UNA HISTORIA DE PRECISIÓN
Con las técnicas de fabricación de cañones más avanzadas, maquinaria de última
generación y un firme compromiso con la calidad, BERGARA se ha convertido en
fuente de suministro de muchos fabricantes de armas de primer nivel, tanto en
Europa como en Estados Unidos. Con los rifles BERGARA estamos construyendo
una línea completa de rifles de caza y de tiro, diseñados y construidos para
mejorar el ya de por sí excelente rendimiento de nuestros cañones.

STEP ONE - BARREL STRAIGHTENING
We receive the cylindrical bars made out of our special steel for barrel manufacturing.
The first step of the process is to straighten those bars until achieving a deviation of
less than 0,10mm for the entire length. Starting with a perfectly straight bar is critical to
ensure accuracy.
STEP TWO - DEEP HOLE DRILLING
Once the steel bar is straightened, it moves on to the deep hole drilling machine. The
accuracy of the barrel depends on doing this operation with maximum guarantees,
achieving a straight, centered hole within the required dimensions and deviations.
STEP THREE - BARREL HONING
Most barrel makers go from deep hole drilling to reaming and then on to rifling. The
reaming process leaves tool marks that are at 90 degrees to the rifling. These honing
spindles utilize diamond-tipped bits that polish the barrel’s interior surface to a mirrorlike finish with a uniformity of the bore which does not vary more than 0,002mm for the
entire length of the barrel.
STEP FOUR - BUTTON RIFLING
The rifling process is performed by button or olive method, that means a cold rolling of
the inner of the barrel. The barrel copies the shape of the button meanwhile it is cold
drawn through the barrel controlled by CNC, creating by this way the appropriate lands
and grooves at the required twist rate for each caliber.
STEP FIVE - STRESS RELIEVING
This process ensures that the steel is free of any stress after the button rifling.
PASO UNO - ENDEREZADO DE CAÑONES
Recibimos las barras cilíndricas de nuestros aceros especiales para la fabricación
de cañones, siendo el primer paso del proceso el enderezado de los mismos hasta
conseguir un salto inferior a 0,10mm en toda la longitud del cañón. Partir de una barra
perfectamente recta es un aspecto crítico para conseguir un cañón de alta precisión.
PASO DOS - TALADRADO PROFUNDO
Después de enderezar la barra de acero, realizamos el taladrado profundo. La precisión del
cañón dependerá de realizar esta operación con las máximas garantías, logrando un ánima
de cañón recta, centrada y dentro de las tolerancias de medidas requeridas.
PASO TRES - BRUÑIDO DEL CAÑÓN
Muchos fabricantes realizan el proceso de estriado directamente tras taladrar y escariar,
generando unas marcas en el interior del cañón, que atacan la superficie de la bala
dejando residuos de cobre en su salida. Para esto, BERGARA incorpora el proceso de
Bruñido en una máquina con tres estaciones que incluyen herramientas con puntas de
diamante, facilitando dejar el interior con brillo espejo y logrando una uniformidad del
diámetro interior con una tolerancia por debajo de 0,002mm en toda la longitud del cañón.
PASO CUATRO - ESTRIADO POR OLIVA
El proceso de estriado se realiza por el método de botón u oliva; es decir, una laminación
en frío del interior del cañón. El cañón copia la forma de la oliva mientras ésta se
desplaza por su interior controlada por un CNC, creando de esta forma la geometría de
crestas y valles necesaria en cada cañón y con el paso requerido.
PASO CINCO - DISTENSIONADO
El último paso es el proceso de distensionado o aliviado de tensiones del acero.

Our B14 Series brings Bergara Barrel accuracy to a line of hunting rifles that is
affordable to almost any serious big-game hunter.
Our action with a coned bolt nose and breech ensuring consistently smooth feeding
and a sliding plate extractor for proper alignment, is probably the smoothest bolt
action on the market in its segment.
It features a two-lug bolt with a 90º opening angle, and the dimensions allow
easy customization with many accessories (rails, mounts, triggers, stocks…)
available on the market.
This superb action in combination with a free floating BERGARA barrel
guarantees excellent performance.
GAMA DE RIFLES B14
Nuestra gama B14 lleva la precisión de nuestros cañones a una serie de
rifles de caza asequible para casi cualquier amante de la caza mayor.
Nuestra acción, con cabeza de cerrojo y entrada de recámara cónicas
que asegura una alimentación consistentemente suave y el extractor de
placa deslizante, tiene probablemente el movimiento del cerrojo más
suave del mercado en su segmento.
El cerrojo cierra con dos tetones y cuenta con un ángulo de apertura
de 90º, y la acción esta dimensionada para facilitar la customización
del rifle con todo tipo de accesorios (bases, monturas, disparadores,
culatas, ...) que se encuentren habitualmente en el mercado.
Esta magnífica acción, combinada con un cañón BERGARA
totalmente flotado, garantiza un rendimiento excelente.
