We would like to introduce you to a new system our school has acquired to help protect
your children. The Visitor Management System helps track guests, students, faculty,
contractors and volunteers at our school, thus providing a safer and more monitored
environment for the students.
When visitors, volunteers, contractors or parents check-in, they will be asked to present a valid state issued ID for entering into the system. The system has the ability to
provide alerts on people who may jeopardize the safety of the campus.
We feel certain this will help us keep our campus safer, and ask for your cooperation in
presenting your valid state issued ID when checking in at the school.
Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
