What clothes are suitable
for the spa?
All patrons must wear their swimsuit in
the hydrothermal area. Nude admission
is not permitted. For your treatments at
the spa, wear the clothes you find most
comfortable. Our professionals will provide you with suitable clothes for each

How long before my appointment
must I be at the spa?
We recommend you arrive at least 10

¿Y si llego tarde?
Nuestro spa funciona con apoyo de una
agenda y de reservas que se respetan
siempre. Si usted llega tarde, el retraso
afectará a la duración de su tratamiento.
Una llegada con retraso a un tratamiento breve puede suponer una falta de
asistencia.
Los menores de 18 años no podrán
tener acceso al Spa, piscina, zona termal, cabinas de masajes ni someterse
a ningún tratamiento ofertado. (Excepto
manicuras infantiles)
What if I’m late?
Our spa is run with the support of a
timetable and bookings which are always adhered to. If you arrive late, the
delay will affect the duration of your
treatment. If you arrive late for a short
treatment you may be regarded as not
having shown up.
Under 18’s can not access the Spa,
Pool, Spa Area, massage rooms nor take
any of the treatments offered (except
the children’s manicures).

Welche Kleidung muss ich
im Spa tragen?
Alle Gäste müssen im Thermalbereich
Badekleidung tragen. Nacktbaden ist
nicht erlaubt. Für Ihre Behandlungen im
Spa kommen sie am besten mit Kleidung,
die Ihnen am bequemsten erscheint. Von
unseren Experten werden Sie angemessene Kleidung für jede Körperbehandlung
erhalten.
In welchem Zeitraum sollte
ich schon vorher im Spa sein?
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, mindestens schon
10 Minuten vor Beginn Ihrer Behandlung da zu sein. Denn so können Sie
rechtzeitig und entspannt beginnen.
Wenn Sie die Möglichkeit haben, kommen
Sie eine Stunde oder 30 Minuten vorher.
So können Sie unsere Einricht-ungen mit
u.a. klimatisiertem Pool im Innenbereich,
Wassermassage, Kaltwasserbehandlung,
Sauna und Jacuzzis genießen.
Was geschieht, wenn ich
zu spät komme?
Unser Spa funktioniert nach Terminkalender und –vereinbarungen, die stets eingehalten werden. Ein verspätetes Erscheinen zu einem vereinbarten Termin wird
von Ihrer Behandlungszeit abgezogen. Ein
verspätetes Erscheinen zu einer kurzen
Behandlung kann als Fehlen gelten.
Unter 18-jährigen ist der Zugang
zum gesamten Spa Bereich, SwimmingPool und den Massage Kabinen nicht
gestattet. Ebenso keine Spa Anwendungen (mit Ausnahme der Kinder Maniküre).
