We hope you all have a blessed and wonderful Christmas filled with family and friends. Thank you to everyone who donated their time and talents to make our church look beautiful for Christmas. Thank you to the Musicians, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers, Greeters, Servers and all the other countless volunteers for all that you do. All of you are very appreciated and we hope you have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year. Dear Friends of Holy Spirit, I hope your Christmas was a blessed time. As I said last week in my letter, things never go exactly as we expected! But I hope you did not let it get you frustrated or disappointed. The first Christmas was a little confusing (to say the least) also! Know the Christ is with you and your family! Recently I became aware of a family who has a special needs son. This son is looking for a dog for companionship (not a specially trained dog) and has a desire for either a Boston Terrier or a French Bull Dog. If you know anyone who has such a dog available, please let us know at the parish office. God’s Blessings and Love, Eucharistic Adoration Friday, January 8th, You are invited to “keep watch” with our Lord during the hours after the 8:30am Mass and finish at 5pm before the 5:30pm Mass. Come and spend some time with our Lord. "When you have received Him, stir up your heart to do Him homage; speak to Him about your spiritual life, gazing upon Him in your soul where He is present for your happiness; welcome Him as warmly as possible, and behave outwardly in such a way that your actions may give proof to all of His Presence."- St. Francis de Sales Ms. Holly Herber, our Music Director has been given the opportunity to purchase a new used piano for our church. If you are interested in donating to the new piano, please send in your gift to the office, marked piano. Because of the short turn around for the bulletin, Donation numbers will be updated after the first of the year. HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH ALTAR SERVERS If you are an Altar Server and you have not received or signed up to serve during the holidays, please go to SignUpGenius.com and search my Email.
