NOVATO YOUTH CENTER

FACILITY RENTALS AT THE NOVATO YOUTH CENTER
Serving youth and families in the community for 39 years, the Novato Youth
Center offers building rentals. Our 23,000 square foot facility includes a full-size
gym, kitchen with full cooking facilities, dining room and teen room. We
welcome meetings, weddings, birthday parties, sports activities and other
functions.

RENTAL RATES
GYM RENTAL FOR SPORT LEAGUES
Our full-size gym can be rented for sport league practices, gym time and other recreational sports for
$50 an hour. Deposit amount of $600 and the Certificate of Insurance still apply.

Rental Policies & Additional Information:
 When calculating rental hours please make sure to include time for set-up and clean-up.
 Renter is responsible to provide NYC with a certificate of insurance which states that the NYC
is covered for the day of the rental in the amount of $1,000,000.
 A refundable deposit is required. For rentals where alcohol will not be served the deposit is $600;
for rentals where alcohol will be served the deposit is $1,000. A full refund can be expected if all
of the general rental contract guidelines are followed.
 One building attendant is included in your rental rate. However, depending on the number of
guests and whether you serve alcohol at your event, a 2nd or 3rd attendant and/or security guard
may be needed; NYC will add $25/hour for each additional attendant/security guard needed.

Gimnasio Para Alquiler a ligas deportivas
Nuestro gimnasio de tamaño completo puede alquilar para deportes por solo $50 la hora. Depósito = $600 y
certificado de seguro.

Políticas de Alquiler e Información Adicional
 Cuando calcule las horas, por favor asegúrese de incluir el tiempo de decoración y limpieza.
 Inquilino es responsable de proveer al Novato Youth Center con un certificado de seguro que
establezca que el Centro está cubierto por el día de la renta en la cantidad de $1,000,000.
 Un depósito reembolsable es requerido. Para alquileres en los que el alcohol no se servirán =
$600; para alquileres que servirá alcohol el deposito será = $1,000. Un reembolso completo se
puede esperar si todos los requisitos del contrato de alquiler general son cumplidos, la
devoción del depósito puede tardar hasta 2 semanas a partir del evento.
 Un guardia de seguridad del edificio será incluido en su tarifa de alquiler. Sin embargo,
dependiendo del tamaño del evento, un guardia extra o/y será necesario, el costo es de $25 por
hora cada hora de seguridad. El costo del guardia(s) será a cargo del arrendatario.
