Veo, veo algo amarillo ...
Veo, veo

“I Spy” – did you ever play this game when you were growing
up? Have you ever played it with your children?
I Spy something on the ground… colorful leaves, it is FALL!
I Spy something yellow… St. Mark Faith Formation backpacks,
aren’t they GREAT, and so handy for keeping track of your Faith
Formation book, papers and supplies!
I Spy something else… parents bringing their children to Faith
Formation class and then… going to Mass while their children
are in class. WAIT! When do their children go to Mass? The
soccer coach asks your child to be at practice – you take them.
The teacher asks that your child arrive early at school for a
tutoring session – you take them. God, our Father, asks us ALL to
celebrate Mass on Sunday’s and Holy Day’s – GOD asks this –
how can we NOT follow His request, Commandment, and take
them, our children to Mass? I Spy this, so does our Holy Father.
I Spy grace filled children, teens and adults… the ones who are
participating in Mass!
What is Open Youth House?
Open Youth House is starting for Middle School students 6th-8th
grade! We will be meeting at the Youth House from 3:30-5:30
every Friday. Open Youth House, both the High School and Middle School meetings, is an event we host each week for youth to
hang out and get to know each other through games, sports,
movies, etc.. There is no fee or lesson, just an open environment
for fun and games to allow the students to have a safe environment for fellowship. We encourage students to bring snacks, but
this is not an obligation. Come join us here at St. Mark for food,
fun, and fellowship!
