The senior citizen meetings (Ahtanum Youth Activities Park, 1000 Ahtanum Road) are held on the Friday following the regular monthly (3rd Tuesday) school board meeting. I also meet monthly with interested taxpayers on Leisure Hill at their Club House. We usually meet the same week as the Senior Citizen group but on Wednesday’s at 10:00 am. I would be more than willing to meet with any other Union Gap groups as well. Please contact me at (509) 248-­‐3966; extension 403 if you would like to schedule a meeting. Step 1 * patron visits with the specific district employee – teacher, coach, paraprofessional, administrator, etc. (secure a complaint packet if you are not Step 5 * patron visits with the District satisfied with the outcome of Step 1) Step 2 * patron visits with the Activities Director if the concern is associated with extracurricular activities Step 3 * patron visits with the Assistant Building Principal Superintendent; Patron will need to return a completed Request for Reconsideration of Instructional Material and/or the Request for Consideration of Citizen Complaint form(s) to the Superintendent AT LEAST EIGHT (8) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE BOARD MEETING IF THE PATRON WANTS TO BE SPECIFICALLY LISTED ON THE NEXT AVAILABLE REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING Step 4 * patron visits with the Building AGENDA AND WAS NOT SATISFIED RESPONSE.
