The perimetral frame is made

La motorizzazione è costituita da
un motore trifase auto frenante con
leva sblocco freno e freno alimentato
in corrente continua tramite
raddrizzatore integrato; predisposto
per l’inserimento di un dispositivo
di apertura/chiusura manuale.
Riduttore a vite senza fine con
lubrificazione ad olio sintetico.

polyzene slideguides inserted in
appositely shaped posts and a selffixing system: should the courtain
accidently get dislodged following
a crash, it will automatically be
recovered.
It is available in the versions:
• hot galvanized coating
• powder coating in RAL colors
• stainless steel AISI 304/316
The motorization consists of a
triphase brake motor with unlocking
lever and brake supplied with direct
current; it is preset to install a manual
opening\closing device. Worm wheel
reduction unit with synthetic oiling.

realizzate da un supporto orizzontale
in acciaio zincato o inox e strisce in
pvc disponibili nella versione bassa
temperatura o temperatura ambiente
300x3.

lamiera zincata preverniciata e interposto
strato di isolante in schiuma poliuretanica
ad alta densità 40 Kg/Mc. I pannelli
possono essere a doghe orizzontali goffrate
oppure impronta bugnata a “cassette” con
superficie venata ad effetto legno. L’altezza
del pannello varia da 500 mm a 600 mm.
Gli
accessori
di
funzionamento
comprendono guide di scorrimento
laterale, molle di tensione in acciaio e sono
equipaggiate con uno speciale dispositivo
a cremagliera per il blocco dell’albero di
torsione in caso di rottura.
I pannelli comprendono, nelle estremità
inferiori, due dispositivi di sicurezza contro
la rottura delle funi, che ne bloccano
immediatamente il movimento. Nel caso di
porta motorizzata, vengono installate, sulle
guide laterali, fotocellule ad infrarossi che
invertono lo scorrimento della porta qualora
il loro raggio venga interrotto.
These doors are realized with leaves in
insulated sandwich panels with both
sides in galvanized pre-painted iron sheet.
Between the two sides is a layer of high
density insulated polyurethane foam (40
kg\mc). Panels styles can be chosen
between horizontal goffered ribs or in a
wooden effect obtained through the iron
sheets’ embossment. The height of the
panel varies from 500 mm up to 600 mm.
The accessories include: side guideways,
steel tension springs and a torsion shaft
blocking rack, that prevents the shaft from
movement in case of breaking.
The panels include, at their bottoms, two
security devices that prevents the doors
from moving may the ropes accidentaly

guiderails to stop the door as soon as their

Portes réalisées en panneaux sandwich
isolés avec les deux cotes en tôle
galvanisée et pré-laquée. . Entre les deux
cotes est place une couche en mousse de
polyuréthane à haute densité (40 kg/mc).
L’épaisseur des panneaux est compris entre
les 500 et les 600 mm.
Les accessoires de fonctionnement
comprennent les glissières latérales et less
ressorts de tension en acier. Les portes sont
équipées avec un dispositif à crémaillère
pour le blocage de l’arbre de torsion en cas
de rupture.
Les panneaux comprennent, aux
extrémités inférieures, deux dispositifs de
sécurité qui bloquent instantanément le
mouvement en cas de rupture des câbles.
Si la porte est motorisée, une couple des
cellules photoélectriques est installée
sur les glissières latérales pour arrêter le
fonctionnement de la porte alors que leur
rayon d’action est interrompu.

Los accesorios de funcionamiento incluyen
guias de deslizamiento lateral, muelles de
tensión en acero, todos equipados con
un dispositivo especial a cremallera para
bloquear la puerta en el caso que el eje del
motor se rompa.
En el caso que la puerta esté automatizada,
en las guias laterales se instalaran unas
fotocelulas con rayo infrarojo que invierten
el movimiento de la puerta cuando el rayo
se interrumpa.

esclusivamente alla riparazione o sostituzione
gratuita dei pezzi ritenuti difettosi. Eventuali
resi dovranno essere prima concordati con
Leonessa Automazioni e solo in seguito spediti
in porto franco al nostro indirizzo. Non sarà
accettato alcun reso se spedito in porto
assegnato. La nostra garanzia decadrà nel
caso in cui la merce resa come difettosa sia
stata manomessa o riparata da personale non
qualificato.
PREZZI
Tutti i prezzi sono al netto di IVA. I prezzi si
intendono per merce resa franco nostra sede
imballo compreso. Leonessa Automazioni si
riserva il diritto di variare i prezzi qualora nel
corso della fornitura si dovessero verificare
mutamenti di costi non imputabili a Leonessa
Automazioni stessa.
CONSEGNA
Il trasporto della merce avviene a rischio e
pericolo del committente, anche se in porto
franco. Non si accettano reclami una volta
trascorsi 10 giorni dal ricevimento della
merce. La nostra società non si assume
alcuna responsabilità per danni derivanti da
ritardi di consegna. Il termine di consegna
da noi confermato deve intendersi indicativo

WARRANTY
Our warranty lasts 24 months for the
mechanical as well for the electrical
components. The warranty regards exclusively
the reparation or the substitution of the
defective products. Any other possible
rejection must be agreed at first with Leonessa
Automazioni. After that the goods must be sent
free on board to our address.
Any rejected products, not sent to us on “free
on board” won’t be accepted . As the goods are
tempered or repaired by unqualified people,
Daspi’s warranty will decline.
PRICES
The prices regard the finished products which
are handed over in our factory. Moreover, they
include also the cost of packing. Anyway, if
it happens that during the supply the costs
change quite apart from Leonessa Automazioni
will., we have the right to modify our prices.
DELIVERY
The purchaser will take the risk and danger
of the conveyance, even if it is free on board.
Complaints 10 days after the receipt of the
goods are not accepted. Our society is not
responsible for possible damages caused
by delays in delivery. The delivery time is
indicative and without any obligation on our
part. Moreover, it can be extended for these
reasons: difficulties to get the raw material;
total or partial strikes of our employees or of

PAYMENT

retard de livraison. Le délai de livraison que
nous confirmons doit être considéré comme
indicatif, départ usine et sans engagement.
En particulier, le délai de livraison peut être

ENTREGA
