VIP 910
La macchina a filo diamantato VIP 910, progettata e costruita con
componenti di altissima qualità, è robusta, affidabile ed esegue
agevolmente tagli di ampia superficie su qualsiasi tipo di pietra,
calcare, marmo, granito e arenaria.
La VIP 910 viene fornita nelle tre versioni con motori elettrici
principali da 50, 60 o 75 Hp.
Permette, con un solo posizionamento, l'esecuzione di due tagli
paralleli distanti tra loro 1.70 m, oppure, su richiesta, 2,00 m.
Il movimento della macchina sui binari è realizzato per mezzo di
pignone dentato e cremagliera, il traino è controllato in automatico
da una superscheda elettronica o, a richiesta, da un inverter.
Il quadro elettrico è compatto e portatile a tenuta perfettamente
stagna.
VIP 910 Velocità Variabile
E' disponibile la versione equipaggiata con inverter che consente di
variare la velocità del filo diamantato da 0 a 40 m/sec, consigliata
per tagliare materiali duri e abrasivi.

The diamond wire saw Model VIP 910 is designed and built to a very
high specification with high-quality components. It is robust and
reliable and makes large cuts along any direction in any stone type,
such as limestone, marble, granite and sandstone.
The VIP 910 is available in three versions : 50, 60, and 75 Hp main
motor and allows to make two parallel cuts with 1.70 m or, upon
request 2,00 m distance, from the same position.
The saw moves along the track by means of pinion and rack. A
continuous step-less tensioning of the diamond wire is achieved by
controlling the speed of the transverse motor via an electronic card
or, upon request, an inverter.
The control board is small, lightweight , with a fully waterproof.
VIP 910 Variable Speed
It is available the machine equipped with inverter allowing the
operator to vary the speed of the diamond wire from 0 to 40 m/sec.
This version is recommended for hard and abrasive stone.
La máquina de hilo diamantado VIP 910 proyectada y construida con
componentes de muy alta calidad, es un máquina robusta y fiable y
permite realizar todo tipo de cortes en amplias superficies "en canteras"
y en bloques seccionados, sea de piedra, calcáreas, mármol, granitos,
areniscas, etc.
La máquina esta disponible en tres versiones, con motor eléctrico
principal de 50, 60 ó 75 Hp y permite, con un solo posicionamiento, de
efectuar dos cortes paralelos distantes entre si 1,70 m o bien 2,00 m
"bajo pedido".
El movimiento de la máquina sobre las vías esta realizado por medio de
piñón dentado y cremallera.
El tiro esta controlado de forma automática con una supertarjeta
electrónica, o bien por un inverter "bajo pedido".
El cuadro eléctrico es compacto, portátil y totalmente estanco.
VIP 910 Velocidad Variable
Esta disponible la versión equipada con inverter que consiente variar la
velocidad del hilo diamantado de 0 a 40 m/sec., aconsejada para cortar
materiales duros y abrasivos.
Die Diamantseil-Säge Modell VIP 910 wird aus hochwertigen
Komponenten zusammengebaut. Sie ist eine leistungsfähige und
langlebige Maschine zur Herstellung von großen Schnitten in alle
Richtungen in alle Gesteinsarten, wie Kalkstein, Marmor, Granit,
Sandstein etc.
Die Maschine wird in drei Versionen mit 50, 60 oder 75 PS-Motoren
geliefert. Ohne die Maschine zu versetzen können zwei parallele
Schnitte mit einem Abstand von 1,70 m, oder - bei
Sonderausführung 2,00 m durchgeführt werden.
Der Vorschub erfolgt auf Schienen über Zahnrad und Zahnstange.
Eine automatische, elektronische Steuerung gewahrleistet eine
konstante Seilspannung. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Inverter geliefert
werden.
VIP 910 Var/Speed
Die Maschine ist mit einem Inverter ausgerüstet, der eine stufenlose
Regulierung der Seilgeschwindigkeit von 0 bis 40 m/sec. erlaubt;
empfohlen bei hartem und abrasivem Gestein.
