DESMONTAJE MEMBRANA:
HOW TO DISASSEMBLY DIAPHRAGMS:
1) Descargue la precarga del nitrógeno
contenido en el interior del acumulador
utilizando un equipo de precarga y control
tipo AR.
1) Before any repair work, discharge totally the
nitrogen inside the accumulator by using our
"AR" charging and gauging assembly.
2) Después de asegurarse que la presión
en el interior sea cero, proceda a desentornillar la válvula de llenado (R).
2) After making sure that the internal pressure
is zero, remove the gas valve "R" from the
accumulator.
3) Fijar a una prensa de banco la parte inferior
(B) del acumulador.

4) Desenroscar la tapa superior (A) con una
banda o llave de cadena tubo para la ejecucion de tipo n°3, y con una llave fija para
ejecuciones tipo n°1y n°2.
4) Unscrew the top cap (A) using a band or
chain pipe wrench Dis.3° or an open ended
wrench for Dis.1° and 2°.
Firmly fasten the lower

5) Quitar la membrana (M) y eventuales
juntas de sellado.
5) Extract the diaphragms (M) and the seals.

6) After careful cleaning, replace any damaged
parts. Wet the outer surface of the bag and
seals
with
the
operating
fluid.
Reassemble the cap (or ring nut) and tighten
it firmly.
6) Volver a montar después de una exhaustiva
limpieza de todo. Humedecer el exterior de
la membrana, las juntas y la superficie de
apoyo interno con el fluido de trabajo.
Atornille la tapa superior de modo energico.
Finalmente atornillar la valvula superior.
7) Proceder con el llenado de nitrógeno seco
con el equipo de precarga tipo AR. Llenar
lentamente el nitrógeno en el acumulador a
un valor de 5% superior a la requerida,
desconectar la manguera que conecta el
cilindro de nitrógeno y el equipo ,espere
unos minutos para que la temperatura de
los gases se estabilicen y calibrar la presion
de precarga descargando el gas en exceso.

7) Reassemble the nitrogen valve and start
filling the gas with the "AR". Slowly
introduce nitrogen into the accumulator
until it reaches a pressure 5% higher than
the value required.
Disconnect the charging hose from the
equipment and wait some minutes for the
stabilization of the temperature and then
set the pressure by venting off excess gas.
NOTA:

y sucesivamente cada 6 meses.
