GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Structure: Pile foundations and reinforced concrete structure, with waffle slabs on all the floors, making the architectural structure
more solid as a whole.
Facade: Fabric with architectural concrete panels or lined brick, depending on the area, cavity with thermal insulation and clad with
Pladur plasterboard partitioning on the inner leaf.
Roof: Flat roof with thermal insulation and weatherproofing. If they are trafficable roofs, they will be finished with tiles for exteriors and
if they are non-trafficable the finish will be loose gravel, allowing for easy maintenance.
Outside Finishes: Exterior façade finished with a panel of facing concrete, combined every now and then with a single layer of mortar
render and aluminium, creating a modern and attractive building within the environment.
COVERINGS
Floors
White stoneware flooring in kitchen, clothes drying area and bathrooms, with up-to-date designs.
Synthetic floating laminate floor, finished in a beech or oak tone or similar, in hall, corridor, living room and bedrooms.
Stoneware flooring, especially outside on terraces.

Internal doors with a modern leaf design, finished in varnished fine hardwood,
Glass doors in kitchen and living room, with the same characteristics as the internal doors.

Pipes made out of copper or a plastic material. The drains are made out of PVC pipes.
Preparation of taps on terraces of top-floor-flats.

Electricity installation pursuant to the REBT [Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations] with a high voltage system.
Telecommunications installation for terrestrial TV, FM and telephone. Preparation for satellite TV and cable TV.
TV and Telephone sockets in bedrooms and living room.
Pre-installation of air conditioning
Pre-installation for air conditioning in all the rooms, except kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.

Community area for swimming pool toilets.
Closed circuit television for controlling accesses from the concierge’s office, thus increasing security in the residential complex.
