particularly in the weatherproof luminaires and
industrial batten segments.

In 2000, TRILUX put all its confidence in ZALUX,
S.A., incorporating it to its group. Thus, the

An ATEX atmosphere relates to a mix of air with
inflammable substances (gas, vapours, fog or
dust) where after the ignition, combustion
spreads towards the non-burnt mix.
Una atmósfera ATEX es una mezcla de aire con sustancias inflamables en forma de gases, vapores,
nieblas o polvo, en la que después de una ignición,

In order for the explosion to happen, all the
following need to happen:
- Combustible substance (gas, vapour, fog or
dust)
- Ignition source
- Oxidant (air)
In a place where there is an hazardous
atmosphere, we need to bear in mind two
different aspects:
- The equipment to be installed in such area
needs to be safe and not susceptible to
initiate the explosion.
- The way in which work is carried out in such a
hazardous area.
Directive 94/9/EC on “equipment and protective
systems intended for use in potentially explosive
atmospheres (ATEX)” establishes the essential
safety requirements that all equipment and
product to be used in such environment need
to comply with, as well as the procedure for
conformity acreditation.
This is the symbol that needs to appear in all
the ATEX products, as a part of the marking.

Emergency lighting is a battery-backed lighting device

They provide light in the event of an emergency to allow
occupants to safely evacuate the building or simply,
provide enough light for essential operations to take

Our acceptance of an order entails, in any event, that the buyer

1. Source of supply
ZALUX luminaires can be obtained through our established network
of distributors in the different countries.
2. Offers
The written, oral and telephone offers are without compromise. The
delivery of offers does not oblige us to accept the order. All orders
and compromises are only valid if we have expressly ratified them in
writing.
3. Prices
The prices of the Price List in force are understood to be for materials
JOTUPDL8FSFTFSWFUIFSJHIUUPNPEJGZUIFQSJDFTJGJUJTQPTTJCMFTBJE
variation will be communicated in the best possible time.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery time will be confirmed individually once the order is
accepted. Delivery time set by ZALUX, S.A., will be respected and
only modified due to production or force majeure. Delay will be
communicated to the customer in advance, for his approval. Delivery
delays will not allow the buyer to neither cancel the order nor to apply
any penalty nor indemnifications for it, except for the case that it has
been specifically agreed in advance.
5. Orders
ZALUX, S.A., can unilaterally annul current orders, if the
circumstances of a main force that impede their completion should

disputes, labour disruptions, shortage of raw materials, etc. The buyer
cannot annul orders for specially made materials without our written
agreement. In case of acceptance on our part the expenses incurred
up to the moment of cancellation will be charged to the buyer.
6. Packaging
The products are sold in their original cardboard package. Under
certain circumstances or the buyer indicates to us to use another
package, it will be charged to the buyer at its cost price.
7. Transport

delivery is considered to have been correctly made. The risks of
transport of the consignment of our products are on the buyers’
account. They can only reclaim from the transport agency for the

collaborate and support their reclamation with details, etc.
8. Measurements
The measurements are given in millimetres in the descriptions of the

measurements as well as modifications due to improvements to the
models. The price would be susceptible to variation in this case.
9. Reclamations
Reclamations relative to numerous faults and defects will only be valid
if the proper reclamation has been sent within the seven days as from
the reception of the merchandise. If the reclamation is founded and
the merchandise is in its original state, the corresponding acceptance
will be sent.
10. Return of Material
Return of material will not be accepted for reasons of mistaken
instructions, shapes, quantities or material to be repaired, if we have
not previously given our written authorisation. Those returns must

11. Property rights
In all cases and even against a third party, ZALUX, S.A., conserves the
full ownership of all the supplied materials, in the case that the full

12. Patent rights
All the models in this catalogue are protected by law. Legal action
with right to redemption will be taken against anyone making
imitations.
13. Reprints
Total or partial reproduction of this catalogue is forbidden without
the corresponding written authorisation of ZALUX, S.A.
14. Payment
The form of payment will be established at the time of making a firm
order for the merchandise, in accordance with the usual standards
in ZALUX, S.A.
15. Jurisdiction
'PSBOZRVFTUJPOUIBUDPVMEBSJTFJOUIFDPNQMFUJPOPSJOUFSQSFUBUJPO
of these general rules, the contracting parties, with expressly
renouncing any local law code that could correspond to them, will

ZALUX, S.A. in its continuous improvement process, reserves the right
to modify its technical specifications without any previous notice.

tiene validez si ha sido ratificado por nosotros expresamente por escrito.
3. Precios
Los precios de la Tarifa vigente, se entienden para materiales puestos en
nuestros almacenes. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificaciones de

4. Plazos de entrega
Los plazos de entrega serán confirmados individualmente una vez aceptado
el pedido. Los plazos de entrega se respetarán y en caso de modificación
por motivos de producción o de fuerza mayor se informará al cliente con
antelación al plazo acordado, para su aceptación. Los retrasos en la entrega
no autorizan al comprador a la anulación del pedido ni a la aplicación de
penalizaciones ni indemnizaciones, salvo que se haya convenido expresamente lo contrario.
5. Pedidos
Los pedidos en curso podrán ser unilateralmente anulados por ZALUX, S.A.,

industriales, perturbaciones laborales,falta de materias primas, etc. Los
pedidos de materiales de fabricación especial no podrán anularse por el
comprador sin nuestra aprobación por escrito. En caso de aceptación por
nuestra parte, serían a cargo del comprador los gastos originados hasta el
momento de su anulación.
6. Embalajes
Los productos se venden en su embalaje original de cartón. Si las circunstancias aconsejan o el comprador nos indica utilizar otro embalaje, éste será
cargado al comprador a su precio de coste.
7. Transporte
Con la entrega de la mercancía a la agencia de transportes se considerará
la entrega como efectuada correctamente. Los riesgos de transporte en
el envío de nuestros productos son por cuenta del comprador, que únicamente podrá reclamar a la agencia encargada del transporte los daños
ocasionados en el mismo. Colaboraremos con sumo agrado para apoyar su
reclamación con datos, etc.
8. Medidas
Las medidas están dadas en las descripciones de los modelos en milímetros.
Nos reservamos el derecho de introducir pequeñas tolerancias en las medidas, así como modificaciones debidas a mejoras en los modelos, siendo los
precios susceptibles de variación por esta causa.
9. Reclamaciones
Reclamaciones relativas a faltas numéricas y defectos, tendrán sólo validez
si se ha enviado la oportuna reclamación dentro de los siete días a partir
de la recepción de la mercancía. Si las reclamaciones son fundadas y si la
mercancía permanece en su estado original, se enviará la correspondiente
recepción.
10. Devoluciones de material
No se aceptarán devoluciones de material por instrucciones equivocadas,
formas, cantidades o material a reparar, si previamente no existe nuestra
autorización por escrito. Estas devoluciones tendrán que remitirse a portes
pagados con un demérito mínimo del 30%.No se acepta la devolución de
productos de fabricación especial.
11. Derechos de propiedad
En todo caso y aún frente a terceros, ZALUX, S.A., conserva la plena propiedad de todos los materiales suministrados, en tanto no quede cumplida
por entero la recíproca condición de pago del importe.
12. Derechos de patente
Todos los modelos de este catálogo están protegidos por la ley. Se perseguirá con arreglo a la misma cualquier imitación.
13. Reimpresiones
Queda prohibida la reproducción total o parcial de este catálogo sin la correspondiente autorización por escrito de ZALUX, S.A.
14. Pago
La forma de pago será establecida en el momento de efectuar el pedido en
firme de la mercancía, de acuerdo con las normas usuales en ZALUX, S.A.
15. Lugar de cumplimiento y jurisdicción
Para cuantas cuestiones puedan surgir en el cumplimiento o interpretación
de estas normas generales, los contratantes, con renuncia expresa de cualquier fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someten expresamente a los
Juzgados y Tribunales de Zaragoza.
16. Modificaciones
ZALUX, S.A. dentro de su proceso de mejora continua, se reserva el derecho
