PRESENTACIÓN INTRODUCTION

Serie Fijación Radial
NM - NMA
Series Radial Locking
Los tornillos-prisioneros de la tuerca están en ángulo recto respecto al
eje, su diseño es para espacios limitados. Se pueden reemplazar por la
serie MF en caso de ser necesario. Para grandes esfuerzos se utiliza la
serie pesada NMA.
The screw prisoners of the blocking nut are in right angle to the axis, its
design is for limited space. If necessary this series can be replaced by
the MF series. Regarding big loads we suggest to use the heavy series
NMA.
NMV - NMVA
Series Fijación Axial
Series Axial Locking
Su disposició
disposición de bloqueo permite la fijación axialmente.
Their lockout devices allow the axial fixing.
MF - TMF - SFZ
Serie Blocaje Angular 30º
Series-30º Angular Blocking
Los tornillos-prisioneros de blocaje de la tuerca están en una ángulo
de 30º respecto al eje con un diseño especial de la rosca que hace que
el freno de cobre se ajuste perfectamente a la superficie de la rosca
asegurando una alta estabilidad y precisión.
The Screw-prisoners of the blocking nut is in a angle of 30 degree to the
axis and with a special design of the thread which makes that the copper
brake fit perfectly to the surface of the screw ensuring a high stability
and accuracy.

MKR
Series Tuercas de precisión
Series Precision Locknuts
Las tuercas de precisión MKR garantizan un perfecto contacto entre
los flancos roscados, logrando un alto nivel de rigidez axial por toda la
periferia de la tuerca, excluyendo la posibilidad de desalineación.
Se aplican fundamentalmente en husillos de alta velocidad, con alto nivel
de tensión. Su rigidez axial y alto nivel de seguridad dinámica garantizan
óptimos resultados para todo el conjunto de rodamientos.
MKR precision locknuts guarantee a perfect contact between the
threaded sides, achieving a very high level of axial rigidity around the
periphery of the nut, avoiding the possibility of misalignment. They are
applied basically in high speed spindles with a high level of tension.
Their axial rigidity and high level of dynamic security guarantee optimal
results for the full range of bearings.

MKW
Series Tuercas de precisión
Series Precision Locknuts
Las tuercas de precisión de blocaje MKW están diseñadas para absorber
altos esfuerzos axiales. Se aplican en los extremos de los husillos
con rodamientos axiales de rodillos cilíndricos precargados de alta
capacidad de carga. También se usan en conexiones por tuerca con alto
requerimiento de carga, por ejemplo, prensas, cilindros hidráulicos,
máquinas de ensayos…
La precisión, alta rigidez axial y la seguridad dinámica de éstas tuercas
MKW , ofrecen al usuario un alto rango de beneficios.
MKW precision locknuts have been designed to absorb very high axial
loads. They are applied at the end of spindles with high preloaded axial
cylindrical roller bearings. They are also used in connections by nut with
high requirement of loads, for example: hydraulic presses, hydraulic
cylinder, test machines...
The precision, very high axial rigidity and the dynamic security of MKW
locknuts provide the users a wide range of profits.
