for Food Service Facilities
Keep your dumpster area clean. Make sure the lid is closed and the dumpster isn’t
leaking. Don’t fill it with liquids or hose it out.

Keep dirty water out of the storm drain. Pour mop water and wash water down the
mop sink. Don’t pour it out onto a parking lot, alley or street.

Clean floormats, filters and garbage cans in a mop sink or over your floor drain.

Recycle your grease and oil. Pour leftover grease and oil into your grease dumpster or tallow
