The JMH Diaphragm seals are devices designed to provide
a complete isolation between the measurement instruments PRESSURE GAUGES, PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS, PRESSURE
SWITCHES,ETC. - and the process fluids, whose characteristics
(corrosive, dirty, contaminants, with suspended solids, high
temperature, viscous, with aseptic requirements, etc.) are not
adequate to be in contact with the inside of these instruments.
The Series SI, of JMH Diaphragm seals includes models designed
to be used in sanitary facilities (food, pharmaceutical industries,
etc.) and allow a fast disassemble for cleaning, pursuant to the ISO
2852 Standard.
Its constructive shape, with diaphragm welded by micro plasma allows to disassemble the seal without losing
transmission liquid, allowing an easy and safe cleaning process without spills and/or contamination risks.
The seal structure has been designed in a way that only the diaphragm is in contact with the process fluid, thus
having a single contact surface suitable to withstand the process conditions.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Working Pressure: from 0...1 bar to 0...40 bar.
Working temperature: -20ºC to +120ºC.
Precision: at 20°C ± 0.5% for direct connection.
Membrane: in AISI 316L.
Connection to the instrument: in AISI 304.
Connection to the process: in AISI 304.
Transmission liquid: pursuant to customer specifications.
