Registered Scope:
The BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) in accordance to services provided to its Participant
of: Derivatives OTC trade confirmation, clearing and settlement and clearing of OTC derivatives, cover all
activities related to the TIC management, procedures, infrastructure, premises and human resources
located at the main office and supported by a Remote Operation Desk (ROD). The BCMS covers all areas
of the organization and there are no exclusions. The Main Office is located at Cerro Colorado 5240 Torre I
piso 18, comuna de Las Condes, Santiago de Chile. The Remote Operation Desk is at Sonda's Site at Víctor
Uribe 2211, comuna de Quilicura, Santiago, Chile.
El SGCN (Sistema de Gestión de Continuidad de Negocios) de ComDer, en relación a los servicios de
confirmación, compensación y liquidación de operaciones entregados a sus participantes, cubre todas las
actividades relacionadas con la gestión de las tecnologías de la información, procedimientos,
infraestructura, instalaciones y recursos humanos en la Oficina Principal y apoyada por un Escritorio
Remoto de Operaciones (CRO). ComDer ha determinado que el alcance del SGCN cubre todas las áreas de
la organización, por lo que no se declaran exclusiones. La Oficina Principal está ubicada en Cerro Colorado
5240 Torre I piso 18, comuna de Las Condes, Santiago de Chile. El Escritorio Remoto de Operaciones
(ERO) está ubicado en Víctor Uribe 2211, comuna de Quilicura, Santiago de Chile.
