Con MOTHER EARTH, desde FINCA LA
ESTACADA queremos hacer un tributo al origen de
todo. Queremos rendir homenaje a nuestra MADRE
TIERRA, que siempre está ahí, esperando nuestro
trabajo para poder ofrecernos el mejor de sus frutos.
MOTHER EARTH es un vino elaborado con uvas
ecológicas y con procesos ecológicos en vinificación,
pero que pretende ser algo más que un simple vino
ecológico. La elección tanto del diseño como de los
materiales usados, ha seguido un pensamiento ecofriendly.
En primer lugar para la elección de la botella, se ha
buscado un gramaje inferior al habitual, tan solo pesa
440 gramos, y forma parte de la gama ECOVA de
SAINT - GOBAIN, con la que intenta instaurar el uso
de botellas de menor peso en el vino. El packaging
también se ha hecho pensando “environmentally
friendly”, se han usado papeles reciclados tanto en la
caja como en la botella, así como tintas naturales.
Y finalmente el cierre, con el innovador corcho
SELECT BIO. La última novedad de la corchera
especializada en corchos sintéticos NOMACORK,
que con este tapón consigue superar el uso de
derivados del petróleo, al utilizar para su fabricación
polímeros derivados de caña de azúcar.
Además MOTHER EARTH nace amparado baja el
sello de la DO UCLES, que se ha convertido en poco
tiempo en la primera DO VERDE, midiendo su huella
de carbono y participando en PROYECTOS LIFE.

ESTACADA we want to do a tribute to the origin of
everything. We pay tribute to our EARTH
MOTHER, who is always there, waiting for our
work to offer us the best fruits.
MOTHER EARTH is a wine made from ecological
grapes and with ecological processes in vinification,
but pretending to be something more than a simple
organic wine. Choosing both the design and the
materials used which has followed an eco-friendly
thinking.
Firstly, for the election of the bottle, we have sought a
lower basis weight than usual, it weighs only 440
