• Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times.
• Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times.
• For your safety, while in transit please keep your hands, arms, legs, and
feet inside the vehicle at all times.
• For the comfort of those around you, please refrain from eating, drinking,
or smoking on all buses.
• No bicycles, skateboards, wagons or scooters are allowed.
• The ART pass allows unlimited access to the entire ART system.
• ART drivers accept cash only for one-way tickets. Drivers do not
sell ART passes.
•ART passes may be purchased from any participating hotel, public sales
outlet or from any kiosk location.
• Pets must be securely kenneled (except for Working Guide Dogs).
• All strollers must be folded.
•All ART Vehicles are accessible for persons with disabilities.
• The Anaheim Resort™ hotels/motels, the Disneyland® Resort, public sales
outlets, City of Anaheim and ART are not responsible for passes that are
lost or stolen.

Frequency and Hours of Operation
• ART service begins one hour before the opening of major area
destinations. Service ends half hour after closing.
• ART buses operate approximately every 20 minutes, with the exception
of Routes, 14-19. Please see detailed scheduled information in the ART
System Map for these routes.
Connecting Bus/Rail Service
Bus connections to OCTA transit system can be made at designated locations.
Look for the OCTA icon. Connections to all ART buss routes can be made at the
Disneyland® Resort Main ART transit area and at the Anaheim Convention Center Grand Plaza.

Paratransit service is available for individuals who are physically and/or mentally disabled
and cannot use the regular, fixed-route bus system, such as ART. This service is made
available through a partnership with Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in
response to the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA).
The certification process starts with a completed application. Individuals are notified by
mail regarding eligibility.

Los conductores no venden pases del ART.
• Los pases del ART pueden comprarse en cualquier hotel participante, punto de
venta publico o quiosco.
• Las mascotas deben guardarse en un portamascotas (excepto los perros quia
que estén realizando sus labores).
• Deben plegarse todos los cochecitos de niño.
• Todos los vehículos del ART son accesibles para personas con discapacidades.
• Ni los hoteles/moteles Anaheim Resort, Disneyland® Resort, los puntos de venta
públicos, la Ciudad de Anaheim ni ART son responsables de la pérdida o robo de
los pases.

artículos perdidos deben reclamarse en un plazo de 30 días.
Frecuencia y horarios de operaciones
• El servicio del ART comienza una hora antes de la apertura de los principales
destinos del área. El servicio termina media hora después del cierra.
• Los autobuses del ART operan aproximadamente cada 20 minutos, con
la excepción de las rutas 14-19. Consulte la información programada
detallada de estas rutas en el Mapa del sistema ART.
Servicio de conexión autobús/tren
Pueden realizarse conexiones de autobús con el sistema de transporte de la Autoridad
de Transporte de Orange County (Orange County Transportation Authority, OCTA) en las
ubicaciones designadas. Consulte el símbolo. Pueden realizarse conexiones a todas las
rutas de autobús del ART en el área principal de transporte del ART de Disneyland® Resort
y en el Anaheim Convention Center Grand Plaza.

El servicio Paratransit está disponible para personas con discapacidades físicas o
mentales, y no puede utilizarse el sistema de autobús regular de rutas fijadas, como
el ART. Este servicio se ofrece a través de la asociación con la Autoridad de Transporte
de Orange County ( Orange County Transportation Authority OCTA) en respuesta a
las exigencias de la Ley de Norteamericanos con Discapacidades (Americans with
Disabilities Act, ADA).
El proceso de certificación comienza llenado una solicitud. La elegibilidad se notifica por
correo electrónico.

para todos nuestros clientes. Si cree que ha sido discriminado, puede presentar un
reclamo por escrito firmado. El reclamo puede presentarse ante la Red de Transporte
de Anaheim (ATN) llamando a nuestro número de atención al cliente 1-888-364-ARTS
(2787). Un representante del Servicio de atención al cliente de ART le brindará más
asistencia.
