Il prodotto deve essere assolutamente inerte, non deve contenere materie prime nocive, radioattive o metalli pesanti come cadmio o piombo, è pertanto
un prodotto in accordo con le tecniche della bioarchitettura.
Il materiale presenta bordi e spigoli rettilinei, è completamente vetrificato, e deve essere classificato nel gruppo BIa secondo la norma ISO 13006. In
particolare deve rispondere a tutti i requisiti di prodotto previsti dalla norma ISO 10545. Specificatamente deve resistere al gelo (ISO 10545/12); agli
sbalzi termici (ISO 10545/9); all’ attacco acido e basico (ISO 10545/13); possedere un valore di assorbimento d’ acqua (ISO 10545/3) inferiore a 0,5%;
ottenere una resistenza a flessione (ISO 10545/4) pari o superiore a 35 N/mm2; risultare non macchiabile da agenti sporcanti alimentari secondo
CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA).
Tutte le caratteristiche tecniche devono essere controllate in base a metodi di prova verificati nel rispetto delle norma ISO 9001.

The product must be absolutely inert and shall contain no harmful, radioactive raw materials or heavy metals such as cadmium or lead. Therefore, it is
a product in compliance with the bioarchitectural techniques.
The material is completely vitrified and features straight edges and corners. It must be classified in the BIa group in compliance with standard ISO 13006
and meet all the product requirements set forth in standard ISO 10545. Specifically, it must be resistant to frost (ISO 10545/12), thermal shock (ISO
10545/9), and the effects of acids and bases (ISO 10545/13). It must feature a water absorption value (ISO 10545/3) of less than 0,5% and achieve a
resistance to bending stress (ISO 10545/4) greater than or equal to 35 N/mm2. It must be resistant to food stains in accordance with CTI-81-7 (Ceramic
Tile Institute, USA).
In general, all the technical specifications must be checked according to the testing methods carried out in compliance with the ISO 9001 standards.

Das Produkt muss vollkommen reaktionsträge sein und darf weder schädliche oder radioaktive Rohstoffe noch Schwermetalle, wie Kadmium oder Blei,

Das Material weist gerade Ränder und Ecken auf, ist vollständig verglast und muss entsprechend ISO 13006 in die Bla-Gruppe eingestuft werden. Es
muss insbesondere allen durch ISO 10545 vorgegebenen Produktanforderungen entsprechen. Im einzelnen muss es frostbeständig (ISO 10545/12),
widerstandsfähig gegen Temperaturschwankungen (ISO 10545/9) sowie säure- und laugenbeständig (ISO 10545/13) sein. Es muss einen Wasseraufnahmewert
unter 0,5 % (ISO 10545/3) und eine Biegezugfestigkeit größer oder gleich 35 N/mm2 (ISO 10545/4) aufweisen sowie lebensmittelfleckenbeständig sein
(CTI-81-7 „Ceramic Tile Institute“, USA).
Alle technischen Eigenschaften müssen auf der Grundlage von Testmethoden nach ISO 9001 geprüft werden.

por agentes alimentarios que puedan ensuciar, según el criterio CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA).
Todas las características técnicas han de ser comprobadas siguiendo métodos de prueba verificados, de conformidad con la norma ISO 9001.
