Oil Cabinet fue diseñado para ocultar un contenedor de
aceite de 120 o 240 litros.
El usuario abre la tapa y deposita la botella de aceite
reutilizada y cerrada.
De este modo se consigue:
- Mejorar la higiene: reduciendo los vertidos
accidentales
- Facilitar el reciclaje: dejando de ser necesario volver
a casa a depositar nuevamente la botella

OIL CABINET. CONTAINER FOR COOKING OIL
The Oil Cabinet was designed to house a 120 or 240 litre
container.
The user opens the lid and deposits the filled and sealed bottle
of used cooking oil.
This helps to:
-Improve hygiene, by reducing accidental spills.
-Facilitate the recycling process, because the user doesn’t
have to take the empty bottle back home.

Componentes
The Oil Cabinet comprises:
1. Lid made from 1.5 mm galvanized metal sheet, either mirror-polished or painted
in the required colour by electrostatic painting.
2. Cover body made from galvanized metal sheet or the option of 2.5 mm thick
stainless steel. Final powder painting in the required colour.
3. Lockable door for collecting the interior container.
4. Contenedor interior Plastic
5. Waste identification plaque in anodized aluminium with a pictogram and
specific colour to indicate what kind of waste should be disposed of.
6. Plastic handle screwed onto the drum.
7. Aperture adapted for the disposal of plastic oil bottles. This consists of an orange
lacquered metal plate which helps identify the type of waste, and a circular hole in
the middle of the plate for the disposal of bottles. It features a rubber lining fitted just
inside the aperture which conceals the inside of the container.
8. Gas cylinders for easy opening of the lid.
9. Hooks for installing the Cabinet on the street.

Components
El Oil Cabinet está formado por:
1. Tapa formada por una chapa galvanizada de 1,5mm con acabado final en
espejo pulido o con el color deseado mediante pintura electroestática.
2. Cuerpo del buzón fabricado en chapa galvanizada u opcionalmente INOX de
2,5mm de espesor. Pintura final en polvo con el color deseado.
3. Puerta dotada de cerradura para la recogida del contenedor interior.
4. Contenedor interior Plastic.
5. Placa identificativa de residuo fabricada en aluminio anodizado, con
pictograma y color para identificar la fracción a depositar.
6. Asa de plástico atornillada a la tapa.
7. Boca adaptada para la deposición de botellas plásticas de aceite. Está
formada por una placa metálica lacada en color naranja para ayudar a identificar
el residuo con un agujero circular el centro para la deposición. Lleva una goma
instalada sobre el agujero de la boca que impide ver el interior del contenedor.
8. Cilindros de gas que permiten un movimiento sofisticado de la tapa.
9. Ganchos para la instalación del Cabinet en la calle.
