el Restaurante El Mirador pasando por el almuerzo en La Cabaña del Mar, la cena
en el Alminar Wine & Steak House hasta La Trattoria todos los paladares quedarán
altamente satisfechos.
Virginia Woolf decía “El lenguaje es el vino en los labios”. Aquí en el Kempinski
Hotel Bahía, Ana, nuestra Sumiller da que hablar con el Menú Master de Vinos el cual
contiene más de 300 referencias que sorprenderán a los más exigentes.

profesionales harán desaparecer todo dolor y estrés de su cuerpo y mente.

hacen posible jugar y practicar tenis durante todo el año. La superficie

everything in and on the water during the summer. Activities include: Eco Jet

A yearly average temperature of 20°C (68°F) and about 300 sunny days
makes playing tennis possible all year-round. The surface of tennis court is the
same that is used at the Australian Open.

Throughout the months of July and August, Kid’s Dinners are organized daily at

sumptuous buffet includes hot and cold dishes, a wide selection of breads,

the Kid’s Corner features a choice of cereals, milkshakes, freshly cut fruits,

PASTAS
Guiseppe, nuestro Chef italiano, ha seleccionado las mejores marcas de pasta italiana.
Nuestra selección de pasta seca es Voiello y Gragnano. La pasta Gragnano está catalogada
como la de mayor calidad que se puede encontrar en el mercado. Aún se elabora de
manera artesanal y se seca al aire fresco junto al mar. Igualmente servimos
otros platos elaborados con pasta casera.

Cada jueves, desde las 19:30 horas un dúo de Tenores ofrecerá música clásica
y Ópera Aria renovada.
La Trattoria is the most romantic restaurant at the Hotel. La Trattoria impresses with its open
kitchen and al fresco dining.
PASTA
Guiseppe, our Italian Chef, has selected the best pasta brands from Italy. Our dry pasta is from
Voiello and Gragnano. Gragnano pasta is the highest quality of dry pasta found on the market.
It is still traditionally made and dried in the open air facing the sea. We equally serve several
recipes of homemade pastas.

La Ventresca
Signature Dish
La Ventresca es el plato estrella del Kempinski Hotel Bahía. El atún es
conocido como el Ibérico del mar. Recién pescado en la Bahía de Cádiz,
lo servimos a la plancha con sandía osmotizada a la menta, ciruelas
salteadas con nueces de Macadamia y pil-pil de albahaca.
Kempinski Hotel Bahía’s signature dish, La Ventresca is well known as the
Iberico pork of the sea, freshly caught in Cadiz Bay. The tuna belly is grilled
and served with ice-cold, minted watermelon, sautéed plum and macadamia
nut with basil pil pil.

Mousse de chocolate blanco y turrón español crujiente cubierto por una

The Turrón Delight is a white chocolate mousse filled with crunchy Spanish
turrón covered by a fine layer of chocolate and saffron crisps.

Signature Cocktail
El Golfer, creado por nuestro Jefe de Barmans, ofrece la perfecta fusión
de sol y golf. Refrescante cóctel de vodka en el que destaca un punto
de hierbabuena. Disfrutará de los sabores de hierbas y melón acabados
con sorbete de limón. Esta bebida es ideal para las tardes soleadas de la

The Golfer, created by our Chief Bartender, offers just the right fusion
of sun and golf. A refreshing vodka cocktail that highlights such local flavours
as hierbabuena (spearmint) and green melon topped with lemon sorbet. This

Al este del Hotel encontrará nuestro huerto orgánico de 1000 m2 donde
podrá observar una amplia variedad de hierbas aromáticas y chiles.
La mayoría de la producción se usa diariamente en nuestras cocinas.
Located at the east side of our Hotel on a landscape of 1,000 sqm El Huerto
is our organic garden with a wide range of aromatic herbs and chilis.
