INTERNET USE AGREEMENT and CONTRACT STUDENTS AND PARENTS: Please read this document carefully. When signed by you and your parent/guardian, it becomes a legally binding contract. We must have your signatures before we can provide you with network and Internet access. STUDENTS: Terms and Conditions of this Contract 1. Acceptable Use I will only use the Internet for school assignments, and then only with permission from a teacher. I will not use the Internet for personal reasons. School assignments meet the educational goals and objectives found in the District’s Student Handbook. I will not send information over the Internet. If I use the Internet for any reason except for school assignments, I am personally responsible and am aware that I will lose my privilege of using the Internet for the remainder of the school year, and may face further school disciplinary actions. Use of the Internet for anything except school assignments can be a violation of local, state and federal laws, and I can be prosecuted for violating those laws. 2. Personal Responsibility As a student of this school, I accept personal responsibility for reporting any misuse of the network to a school administrator. Misuse can appear in many forms, but it is commonly viewed as any message(s) sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described in the District publication entitled “Rules of Student Discipline in the Bonsall Unified School District”. PARENTS: As the parent or guardian of this student, I have read this contract and understand that my student’s access to the Internet is designed for educational purposes. I understand that despite filters it is impossible for Bonsall Unified School District to restrict access to all controversial materials, and I will not hold the school responsible for materials my student acquires on the Internet. I also agree to report any misuse of the information system to a Bonsall Unified School District administrator. Misuse can come in many forms, but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described above. I accept full responsibility for supervision if and when my child’s use is not in a school setting. Updated: 5/27/14

CONTRATO DEL RECURSO DE LA INFORMACIÓN ELECTRÓNICA ESTUDIANTES Y PADRES: Por favor de leer este documento con cuidado. Cuando este documento esta firmado por Ud. y su hijo/a llega a ser un contrato legalmente ligado. Debemos tener las firmas ante de que podamos proveerte con la red e acceder al Internet. ESTUDIANTES: Términos y Condiciones de este Contrato 1. Uso Aceptable Voy a usar el Internet Solamente para hacer tarea, y solamente con permiso de la/el maestro. No voy a usar el Internet para uso personal. No voy a mandar nada de información por Internet Si uso el Internet por razones personales puedo perder los privilegios del Internet por el resto del año escolar. El uso del Internet para razones personales puede violar las leyes locales, del estado y federales, y puedo ser castigo por violar las leyes. 2. Responsabilidad Personal Como estudiante de este escuela, yo acepto la responsabilidad personal y reportare cualquier mal uso de la red al administrador del sistema. El mal uso puede entrar en muchas formas, pero normalmente se ve como cualquier mensaje(s) enviado o recibido que indica o sugiere pornografía, solicitación contraria a la moral o ilegal, racismo, sexismo, idioma impropio y otras emisiones descrito en la publicación del Distrito con titulo “Reglas de la Disciplina del Estudiante en el Distrito Escolar de Bonsall”. PADRES: Como el padre o guardián de este estudiante, he leído este contrato y entiendo que sé diseño para propósitos educativos. Entiendo que es imposible que Bonsall Unified School Distict restringir acceso a todos los materiales controversiales, y no tendré a la escuela responsable por materiales adquirió en la red. También estoy de acuerdo de informar cualquier mal uso del sistema de la información al administrador de sistema de Bonsall Unified School Distict. Mal uso puede entrar en muchas formas, pero se puede ver como cualquier mensaje enviado o recibido que indica o sugiere pornografía, solicitación contraria a la moral o ilegal, racismo, sexismo, idioma impropio, y otras emisiones descrito arriba.
