Vorbereitung 1. Parken Sie das Motorrad auf einer festen, ebenen Fläche, wo es nicht umfallen
kann.

2. Stellen Sie den Motor ab und ziehen Sie den Zündschlüssel ab. Warten Sie, bis
der Motor abgekühlt ist.
3. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig vor der Montage und prüfen Sie ob alle
Teile korrekt in dem Montagesatz gepackt wurden.
Montage:
1. Demontieren Sie das Vorderrad nach den Anweisungen des Fahrerhandbuchs.
2. Ziehen Sie den Bremsschlauch aus dem Halter auf der rechten Seite; Bild
Punkt (d).
3. Entfernen Sie den Bremsschlauch Clip hinten am Kotflügel indem Sie ihn auf
der Hinterseite zusammendrücken Bild Punkt (e).
4. Entfernen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben des Kotflügels auf beiden Seiten.
Bild Punkt (a), (b) und (c). Nehmen Sie den Kotflügel vom Motorrad ab.
5. Entfernen Sie die Gummibuchsen aus dem Original Kotflügel und montieren
Sie diese in den Carbon Kotflügel.
6. Montieren Sie den Carbon Kotflügel (1) in umgekehrter Reihenfolge an Ihr
Motorrad. Benützen Sie die Originalschrauben an den Punkten (a), (b) und (c).
Nehmen Sie das korrekte Anzugsmoment von 6 Nm.
7. Drücken Sie den originalen Bremsschlauch-Clip hinten in den Carbon Kotflügel
(1) ein. Bild Punkt (e) und drücken Sie den Bremsschlauch in den Halter im
Punkt (d).
8. Montieren Sie das Vorderrad entsprechend den Anweisungen aus dem
Fahrerhandbuch.

Preparation
for
installation
Installation
1. Park the motorcycle on a firm, flat surface where it will not fall over.
2. Stop the engine and remove the ignition key, wait until the engine has cooled
down.
3. Read these instructions carefully before installation and check that all items are
correctly packed in the kit.
1. Dismount the front wheel according to the drivers manual book.
2. Pull out the break hose of the holder on the right side. Picture point (d).
3. Remove the break hose clip in the rear of the front fender, by pressing it
together in the inner side. Picture point (e).
4. Remove the fixing screws of the front fender on left and right side. Picture point
(a), (b) and (c). Take the fender off the bike.
5. Remove the rubber bushings out of the original front fender and install them on
the carbon front fender.
6. Mount the carbon front fender (1) in reverse order onto the bike. Use original
screws to fix at point (a), (b) and (c).
Keep the correct tightening torque which is 6 Nm.
7. Press in the original break hose clip in the rear of the carbon front fender(1).
Picture point (e) and click the brake hose in the holder at point (d).
8. Mount the front wheel according to the drivers manual book.

Operazioni
preliminari
almontaggio
Montaggio
1. Parcheggiare la motocicletta in piano e su una superficie stabile, per evitare che
possa cadere.
2. Spegnere il motore ed estrarre la chiave; attendere che il motore si sia raffreddato.
3. Prima di procedere con il montaggio leggere attentamente le istruzioni e assicurarsi
che il kit contenga tutti i pezzi necessari.
1. Smontare la ruota anteriore secondo le istruzioni contenute nel manuale d’uso.
2. Togliere la vite di fissaggio che trattiene il supporto del tubo del freno sul lato destro
e rimuovere il supporto. Figura 2 punto (d).
3. Togliere il fermo del tubo del freno sul lato posteriore del parafango facendo
pressione sul lato interno. Figura punto (e).
4. Togliere le viti di fissaggio sul lato destro e sinistro del parafango anteriore. Figura 1
punto (a), (b) e (c). Togliere il parafango dalla motocicletta.
5. Togliere le boccole in gomma dal parafango originale e montarle sul nuovo
parafango in fibra di carbonio.
6. Rimontare il parafango in fibra di carbonio sulla motocicletta (1) seguendo l’ordine
inverso. Utilizzare le viti originali di fissaggio nei punti (a), (b) e (c),
rispettando la coppia di serraggio corretta, pari a 6 Nm.
7. Montare a pressione il fermo del tubo del freno sul retro del parafango in fibra di
carbonio (1).
Figura punto (e) inserire premendo il tubo del freno nel supporto al punto (d).
8. Montare la ruota anteriore secondo le istruzioni contenute nel manuale d’uso.

Préparer
le
montage
Montage
1. Garez la moto sur une surface stable et plate où elle ne risque pas de tomber.
2. Arrêtez le moteur et enlevez la clé de contact, attendez jusqu'à ce que le moteur ait
refroidi.
3. Lisez ces instructions soigneusement avant d'entreprendre le montage et vérifiez
que toutes les pièces sont correctement emballées dans le kit.
1. Démontez la roue avant selon le manuel pour le motard.
2. Retirez la gaine du câble de frein de l'attache sur le côte droit. Voir (d) sur
l'illustration.
3. Enlevez la pince de la gaine du câble de frein derrière le garde-boue avant en le
compressant
vers l'intérieur. Voir (e) sur l'illustration.
4. Retirez les vis de fixation du garde-boue avant sur les côtés gauche et droit. Voir
(a), (b) et (c) sur l'illustration. Enlevez le garde-boue de la moto.
5. Enlevez les bagues en caoutchouc de la garde-boue avant d'origine et installez-les
sur le garde-boue en carbone.
6. Installez le garde-boue avant en carbone (1) sur la moto dans l'ordre inverse.
Utilisez les vis d'origine et fixez-les aux endroits (a), (b) et (c).
Vissez au couple correct de serrage, qui est 6 Nm.
7. Clipsez la pince de la gaine du câble de frein d'origine derrière le garde-boue avant
en carbone (1) (voir (e) sur l'illustration) et clipsez la gaine du câble de frein sur
l'attache à l'endroit (d).
8. Montez la roue avant selon le manuel pour le motard.

ATTENTION
Contrôlez l'espace entre le garde-boue avant en carbone et la roue avant et le système de freins.
ATTENTION
Vérifier que toutes les vis sont serrées avant de monter sur la moto.

Preparación

Instalación
1. Aparque la motocicleta en una superficie firme y plana donde no pueda caerse.
2. Pare el motor y extraiga la llave de encendido y espere hasta que el motor se haya
enfriado.
3. Lea estas instrucciones atentamente antes de la instalación y compruebe que
todos los elementos están correctamente empaquetados en el kit.
1. Desmonte la rueda delantera de acuerdo con el manual de usuario.
2. Extraiga el tubo de de freno del soporte situado en el lado derecho. Marca (d) de
la fotografía.
3. Extraiga la pinza del tubo del freno en la parte posterior del guardabarros
delantero, presionándola hacia dentro. Marca (e) de la fotografía.
4. Extraiga los tornillos de fijación en el guardabarros delantero tanto del lado
izquierdo y derecho. Marca (a), (b) y (c) de la fotografía. Extraiga el guardabarros
de la motocicleta.
5. Extraiga los casquillos de goma del guardabarros delantero original e instálelos en
el guardabarros delantero de carbono.
6. Monte el guardabarros de carbono (1) en sentido inverso al anteriormente descrito
en la motocicleta. Utilice tornillos originales para fijar en el punto (a), (b) y (c).
Mantenga el par de apriete correcto, que es de 6 Nm.
7. Presione la pinza del tubo de freno original en la parte trasera del guardabarros
delantero de carbono (1). Punto de la ilustración (e) y fije la manguera de freno en
el soporte en el punto (d).
8. Monte la rueda delantera de acuerdo con el manual del propietario.

PRECAUCIÓN
Compruebe la distancia del guardabarros delantero de carbono respecto a la rueda delantera y el
sistema de freno.
PRECAUCIÓN
Compruebe que todos los tornillos estén apretados correctamente antes de
conducir la motocicleta.
