and fluid motions of the Sea. These include rocking,

HOW TO SPA
RESERVATIONS
While we will make every effort to accommodate same
day appointments, we recommend that you make your spa
reservations well in advance as space is limited. Reservations
can be made by calling the Spa Concierge at 305-341-1366.
For guests not staying in the hotel, a credit card is required
to secure your appointment.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow
time for check-in and preparation for your service. If you are
delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end
at its original time to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
WHERE TO SPA
Many of our spa services can be offered in a variety of
locations throughout the property. Whether it is poolside,
in a cabana, or in the spa, allow us to customize where
you fancy your spa appointment!
Valet parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate
when visiting Blue Harmony Spa.
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room.
For your convenience a 20% service charge will be
automatically charged to your bill. This charge is always
billed at the guests discretion.
SHAVING
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation
treatments or hair removal services. We do, however,
recommend that men please shave 2 hours prior to their
scheduled facial treatment.
All spa guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment
or use the fitness center.
In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off
your cell phone and/or pager before entering the spa.
VALUABLES
The spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your
personal belongings. Our recommendation is not to bring
valuables to the spa.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please notify our reservation department if you have high
blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special
needs, or if you are pregnant that would affect your choice
of services. This information may also be completed on your
personal care guide upon arrival at the spa.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Because your spa appointments are reserved specifically
for you, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
and changes. Cancellations not made within 24-hours
of your treatment time will be charged 50% of the
treatment rate, while no-shows are charged 100%. These
fees will be assessed on the credit card used to secure
your appointment. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not
receive an extension of scheduled treatments so as not to
inconvenience other spa guests.
DRESS
Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for
your comfort and privacy. During your visit you will be provided
with a robe and slippers. Please do not bring jewelry or other
valuables to the spa. Blue Harmony Spa does not assume any
liability for the loss of personal items.
SPA GROUP EVENTS
Groups are invited to spend a relaxing day at the spa.
Catered lunch is available. Great for bridal or baby showers,
birthdays, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing get together.

Blue Harmony Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to
