NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF BROOKSHIRE MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND
ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Notice is hereby given that Brookshire Municipal Water District (the "District") will hold
a Directors Election jointly with the City of Brookshire, within and for the District on May 10,
2014, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., at the Brookshire Convention Center,
4027 5th Street, Brookshire, Waller County, Texas, for the purpose of duly qualified resident
electors voting for two (2) directors for Position Nos. 1 and 2.
The following qualified persons have been appointed as officers of said election:

Early voting ballots for voting by mail may be obtained from and mailed to the Early
Voting Clerk at P. O. Box 958, Brookshire, Waller County, Texas 77423, and shall be received
through 7:00 p.m. on May 10,2014. The Early Voting Clerk shall keep the office for early
voting by personal appearance open for such purposes during the times listed above on each day
which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or official State holiday, beginning on Monday, April 28, 2014
and continuing through Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
Only qualified resident voters of the District shall be entitled to vote at said election.
Such election shall be held and conducted and returns made to the Board of Directors of
the District in accordance with the Texas Election Code, as modified by Chapters 49 and 51,
Texas Water Code, as amended.

Se notifica por el presente que el Distrito Municipal de Agua de Brookshire (el "Distrito")
llevani a cabo una Elecci6n de Directores en conjunto con la Ciudad de Brookshire, dentro y
para el Distrito en dia 10 de mayo de 2014, en el horario de 7:00 a.m. y 7:00 p.m., en Brookshire
Convention Center, 4027 5th Street, Brookshire, Condado de Waller, Texas, para que los votantes
calificados residentes voten por dos (2) directores para las Posiciones Nro. 1 y 2.

Anticipada debeni mantener abierto la oficina de votaci6n anticipada en persona a tales efectos
durante los horarios indicados arriba cada dia desde ellunes 28 de abril de 2014 hasta el martes 6
de mayo de 2014, inclusive, que no sea sabado, domingo ni dia feriado oficial del estado.
Solamente los residentes, votantes calificados del distrito podran votar en dicha elecci6n.
Tal elecci6n se llevara a cabo y se conducira y los resultados se entregaran a la Junta
Directiva del Distrito de acuerdo con el C6digo Electoral de Texas, segun modificado por los
Capitulos 49 y 51 del C6digo de Agua de Texas, enmendado.
