¿Quién me asistirá en la elección de tratamientos?
Nuestros Concierge Spa estarán presentes para la correcta selección y secuencia de sus tratamientos.
¿Qué pasa si tengo algún impedimento de salud?
En este caso, por favor avise al Concierge Spa antes de reservar sus tratamientos. Todos nuestros huéspedes deberán de
llenar un cuestionario médico previo a su servicio.
¿Debo de usar ropa interior para recibir tratamientos?
No es necesario; sin embargo, si así lo prefiere, el Spa le proporciona ropa desechable.
¿Dónde dejo mis joyas y valores?
Deberá depositarlas en la caja de seguridad de su suite. El Spa no se hace responsable por joyas o valores extraviados.
Si olvidó quitarse alguna de sus pertenencias le recomendamos guardarlos en el casillero asignado durante su estancia con
nosotros.
¿Qué pasa si llego tarde a mi cita?
Al llegar tarde usted limita el tiempo de su tratamiento, por lo cual no se garantiza que viva la experiencia completa.
¿Cuánto tiempo antes debo registrarme para recibir mis tratamientos?
Si usted desea disfrutar de nuestro circuito de hidrotermal Grand Velas, le recomendamos registrarse una hora antes. El periodo
mínimo requerido para registrarse es de 15 min si desea disfrutar directamente de su tratamiento seleccionado.
Alguna sugerencia en particular que necesite considerar?
No es recomendable tomar tratamientos después de haber ingerido alimentos; no depilarse las piernas antes de una exfoliación
corporal y evite quemaduras solares. Le recomendamos el uso de traje de baño en el área de hidroterapia y el uso de
sandalias.

¿Cuáles políticas debo observar?
Para disfrutar de una experiencia Spa, por favor evite: fumar, introducir alimentos, tomar un tratamiento bajo la influencia del
alcohol o drogas, caminar descalzo y el uso de celulares. No se permite la entrada a menores de 16 años.
¿Cómo debo realizar los pagos de mis servicios Spa?
Si usted es huésped del hotel y ha dejado tarjeta de crédito, puede cargar los tratamientos al folio de su suite, o si lo
prefiere, pagar directamente en el Spa. Clientes externos deberán pagar sus tratamientos en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito
directamente en la recepción.
¿Cuál es la política de cancelación?
Toda cancelación deberá efectuarse con un mínimo de cuatro horas previas a su reservación. No respetar este periodo causa
un cargo del 50% del valor total del servicio seleccionado sin posibilidad de reembolso.
¿Qué pasa si se me olvida presentarme a mi cita?
Si usted no se presenta a su cita ésta será cancelada sin derecho a reembolso y aplica el cargo del 100% del valor del
servicio seleccionado.

La selección de personal se realiza bajo una estricta evaluación. Las artesanas corporales cuentan con certificaciones avaladas
por instituciones de nuestro país; están capacitadas en diversas técnicas de tratamientos corporales, faciales y masajes.
Reciben entrenamiento de forma interna, considerando siempre los más altos estándares de calidad y actualizaciones sobre
las técnicas de vanguardia. Adicional a esto, se capacita directamente por nuestras exclusivas líneas de productos como

Who will assist me in the selection of my treatments?
Our Spa Concierge can assist you in the correct selection and sequence of your treatments.
What if I have a health issue?
If you have any health-related concerns, please advise the Spa Concierge before reserving your treatments. All guests must fill
out a medical questionnaire prior to treatment.
Should I wear underwear for my treatment?
It is not necessary. However, if you prefer to wear underwear, the Spa can provide you with disposable garments.
Where should I leave my jewelry and valuables?
These should be kept in the safe in your suite. The Spa is not responsible for lost jewelry or items of value. If you forget to remove
your jewelry we recommend keeping it in the locker assigned to you during your stay at the Spa.
What if I arrive late for my appointment?
By arriving late you are limiting the duration of your treatment, meaning we cannot guarantee the enjoyment of the complete
experience.
How early should I arrive to register at the Spa before my treatments?
If you wish to enjoy our Grand Velas hydro-thermal circuit, we recommend arriving one hour before your scheduled treatment.
The minimum time required for registration is 15 minutes if you wish to go directly to your treatment.
Are there any particular suggestions I should consider?
Eating immediately before a Spa treatment is not recommended; do not shave or wax your legs before a body exfoliation;
avoid sunburn. We recommend wearing a bathing suit and sandals in the hydrotherapy areas.

Which rules should I follow?
To enjoy the Spa experience, please avoid: smoking, bringing food items, arriving for a treatment under the influence of alcohol
or drugs, walking barefoot or using a cellular phone. Entrance to the Spa is limited to guests age 16 and older.
How should I pay for my Spa services?
f you are a guest of the resort and have registered a credit card with the reception desk, you may charge your treatments to your
suite account or pay directly in the Spa. External clients must pay for their treatments with cash or credit card directly in the Spa.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your reservation time. Failure to respect this time frame will result in a
charge of 50% of the total value of the selected service, without possibility of a refund.
What if I forget to arrive for my appointment?
If you do not arrive for your appointment it will be cancelled and a charge of 100% of the selected service will be applied,
without possibility of a refund.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

Selection of personnel is conducted under strict evaluation standards. Body artisans have certifications from official Mexican
institutions; they are trained in various techniques for body treatments, facials and massages. They also receive internal
education, always under the highest standards of quality and in relation to new information regarding the latest techniques.
