Exciting Changes Beginning August 7th!! NEW MASS TIMES Saturday Mass: 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (Spanish) Sunday Mass: 7:30 a.m.; 9:00 a.m.; 10:40 a.m.; 12:20 p.m.; 1:40 p.m. (Spanish); 5:00 p.m. SMALL CHAPEL CHANGE The small Chapel will be reserved for Children’s Liturgy of the Word at the 9:00 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. masses every Sunday beginning August 7th. CHILDREN”S LITURGY OF THE WORD St. Brendan’s Youth Faith Formation is pleased to announce Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) beginning August 7th at the 9:00 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. Sunday masses each week throughout the school year. CLOW invites children 4 1/2 years through 3rd grade (or higher if they have not received their First Holy Communion) to worship and pray together. Just before the Liturgy of the Word begins for the assembly, the children are invited to go with the weekly leaders from the Church into the Chapel. During this special time, the volunteer leaders teach the children through prayers, songs and readings. The children learn about the same Scripture readings as the rest of the assembly. They are taught the main message of the readings and are encouraged to share that message with their parents after Mass. No registration needed. Volunteers are needed to teach the lessons each week, as well as to assist with the supervision of the children. This is a great opportunity for adults and middle school/high school youth to help these children learn the Word of the Lord. There will be an informational volunteer meeting on Sunday, July 31st at 4:00 p.m. in the Social Hall. For more information please contact Barb Giordano at 856-520-0248 or [email protected]. Prayer to Our Lady of Perpetual Help O Mother of Perpetual Help, grant that I may ever invoke thy most powerful name, which is the safeguard of the living and the salvation of the dying. O Purest Mary, O Sweetest Mary, let thy name henceforth be ever on my lips. Delay not, O Blessed Lady, to help me whenever I call on thee, for, in all my needs, in all my temptations, I shall never cease to call on thee, ever repeating thy sacred name, Mary, Mary.
