W V M
While we are encouraged to embrace Jesus’ cross,
perhaps the next best thing we can do as the faithful
is to turn to the Blessed Mother for
guidance…”Blessed Mother, please help me.” As
human beings, we can’t do everything. But the
Blessed Mother can go to her Son Jesus and do
wonders.
The Knights of Columbus are offering intimate
prayer devotions in your own homes to all parishioners so that
every family may experience visitation for one week from our
Visiting Madonna. Families will begin to experience a sense of
peace, quiet and reflection while saying the Rosary as a family
with Our Lady. The family that prays together stays together. If
you are interested in participating in welcoming the Visiting
Madonna, please call Sam Konrad at (843) 399-7003 or email
him at [email protected].
This week, The Visiting Madonna will be presented to
Nello & Fran Signorino at the 12:00 Noon Mass.
EVANGELIZATION
R.C.I.A.
The Rite of Christian Initiation
of Adults
The R.C.I.A. is a process of spiritual conversion
and growth, over time, in one’s relationship with God and the
Church.
It is a faith journey where adults are fully welcomed into the
Catholic Church. If you’re interested in exploring a relationship
with Jesus Christ; inquiring about the Catholic Church;
becoming Catholic; and being fully initiated into the Catholic
Church through the celebration of the Sacraments of Baptism,
Confirmation & Eucharist,
WE WELCOME YOU!
For more information about the R.C.I.A. process, please
contact Deacon Bob at the Church Office.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS PRESENT
CHECK TO HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC SCHOOL
On March 23, Our Lady Star of the Sea Knights of
Columbus Council 7122 presented a check for $2,000.00
to Holy Trinity Catholic School Principal Sheila Durante at
the 8:30 Mass at Holy Trinity. The Knights raised the
money via their annual Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance held
at OLSS on February 13. Every year, proceeds from the
Valentine’s Day dance are given to Holy Trinity, and we
are very thankful for the response from the Parish and the
Community in making this dinner dance a huge success.

W M E Think of how tired, discouraged and frustrated the apostles must
have been in the Gospel reading today. Then Jesus shows up
and tells them to try one more time. Because they were willing
and obedient, Jesus blessed them abundantly. It works the same
way in our own lives today; if we trust in Jesus and do what He
tells us to do, we will receive His abundant blessings! Allow the
grace of God to strengthen, renew and rekindle your marriage
relationship. The next Worldwide Marriage Encounter weekend
is July 8 - 10, 2016 in Columbia, SC. Early sign up is
recommended. For more information visit our website at:

Catholic Home Missions Appeal
The Catholic Home Missions Appeal
will take place next week. One way
that this appeal works to support
home mission dioceses in the United
States is by supporting seminarian
formation in poor dioceses. The
blessing of seminarians places a
financial burden on these dioceses,
because educating each seminarian
costs $35-40K per year. Your support
is needed for these young men so
that they might go back and serve
their parishes. Please strengthen the Church at home by
making a generous gift to next week’s appeal.
WELCOME NEW PARISHIONERS
It is a great joy to welcome our new members to

possible in order to find out about our various

send you a detailed Registration Form. Or you

TERCER DOMINGO DE PASCUA
.JESUS SE APARECE A SIETE APOSTOLES EN EL LAGO DE GALILEA
(San Juan 21,1-19).
Queridos Hermanos:
