Información Para la Rifa /Raffle Ticket Submission Information

$ incluido en el Sobre/$ included in Envelope: $__________ Es$mados Padres, En el sobre encontrarán los 10 boletos para la rifa que cada estudiante debe tratar de vender. La venta de boletos de rifa es parte del dinero que será recaudado durante Fiesta Cultural el 14 de Abril, para apoyar el Currículo de las Américas. Información Importante: •  Los boletos han sido numerados y asignados por numero a cada estudiante. •  Cada estudiante es responsable de entregar el dinero por los boletos vendidos o regresar todos los boletos que no vendidos. •  Como dice en el boleto, los premios serán otorgados al final de Fiesta Cultural, el 14 de abril •  Habrán 9 o más premios en la rifa (la información está en el boleto) •  Los precios son $5/1 boleto o $20/5 boletos •  No hay que estar presente para ganar Al vender los boletos: •  NOMBRE Y TELEFONO DEBEN DE ESTAR CLARAMENT ESCRITOS EN EL COMPROBANTE •  Al vender el boleto, debe de entregar a la persona su parte del boleto que sirve de comprobante, y usted debe de quedarse con la otra parte del boleto(favor de dejar todos los boletos juntos) •  Se debe pagar por los boletos al momento de venta. Se prefieren cheques of giro postal, pero también los padres pueden aceptar dinero y en cambio hacer un sólo cheque. •  Los cheques se deben hacer a nombre de FELE (Familias en la Escuela) (Antes del 11 de abril) Al enviar los Comprobantes de Boletos a la escuela: •  Favor de completar la información en la parte de arriba de este sobre antes de regresar los boletos. •  EN ESTE SOBRE PONDRA LOS COMPROBANTES DE BOLETOS (para los boletos que vendió y que serán parte de la rifa), LOS BOLETOS QUE NO VENDIO, Y EL DINERO •  ENVIE EL SOBRE A LA MAESTRA/O DE SU HIJO/A Si quiere más boletos para vender o si $ene alguna pregunta acerca de la venta de boletos, favor de comunicarse con Sue Cartagena al (312)342-­‐1648 o [email protected]. El Comité de Fiesta Cultural Dear Parents, Enclosed in this envelope are 10 raffle $ckets that we would like your child to sell. The sale of these raffle $ckets is in conjunc$on with Inter-­‐American’s upcoming Fiesta Cultural on April 14th. The proceeds from the sale of these $ckets is (like Fiesta Cultural) to improve our Curriculum of the Americas. Please note the following: •  THE TICKETS ARE NUMBERED AND ASSIGNED TO INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS. •  STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE PROCEEDS OF THE TICKETS AND/OR ANY UNUSED TICKETS TO THE SCHOOL. •  As men$oned on the $cket, the drawing will take place at Fiesta Cultural on April 14, 2012 •  There will be 9 or more prizes that will be drawn (these are listed on the $cket) •  Ticket price is $5/$cket or $20/5 $ckets •  People do not need to be present to win When selling the Yckets: •  NAME and TELEPHONE MUST BE WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE STUB •  Upon the sale of the $cket, give only the customer copy to the individual, you must retain the stub (please keep the $ckets stapled together) •  Tickets must be paid for upon purchase. Checks or money orders are the preferred method of payment; however, if the parent wants to take cash and submit a check to the school that is acceptable also. •  Checks should be made out to FELE (Familias en la Escuela) (Before April 11) When returning Ticket Stubs to the school: •  Please complete the top of this envelope when you are returning the $ckets. •  ENCLOSE IN THIS ENVELOPE THE TICKET STUBS, UNUSED TICKETS AND COLLECTED MONEY. •  DELIVER THE ENVELOPE AND CONTENTS BACK TO YOUR CHILD S TEACHER If you would like more $ckets to sell or if you have ques$ons about the sale of the $ckets, please contact Sue Cartagena at (312) 342-­‐1648 or at [email protected].
