1. On Divine Mercy Sunday, take part in the Divine
Mercy prayers and devotions held in honor of the
Divine Mercy.
2. Go to confession (must be free of all sin even
venial sin).
3. Receive Holy Communion, in a state of grace, that
day.
4. Pray for the Holy Father (ex: Our Father, Hail
Mary, and Glory Be).

CATECHIST NEEDED
The Faith Formation Program at our parish is in need of Catechists. We invite you (parents, teachers,
college students) to consider being God's messenger to spread the Good News and open the children's
hearts to the Lord. A person of faith and you will share your own faith experiences. This can be your love
of God, your gratitude for God's many gifts, and your personal friendship with Jesus. You could volunteer
as main teacher, assistant, office helper, or special events. Classes are open on Weekends and weekdays,

The Spanish Community of Holy
Spirit is so excited to welcome one
of the most popular trio/mariachi
bands in OC, Los Salazar. The
family trio, consisting of father,
daughter, and son, will be joining
us at the 6:30 PM Saturday night
Mass on May 9 in celebration of Dia
de las Madres (Mother's Day), and
will also perform during the
potluck following our Mass that
evening. Bring your favorite dish
to share with other parishioners
and friends, and come enjoy the
beautiful music of Los Salazar.

the horrific sin of “HUMAN
TRAFFICKING in our city”. We
urgently need the help of faith
minded citizens to help man our
“STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING
BOOTH”, set up each Friday on the
boardwalk at the Huntington Beach
Pier. We are handing out awareness
literature of this sinful violation on
our children to be obliterated. This is
a great way for young adults to earn
volunteer hours. Please contact May

Our 9:00 am Sunday pre-School Children’s Liturgy is losing two of our main
catechists in May. Stephanie and Kathy will be graduating and leaving us to
