Within the consistent quality of the offer of services and facilities, a principal advantage
of the Casonas Asturianas Club lies in the characteristic variety of styles of traditional and
rural architecture in Asturias. A variety in accord with the scenery offered by the Principality. The casonas, like the Asturian landscape, respond to one and the same “spirit”.
They are easily identified by their beauty, which corresponds to a variety that reaches
up high into the peaks of the Picos de Europa and offers us accommodation in country
houses that once belonged to the nobility or well-to-do farmers; or brings us down close
to beaches of the finest, white sands near elegant, modernist mansions in the east of the
region. The central area of Asturias contributes to the wealth of accommodation both in
terms of quantity and quality, adding tones of old fishing villages and an artistic, historic
and industrial heritage that is a yardstick of the Asturian character; there, near the most
important towns and amid the oases of peace and quiet of central Asturias. Asturness,

La arcana orografía, las telúricas cordilleras, los ríos engastados en profundos valles, hacen del Principado de Asturias un país único. Pequeños
puertos pesqueros de inconfundible sabor atlántico, bosques donde todavía habitan el antiguo mito y la leyenda astur, la huella de un pasado
histórico y artístico que ve el transcurrir del tiempo con impertérrita belleza. Esto es Asturias, un lugar que aúna la modernidad más confortable
y vanguardista con una rica etnografía y un pasado rural que recogen las esencias más características de un pueblo y que están patentes, entre
otras muchas facetas, en el paradigmático acervo arquitectónico de las casas y casonas rurales.
Distinguidos edificios señoriales, algunos, y antiguas, hermosas y sencillas casas rurales, otras, son precisamente los alojamientos que forman el
Club de Calidad Casonas Asturianas, Marca de Calidad creada en 1994 por el Principado de Asturias, diferenciando así un segmento singular
de la oferta hotelera asturiana, en el que la calidad, la ubicación, el equipamiento y el excelente servicio apoya el liderazgo turístico de Asturias
en el norte de España.
Dentro de la homogénea calidad en la oferta de servicio y equipamientos, una ventaja principal del Club de Calidad Casonas Asturianas está en
la variedad tan característica de la tipología arquitectónica popular y rural asturiana. Variedad acorde con la oferta paisajística del Principado. Las
casonas, como el paisaje asturiano, responden a un mismo espíritu fácilmente identificable por su belleza, que se corresponde con una variedad
que sube hasta lugares cercanos a las altas cumbres de los Picos de Europa y nos acoge en las antiguas casas de hidalgos rurales, o de ricos
labriegos; o que nos acerca a playas de finísima y blanca arena próximas a los elegantes palacetes modernistas del oriente asturiano. La zona
central asturiana contribuye a la riqueza del número y la calidad de los alojamientos, matizándolos con antiguos puertos pesqueros y con un
patrimonio artístico, histórico e industrial que da la medida del carácter asturiano, allí, cerca de las villas más importantes y en medio de los oasis
de tranquilidad del centro de Asturias. Lo astur, lo profundo y misterioso de esta tierra se prolonga hacia las reservas biológicas del occidente a
través de valles, bosques y ríos, donde aún late la memoria de cien mitos y mil leyendas que toman forma cerca de unas Casonas Asturianas que

Casona rural del siglo xvii, de estilo occidental
asturiano, fue rehabilitada respetando su construcción original. Ubicada en un pequeño valle
de Santa Eulalia de Oscos, junto al río Agüeira.
De sus nueve habitaciones, tres son abuhardilladas y una con salón; todas con cuarto de
baño, calefacción, televisor y teléfono. Dispone
de salón con piano, biblioteca, sala de lectura y
terraza. Aparcamiento propio.
Casona del siglo xvii impregnada de actividades musicales y rodeada de un espléndido
bosque centenario. Destaca un salón con piano
de cola, donde disfrutar de veladas de música
en vivo con Reinhold (concertista de guitarra
clásica) y Patricia, nuestros anfitriones. 9 confortables habitaciones dobles, dos con amplias
buhardillas de vigas de castaño. Chimenea, biblioteca, wifi y aparcamiento propio.
Casona asturiana del siglo xviii, típica del
occidente de Asturias, adaptada en 1986. Situada en Taramundi. 18 habitaciones dobles, con
cuarto de baño, calefacción, aire acondicionado, teléfono, televisor, minibar y caja fuerte.
Dispone de salón, sala de lectura y de juegos,
terraza y jardín. Restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, gimnasio, sauna y aparcamiento propio.
Casa de campo tradicional, con huerta, árboles autóctonos y frutales. Cuenta con 6 habitaciones con baño completo, televisión opcional y
teléfono. Algunas de ellas con corredor y otras
con acceso directo al jardín. El salón de piedra
con su chimenea, está ubicado en un antiguo
cobertizo rehabilitado. El hotel ofrece desayunos
tipo buffet, servicio de lavandería y conexión
wifi gratuita.

un discípulo de Gaudí con espectaculares vistas
a la ría del Eo y a los montes de los Oscos. 20
habitaciones de diseño que alternan decorados

Casona asturiana del s. XIX, que tras ser rehabilitada íntegramente en el año 2005, logra
que pizarra, hierro y madera se conjuguen para
crear un ambiente propicio al descanso y el recreo de los sentidos. Con un patrimonio etnográfico singular, horno tradicional, pozo y cabazo,
sus 11 habitaciones exquisitamente decoradas,
los acogedores salones con chimenea y sus íntimos rincones, es un hotel ideal para disfrutar
entre el mar y la montaña.
Casona típica del Occidente asturiano. Consta de 9 habitaciones dobles, todas ellas con
colchones anatómicos, wifi, TV plasma e hidromasaje en todos los baños. Biblioteca, comedor
con chimenea, terraza y jardines con preciosas
vistas. Río, playa y montaña, todo para descubrir
el Parque Histórico del Navia.
This 17th century rural casona, built in the
western Asturian style, was restored preserving
the original construction. Situated in a small
valley in Santa Eulalia de Oscos, next to the
River Agüeira. Three of the nine bedrooms are
in the attic, one has a separate sitting room; all
with en suite bathrooms, heating, telephone
and television. The hotel has a piano lounge,
library, reading room and terrace, as well as a
private car park.
A 17th-century country steeped in musical
activities and surrounded by a splendid, centuries-old wood. Outstanding salon with a grand
piano, where you can enjoy evenings of live
music with your hosts Reinhold (a classical concert guitarist) and Patricia. 9 comfortable double
rooms, two with spacious chestnut-beamed
attics. Fireplace, library, Wi-Fi and private parking facilities.
This 18th century Asturian casona is a typical example of the style of the west of Asturias.
Refurbished in 1986. Situated in Taramundi,
with exceptional scenic views. 18 double rooms;
all with en suite bath-rooms, heating, air conditioning, telephone, television, minibar and safe.
The hotel has a lounge, reading and games
rooms, terrace and garden. Restaurant, room

A traditional country cottage, with a vegetable
garden, indigenous trees and orchard. It has 6
bedrooms all with full bathroom, optional television, and telephone. Some open onto a running
balcony and others directly onto the garden. The
stone-walled lounge with fireplace is located in
an old, refurbished outhouse. The hotel offers
buffet breakfasts and a laundry service and wifi
Internet access.

of Los Oscos. 20 designer bedrooms that combine ultra-modern décor with colonial tradition.

been restored into a five bed-room hotel with
magnificent views over the Navia valley. The
antique-decorated bedrooms are complemented
by various lounges in different styles, terraces
and gardens.Chimney lounge, library, billiards

Esta antigua quintana de principios del siglo
XIX producía los alimentos del palacio feudal Torre Llamabúa. En una propiedad de 100.000 m2
de masas forestales, manantiales, frutales, senderos y praderas, la Hacienda, con sus 7 habitaciones dobles magníficamente equipadas, hace
realidad los sueños. Las habitaciones disponen
de tv satélite, Wifi y caja fuerte. Hay biblioteca,
restaurante, piscina y sala de reuniones.
Construido en 1899 para una familia indiana,
el hotel le ofrece la ocasión de disfrutar de un
descanso a todo confort en el ambiente original
de la Belle Époque. Tiene 12 habitaciones, 3
de ellas suites con bañera de hidromasaje.
Salón de desayunos, bar-cafetería, biblioteca,
vinatería, gimnasio, spa, piscina, etc. Soberbio
y ecléctico jardín. El hotel organiza eventos y
celebraciones familiares y empresariales.
Conjunto arquitectónico formado por casona
solariega (siglo xviii), panera y torre medieval,
entre Cudillero y Luarca, a corta distancia del

comedor y porche abierto al jardín. Ofrece servicio de cenas y aparcamiento propio. Se admiten

de una vieja casona campesina, su panera y su
antojana. 12 habitaciones (1 adaptada a minusválidos) personalizadas con nombres de árboles
y aves autóctonas, con todas las comodidades.

Casona de arquitectura indiana de finales del
siglo XIX rodeada de un amplio jardín y a 1 km
de la playa. Dispone de 7 habitaciones completamente equipadas, tres de ellas suites con terraza, galería o balcón. Acogedor salón con una
nutrida biblioteca y un luminoso comedor con
vistas al jardín y a las montañas. Por su situación
entre el mar y la montaña el abanico de actividades a realizar es muy amplio.
Palacio de los siglos XIII-XIV, Monumento
Histórico Artístico que ofrece 10 confortables
habitaciones, cada una con identidad propia
dadas las especiales características de su arquitectura. El cliente dispone de salones de lectura,
reunión, biblioteca, piscina, cancha de tenis…
además de la posibilidad de disfrutar del impresionante entorno que rodea al Palacio, en el corazón del Parque Natural de Somiedo.
Antigua mansión de indianos construida en
1877, rodeada de un cuidado jardín y ubicada
sobre la villa de Cudillero. 19 habitaciones decoradas con esmero y llenas de pequeños detalles,
algunas de ellas con saloncito privado y terraza.
Deliciosos y variados desayunos. Dispone de
salón con chimenea y biblioteca, sala de lectura,
terraza, jardín y una sala para pequeñas reuniones de empresa. Wifi gratuito. Aparcamiento.
A seaside hotel brimming with tradition,
with the Cantabrian Sea breeze as the hotel’s
best aroma. 9 welcoming bedrooms: 4 of which
are special with whirlpool tubs. All have sea
views and original seafaring décor, heating, full

This old quintana dating from the 19th century produced the food for the feudal mansion
Torre Llamabúa. Set in an estate occupying
100,000 sq. m. of woods, springs, orchards,
footpaths and meadows, the Hacienda, with its
7 magnificently equipped double rooms, makes
your dreams come true. The rooms have satellite
TV, Wifi and a safe. There is a library, restaurant,
swimming pool and meeting room.
