The Opera AD is an automatic rotary labelling machine
able to apply, with the maximum reliability and precision, self-adhesive (pressure sensitive) labels on either
cylindrical or shaped containers made of glass, plastic
or metal.
Its strong structure, conceived with anti-corrosion
materials, guarantees the machine long life and allows
to reach very high production speeds.
The wide range of models available offers the possibility
to apply 6 or more adhesive labels on the same container,
with a production speed up to 60.000 bph (1.000 bpm).

The NON-STOP function (also called MASTER-SLAVE)
consists of two parallel labelling stations applying the
same label, in order to allow the machine runing “without
stopping”, otherwise normally due to the reel change
or to any other anomaly which may stop one of the two
stations.
The system works through a communication between
the two labelling stations:while one (MASTER) is working,
the other one (SLAVE) is in stand-by.
If an alarm or a pre-alarm is released during running, the
electronic control of the system detects the anomaly and
the stand-by labelling station is automatically activated
without stopping the machine and without any bottle
being unlabelled.
In this way a considerable amount of time is saved in
the label reel change and reset of anomalies.
If the alarm or pre-alarm signal is not reset within a
certain period of time, an acoustic signal is released to
prevent both labelling stations from stopping.

Die NON-STOP-Funktion (auch MASTER-SLAVE genannt) besteht aus der Installation von zwei parallelen
Etikettierstationen, die dasselbe Etikett anbringen. Dies
ermöglicht es der Maschine, ohne Unterbrechung zu

Wenn der Alarm oder Voralarm nicht innerhalb einer
bestimmten Zeit zurückgesetzt wird, wird ein akustisches Signal ausgelöst, um zu verhindern, dass beide
Etikettierstationen angehalten werden.

La funzión NON STOP (tambien llamada MASTER/SLAVE)
consiste en la instalación de dos estaciones en paralelo
sobre dos trineos extraibles, predispuestas para aplicar
la misma etiqueta, para conseguir un trabajo continuo “
sin paradas” debido a los necesarios cambios de bobina
o cualquier otra parada que se tiene que hacer cuando
la etiquetadora está trabajando.
El sistema funciona mediante la comunicación entre
las dos estaciones de etiquetado: cuando una está
trabajando (MASTER), la otra (SLAVE) està esperando
en Stand-by.
Si la alarma o la señal de prealarma viene dada mientras
se està trabajando, la electrónica del sistema se activa y
localiza la anomalia y la segunda estación de etiquetado
comienza automàticamente sin ninguna parada de
màquina y sin botellas no etiquetadas.
De este modo, se ahorra mucho tiempo para corregir
el error o para cambiar la bobina.
Si la alarma o la señal de prealarma no se cancela en un
tiempo previamente fijado, una señal acústica comienza
para poder prevenir la finalización de las dos bobinas.
