L’impianto autoportante ha la funzione di sostenere, oltre ai prodotti immagazzinati, anche la copertura e le pareti dello stabile che lo contiene.
Viene quindi generalmente progettato prevedendo scaffali della maggior
altezza possibile, in funzione della tipologia di materiale da stoccare, e le
apparecchiature di movimentazione adeguate.
Apart from supporting ordinary working loads, self-supporting systems have the
function of supporting roof and curtain walls.
It is normally designed with the highest shelving possible with regard to the goods to be stored, together with the adequate handling equipment.
Die sich selbst tragende Anlage hat die Aufgabe, neben den normalen Lagerprodukten auch die Abdeckung und die Füllwände zu stützen.
Ihre Planung erfolgt daher im Allgemeinen, je nach Beschaffenheit der zu lagernden Materialien, mit der Montage von Regalen der größtmöglichen Höhe,
sowie angemessenen Transportvorrichtungen.

The employment of rack feeders in the automated warehouse allows storing at
high speed a great amount of goods while having direct access to each storage
location, either single or double-bottomed.
Conceived to optimize production processes and to reduce handling costs, this
installation exploits the storing site room while occupying the least ground surface possible.

Il sistema compattabile si compone di scaffalature scorrevoli installate su
rotaie, ideali per sfruttare al massimo l’area disponibile nel magazzino.
Tra le scaffalature, normalmente “chiuse”, viene aperta di volta in volta solo la
corsia di acces-so/stivaggio desiderata grazie ad un meccanismo (manuale
o motorizzato).
Questa tecnologia è applicabile a magazzini per grandi portate (uso industriale) e di tipo leggero, anche nella versione ad armadi, particolarmente
indicati per archivi e uffici, per il settore farmaceutico, per magazzini di ricambi e beni di consumo.
The compactable system consists of sliding-on-rails shelving that exploit as
much storage area as possible.
The shelves remain normally closed; among them only an aisle at a time may be
entered, the access/storing one, by means of a manual/automatic device.
This technology applies both to light and grand warehouses (e.g. industrial facilities), also in the shuttered shelves version, that is especially suitable for offices, archives, pharmaceutical stores, warehouses of spare parts and consumers goods.
Mit dem Kompaktlager, einem System mit zusammenklappbaren, auf Schienen
gleitenden Mobilregalen, kann der im Lager verfügbare Platz maximal genutzt werden. Bei Bedarf genügt die Öffnung der Zugangsbahn zum gewünschten
Lagerungsprodukt zwischen den normalerweise “geschlossenen” Regalen. Der
Antrieb kann manuell oder durch einen Motor erfolgen.

Une voie d’accès/stockage est ouverte par un système soit manuel soit motorisé
parmi les rayonnages qui sont normalement fermés. Cette solution s’adapte aux
exigences des dépots à grande capacité (p.e. industriels) ou bien légers, aussi
dans les versions “armoire” qui sont optimales pour archives et bureaux, pour
les industries pharmaceutiques, pour des stockages de pièces de remplacement et
articles de vente courante.
El sistema compacto está compuesto por estanterias corredizas instaladas sobre
railes, ideales para aprovechar al máximo el área a disposición en el almacén.
Entre las estanterias, normalmente “cerradas”, se habre cada vez solo un pasillo
de acceso/acúmulo deseado gracias a un mecanismo (manual o motorizado).
Esta tecnología tiene aplicación en almacenes de grandes capacidades (uso industrial) y de tipo ligero, también en la versión de armarios, particularmente
indicados para archivos y oficinas, para el sector farmacéutico, para almacenes
de recambios y bienes de consumo.

• Massima utilizzazione dello spazio: eliminazione di tutti i corridoi tra gli
scaffali tranne uno.
• Protezione dei materiali dalla polvere con speciali guarnizioni di gomma
e chiusure ermetiche.
• Adattabilità ad ogni tipo di pavimentazione: le rotaie possono essere fissate o annegate nel pavimento.
• Silenziosità di movimento.
• Tre sistemi di movimentazione:
- manuale: movimento impresso dall’operatore reagendo, a spinta, sulle
maniglie fissate alle fiancate degli armadi;
- meccanico: ogni carrello mobile è equipaggiato di un volantino rotante
manuale che attiva il meccanismo di trasmissione a mezzo di opportuni
demoltiplicatori;
- elettromeccanico: movimentazione motorizzata, ciascun carrello è dotato di uno o più motoriduttori. Sulla testata di ogni armadio è applicato
un piccolo quadro di comando; quando l’operatore richiede l’apertura di
un corridoio, il movimento di tutti i carrelli del blocco si avvia“in cascata”.
• Sicurezza (versione elettromeccanica):
- pulsante di ripristino;
- bandelle di sicurezza antischiacciamento;
- pulsante “stop” di emergenza;
- blocco del movimento a fine corsa (microinterrutori ad astina tra i singoli armadi);
- spia luminosa di impianto in funzione;
- sistema di fotocellule (opzionale): blocca il movimento di tutti i carrelli nell’eventualità che persone entrino nella corsia dalla parte posteriore
dell’impianto.
• Magazzino compattabile di tipo pesante - Struttura delle scaffalature:
- scaffalature porta-pallet tipo Bi-Bloc;
- scaffalature cantilever tipo Cantil Dal Senior e Cantil Dal Junior.
• Magazzino compattabile di tipo leggero - Struttura degli armadi:
- scaffalature ad incastro realizzate con profili a freddo speciali;
- forature di precisione per l’inserimento dei ganci di supporto dei ripiani
metallici (distanza variabile a piacimento);
- ripiani metallici sagomati a freddo forniti di bordature a più ordini lungo tutto il perimetro, e rinforzati, in senso longitudinale, con uno o più
canotti;

• Goods protected from dust through special rubber trimmings and hermetic
sealing.
• Adaptability to any kind of pavement. Rails may be either fixed or hidden into
the pavement.
• Silent operating.
• Three handling systems:
- manual: the movement is generated by the operator that pushes on the handles fixed to the shuttered shelves sides;
- mechanical: each trolley is equipped with a manual operating system consisting of wheel, gear down and transmission group;
- electro-mechanical: motorized motion, each trolley is equipped with one or
more motor-reducers. A small control panel is installed on each shelf side; the
operator making an aisle open triggers the ‘cascade’ motion of all other trolleys
in the block.
• Safety (electro-mechanical version):
- restore button;
- safety anti-crushing straps;

Verteilertafel; wenn der Bediener die Öffnung eines Flures anordnet, bewegen
sich alle Förderwagen eines Blockes gleichermaßen.
• Sicherheit (elektromechanische Version):
- Reset-Taste;
- Sicherheitsschienen gegen Einquetschgefahr;
- Stop-Taste für den Notfall;
- Bewegungsstop am Ende jedes Laufs (Mikroschalter zwischen den einzelnen
Schränken);
- Kontroll-Lampe;
- auf Wunsch Fotozellen-System: die Bewegung aller Förderwagen wird gestoppt, sobald Personen aus dem hinteren Teil der Anlage in den Lauf eintreten.

sur une transmission réducteur mécanique;
- électromécanique: actionnement motorisé, chaque chariot est équipé d’un
ou plus réducteurs moteur. Une mini-console est installée en tête de chaque
armoire; lors de que l’opérateur lance l’ouverture d’un couloire, active le mouvement tous chariots d’un bloc se déclanche «en cascade».
• Sécurité (que dans la version électromécanique):
- bouton reset;
- flans de sécurité anti-écrasement;
- bouton d’arrêt d’urgence;
- arrêt en bout de marche par micro-rélais à tiges entre chaque armoire;

- pulsador de restablecimiento;
- bisagras de seguridad antiaplastamiento;
- pulsador “stop” de emergencia;
- bloqueo del movimiento al final del trayecto (microinterruptores entre cada
uno de los armarios);
- luz de adverténcia, de instalación en funciona miento,
- sistema de células fotográficas (opcional): bloquea el movimiento de todas
las bases;
• Almacén compactable de tipo pesado – Estructura de las estanterias:

formano un ripiano continuo. Le estremità conformate a
becco trovano alloggio nell’ala superiore dei correnti.
• Made of galvanized steel C-profiles (with 10-20-30 cm width) forming a conti
nuous plane by leaning side-by-side on the inside flap of L-shaped beams,
thanks to their curved ends.
• “C”-Profil aus verzinktem Stahlblech von 10-20-30 cm Breite. Sie formen ei
nen durchgehenden Boden, in dem sie auf speziellen Leisten angebracht sind,
die ihrerseits auf Kniebalken liegen. Die in Schnabelform gefertigten Endstü
cke finden ihren Platz im oberen Schenkel der Balken.

Accumulation shelving recommended for great amounts of goods with few ID
references. According to the ‘First In, Last Out’ and ‘Last-In, First-Out’ principle, the palletized load unit are stored into deep tunnels accessible by fork lifts
for handling operations. This allows exploiting as much room as possible and
eliminating the aisles traditionally required for service purposes.
The drive-in shelving is made with the Bi-Bloc slot-in system, and is completed
by the exclusive pallet rack profile of zinc-coated steel.
Ein Speicher-Regalsystem, welches sich besonders für die Lagerung großer Produktmengen eignet, die nur einen geringen Aufwand an Bezeichnung zur Identifizierung benötigen. Die palettierten Ladungseinheiten werden nach der Regel
“First In, Last Out” und “Last In, First Out” gelagert. Die in die Tiefe entwickelten Ladegänge sind mit den Gabelstaplern für alle Bewegungs-und Transportvorgänge zu erreichen. Der zur Verfügung stehende Platz kann auf diese Weise intensiv genutzt werden, die Servicegänge herkömmlicher Systeme werden
eliminiert. Das Drive-In System wird mit dem Klemm-System Bi-Bloc erstellt,
welches bereits mit dem exklusiven Paletten-Trageprofil in verzinktem Stahl
ausgestattet ist.

Il gruppo mensola-profilo porta pallet di tipo tradizionale ha caratterizzato
la produzione Marcegaglia per molti anni. Tuttavia oggi è diponibile anche
una soluzione ingegneristica più avanzata in sostituzione.
The bracket-pallet rack profile has been a peculiar manufacture for many years
among the products of Marcegaglia. Today though, a new, advanced solution
that replace this traditional group is available.
Die Produktion der Marcegaglia ist lange Jahre durch die Gruppe der herkömmlichen Regalböden/Paletten-Trageprofile charakterisiert worden. Heutzutage ist
jedoch eine technisch fortschrittlichere Lösung vorhanden.
Le composant planche-profil traditionnel était la base de la production Marcegaglia pendant des années. Toutefois, aujourd’hui, un nouveau système plus
avancé du point vue technologique est disponible.

The gravity warehouse is suitable for storage facilities requiring an automatic
rotation in the products’ stock.
The shelving features inclined roller planes that allow piling up the load units
by simple gravity (either small or big pallets), strictly following the first in - first
out scheme.

Die mit entsprechend geneigten Rollgängen versehenen Regale erlauben die Lagerung der Ladeeinheiten nach Gewicht (von kleinen Paketen bis zu Paletten
großer Dimensionen) sowie einem strengen Prinzip des “First In, First Out“.
Dieses Lager wird mit Bestandteilen des Bi-Bloc Systems realisiert.
Le stockage par gravité est choisi lors qu’il faut automatiser la rotation des
stocks.
Les rayonnages sont fournis de plans à rouleaux avec une inclination calculée
permettant l’accumulation par gravité des unités de chargement (à partir d’un
petit emballage jusqu’à des gros palettes) selon le principe First In, First Out.
Ce rayonnage est réalisé avec des composants intégrant le système Bi-Bloc.

delle spalle. Vanno esaminate attentamente le situazioni con carichi sbilanciati nel senso della profondità delle spalle.

Il kit ERREX® è lo scaffale modulare ad incastro di grande portata in acciaio
zincato. Sviluppato con la stessa tecnologia dello scaffale da magazzinaggio
ERREX®, prodotto di grande industrializzazione Marcegaglia, disponibile
con ripiani da 30 cm o 40 cm per una portata, rispettivamente, di 100 kg o
140 kg a ripiano*.
Strutturalmente resistente, ha un design raffinato ed è adatto all’uso industriale e commerciale. Il kit ERREX® viene fornito in un pratico imballo con
tutte le istruzioni di montaggio.

Montare le piastre laterali ed il corrente
d’irrigidimento a ridosso della giunzione dei montanti.
Puntare tutte le viti che fissano il corrente d’irrigidimento allo
scaffale e serrarle alla fine, dopo aver montato tutto lo scaffale.
Completato il montaggio, fissare al muro lo scaffale per sicurezza.
Connect side plates and bracing stringer at the height of the uprights
coupling. Insert all screws to fix the bracing stringer to the shelf, then
tighten screws only at the end of shelf assembly.
For your safety, fix the shelf to the wall.
