Proceeds to Benefit the White Plains Middle School PTA
Fred Gressler was a beloved physical education teacher at Highlands and an avid runner who passed away suddenly after
27 years of teaching. The WPMS PTA honors Coach Gressler’s dedication to the well-being of the youth of White Plains
through the annual Halloween Walkathon.
YOUR DONATIONS SUPPORT THE WPMS PTA’S FUNDING OF GRADE-WIDE GRANTS FOR
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, EVENTS, AND TRIPS FOR THE STUDENTS OF WPMS.
Suggested Donation of $10.00 – ALL STUDENTS WILL WALK
The MORE FUNDS you raise the greater chance you have to earn prizes – earn 1 raffle ticket for every $10
collected! Additional prizes for BEST COSTUME, SCARIEST COSTUME, MOST ORIGINAL and more!
Ask parents, grandparents, friends and neighbors to sponsor this event, and win some prizes! (Please, no door-to-door
solicitation, for safety’s sake)
The TEAM that raises the most FUNDS will earn a Treat!

la Escuela Intermedia de White Plains (WPMS)
Fred Gressler era un maestro de educación física muy querido de la escuela Highlands. Él era un corredor apasionado
que falleció de repente después de 27 años de enseñanza. El PTA de Eastview tiene este homenaje al maestro
Gressler por su dedicación al bienestar de los jóvenes a través de la caminata anual de Halloween.
SUS DONACIONES APOYAN AL PTA DE LA ESCUELA INTERMEDIA A FINANCIAR BECAS A NIVEL DE
GRADO PARA PROGRAMAS EDUCATIVOS, EVENTOS Y VIAJES PARA LOS ESTUDIANTES.
Pedimos un mínimo de $10.00 para donar – todos participan en la Caminata
Estudiantes que recauden la mayor cantidad de fondos tendrán más oportunidades de ganar premios – recibirán un
boleto por cada $10 recaudados. Se otorgará premios adicionales al MEJOR DISFRAZ, AL MÁS ESPANTOSO,
MÁS ORIGINAL. Pidan a sus padres, abuelos, amigos y vecinos que les patrocinen este evento.
