ARCHITECTURAL ORGANISM
The anular view platfomrs provide not only panoramic exterior vistas at Dubai and beyond, but also a introverted perspective of the tower itself. The cafe on the penultimate platform is connected to the uppermost viewing platform
by panoramic stairs, which also provide a view upwards to the final part of the tower housing the oscillating machine. The lattice exterior skin of these two platform reduce the light intensity.
