Las Gondolas apartments are situated at the Northern end of La Manga strip facing both the Mar Menor and the
Mediterranean sea.
The area enjoys two seas and the beaches ,Veneziola, La Manga del Mar Menor (South east Spain on the Costa
Calida) , just 50 mtrs from the Mar Menor & Mediterranean at one of the most unusual places in the world, Situated
at the sandy Veneziola beach in a prime location between the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue
Mediterranean, close to the new marina, Las Góndolas is an exclusive complex with a spectacular themed
communal swimming pool with feature fountain, Jacuzzi area, shower room.
The Mar Menor beaches are particularly popular with families with young children, because the warm, shallow
water offers bathing fun for all ages.
Just a short walk brings you the new Veneziola Golf is an attractive 9 hole pitch & putt course, located at the tip of
the La Manga strip, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor lagoon. It is in a fantastic spot, and

Altet (ALC) Airports. Car rental and taxis are available at both airports. The drive to La Manga takes 45 minutes
from Murcia and 90 minutes from Alicante Airports.
The historic cities of Cartagena (30 mins away) and Murcia (60 mins drive) are well worth visiting for sightseeing
and high class shopping. Cartagena is full of historic architecture, has many museums, and a historic marina with
tourist trips around the Port.
Inland from the strip is the world renowned La Manga Golf Club which is home to a 5 star hotel, casino, bars and
restaurants alongside three championship golf courses
