommagée, le métal
risque de rouiller. C’est facile
à traiter; il suffit de passer une
peinture au zinc de la même couleur,
disponible dans le commerce.
La galvanisation est un procédé
thermique qui peut légèrement
déformer le matériau. Les autres
techniques de protection du métal
n’ont pas cet inconvénient, mais leur
qualité est insuffisante.

NECESSARIO PER IL MONTAGGIO
I bulloni vanno serrati per bene in una sola volta. Quando
sono serrati, lasciarli riposare per almeno un’ora affinché
la colla sui bulloni possa indurire. Altrimenti i bulloni si
staccheranno.

Questa colla può essere utilizzata soltanto una volta. Se
i bulloni sono successivamente allentati e riserrati, non
saranno più così ben fissati ed è molto probabile che si
stacchino.

1. Posizionare la prima struttura [4] in senso verticale e
fissare le barre [11] e [13] sulla struttura. Non
dimenticare di far scorrere i gancetti [12] sulla barra
[13], tale barra [13] ha un diametro inferiore verso
le estremità per evitare che i gancetti scivolino verso il
centro.
3. Posizionare la barra più lunga [10] nei fori della
struttura come illustrato nella figura.
2. Infilare la lastra pieghettata [9] nelle fessure della
struttura e fissare la seconda struttura con i bulloni
forniti.
Finito? Attaccare ora tutti i bulloni con una chiave a
tubo*.
4. Posizionare un assale [8] ed una ruota [5] su ogni lato
della barra [10] e fissare il tutto con una rondella [7] ed
un bullone [6].

MANUTENZIONE
ACCIAIO GALVANIZZATO
La galvanizzazione, o zincatura
a caldo, è il modo più duraturo
per proteggere il metallo dalla
ruggine. Se lo strato di zinco viene
danneggiato, il metallo esposto può
arrugginire. È possibile ovviare
al problema con una vernice allo
zinco, che automaticamente assume
lo stesso colore ed è facilmente
reperibile in commercio.
La galvanizzazione è un processo
termico che può leggermente
deformare il materiale. Altri metodi
di protezione del metallo non
presentano questo svantaggio, ma
non offrono la stessa qualità.

1. Ponga el primer bastidor [2] vertical y ponga la primera
varilla [1] en el bastidor con el perno suministrado [3].
2. Coja el segundo bastidor y fije la varilla [1] con un
segundo perno.
3. Repita la operación para las otras cinco varillas.
¿Listo? Apriete ahora todos los pernos con una llave
Allen*.

OBSERVACIÓN
UTENSILOS
Los pernos deben apretarse bien de una vez. Una vez que
están apretados, debe esperar al menos una hora hasta
que el recubrimiento de los pernos se seque. Si no es así
pueden aflojarse.

El recubrimiento solamente se puede usar una vez. Si
afloja los pernos y los vuelve a apretar ya no quedarán
bien apretados y hay grandes posibilidades de que se
suelten.

1. Ponga el primer bastidor [4] vertical y monte las
varillas [11] y [13] sobre el bastidor. No olvide
presionar los ganchitos [12] sobre la varilla [13]; esta
varilla [13] tiene un diámetro menor hacia los
extremos para evitar que los ganchitos se deslicen
hacia el centro.
3. Inserte la varilla larga [10] en los agujeros del bastidor
como se muestra en la figura.
2. SchInserte la placa en ángulo [9] por las ranuras
del bastidor y fije el segundo bastidor con los pernos
suministrados.
¿Listo? Apriete ahora todos los pernos con una llave
Allen*.
4. Ponga un eje [8] y una rueda [5] a cada lado de la varilla
[10] y fije todo con un anillo de fijación [7] y un perro
[6].

CUIDADO!
Si sopla el viento, cierre el parasol y
bloques las ballenas por medio del
cierre de velcro. Si no se emplea el
parasol o cuando hay mucho viento,
cubra el Inumbrina con la funda
(opcional) o póngola dentro para
evitar que se abre a causa del viento
o que se ensucia.
No deje el parasol abierto sin
vigilancia.
La funda no es 100% impermeable, a
fin de que tenga ventilación.
No deje Inumbrina sin cerrar si
no está completamente seco. No lo
deje mucho tiempo cerrado si está
húmedo.
Si no usa el parasol durante mucho
tiempo, guárdelo en posición
verticfal, perfectamente seco, y en un
lugar seco.
