1. Enter your username and password to
Citibank Online.
2. Click on the "Payments and Transfers",
then on "Add a Collector / Beneficiary".

3. Select the "Transfer to other Banks in
Central America" and then click the "Continue."
4. Complete information relating to transfers
to register and then click the "Continue."

5. Check the entered data transfers to be
registered and then click the "Continue."
6. Proceed to authorize the collectors or
ACH transfer beneficiaries registered
by clicking the "Authorize Now".

If there are any errors in the information entered
can use the "Back" and make the change

7. Select the "Order Code" and the system will
automatically send the code to your registered
email (your choice), you must enter in the box
below and click on the "Continue".

8. Click on the "Continue", authorizing the
ACH transfer log.

9. You will be notified about the activation
of the recipient registered with Citibank Online
to emails the customer has registered.
10. You can confirm your ACH transfer recorded in
Citibank Online. Beneficiaries active status
are eligible for ACH transfers

1. Enter your username and password
to Citibank Online.
2. Click on the "Payments and Transfers" and then
click the "Transfers to other Central Banks."

3. Select the account from which the transfer
and ACH Registered Beneficiary Bank Account,
then click the "Continue."
4. Complete the information related to the transfer
that you want, click the option to receive email
notification and then click the "Continue."

5. Check the data entered ACH transfer
and then click the "Continue."
6. You will be notified of the transfer made
on Citibank Online to emails the customer
has registered.
