Lauro Bravar, Business Development Director, OHL
Lauro Bravar has held the position of CEO South Region at OHL USA, Inc. from 2006, at which time he
was charged with initiating and overseeing OHL’s operations in the U.S. market, until recently in 2013
when he took on a new responsibility at the corporate level of OHL as Director of Business Development
for the Americas. In his previous position of CEO of OHL USA, Mr. Bravar oversaw and reported a business of about US$500 million per year and managed a staff of approximately 800 employees. The business encompasses vertical building construction (hospitals, schools, theaters, offices, etc.) and transportation infrastructure (roads, bridges, tunnels).
Federico Restrepo Posada ,President, Autopista del Sol
Federico Restrepo Posada actualmente, se desempeña como asesor de la Gobernación de Antioquia en
la coordinación general del Proyecto Regional Integral para el Desarrollo de Urabá: Urabá un mar de
oportunidades, la línea 6 del Plan de Desarrollo 2012-2015 Antioquia la Más Educada. Y en el Gobierno
Colombiano, se desempeña como Gerente General de las Autopistas para la Prosperidad, un ambicioso
proyecto de infraestructura vial con un costo estimado de $ 13.1 billones de pesos, en coordinación con
el Ministerio de Transporte y la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura (ANI) .
Roger Bonet, President, Colombeia
Licenciado en Matemáticas (Universidad Central de Venezuela) con larga trayectoria en proyectos de
Tecnología de Información (TI) que incluyen software de gestión de proyectos y desarrollos especiales
para banca y comercio electrónico. Fue miembro del Comité Consultivo de la Oficina Central de Estadística e Informática de Venezuela y del Consejo Consultivo de IBM para Latinoamérica. Presidió el Comité de
Tecnología de Información y Telecomunicaciones de la Cámara Venezolano-Americana –Venamcham- y
la Comisión de Telecomunicaciones, Tecnología de Información y Comercio Electrónico de la Cámara de
Comercio Internacional -ICC-Capítulo Venezuela.
Gareth Fairweather, Town Planner, Transport for London
Gareth Fairweather is a town planner at Transport for London (TfL) with experience in land use, physical
development and transport integration. His interests lie in the role of transport in creating sustainable
and liveable cities, as well as its contribution to place making. He has previously advised the Mayor of
London in developing packages of transport interventions to support development and regeneration.
This involved working closely with the private sector to secure funding and the delivery of transport
infrastructure.

de Regulación de Energía y Gas –CREG-, Directora de la división de Minas y Energía del Departamento
Nacional de Planeación .

Administrador de Empresas de la Universidad de Cartagena, Premio Nacional de Investigación (Analdex),

de 30 años de experiencia en formulación, evaluación y estructuración de proyectos, dirección y asesoría
