Ritual, which detoxifies skin through contrasts of warm and cool
temperatures combined with high and low water pressures.
These healing effects are achieved through a guided “circuit,”
which begins in an aromatherapy steam room, where you will
be enveloped in a sea of soothing steam, enhanced by aromatic
essential eucalyptus oil. Next, senses will be enlivened in a multijet shower. Healing mineral properties invigorate the skin in a clay
steam room, while cool ice crystals close pores and activate the
metabolism in an ice room.

To ensure the best availability for your desired treatment times, we recommend
that you make your reservations in advance.
All treatment prices are in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of taxes.
Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card number. For your convenience, a
15% service charge will be added to each treatment you receive.

UPON ARRIVAL

CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure optimal treatment availability for all guests, cancellations or
rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up or
cancel your appointment, your room or credit card will be charged the full value
of the treatment.

TRATAMIENTOS
Todos los tratamientos del spa son de carácter terapéutico. Nuestros
terapeutas están calificados y tienen amplia experiencia en su campo.
Para su comodidad y conveniencia, se le ofrecerá ropa interior desechable
durante su tratamiento. También puede usar su propia ropa interior.
FOR YOUR HEALTH
Prior to your treatment, a spa reservationist will give you a health form to
complete. Please be sure to report any medical conditions you have, including
allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure or asthma. Certain treatments are not
recommended for such conditions.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve harmony in the spa, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the spa.
Alcohol is not served or allowed in spa facilities.
All personal valuables should remain in the safe in your room. Please keep your
key with you at all times.
The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
Si usted tiene alguna preferencia en cuanto al género de su terapeuta o
inquietud con respecto a nivel de desempeño o expectativas, por favor
notifique a la recepción del spa o contacte a uno de los coordinadores
del spa.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa gift certificates may be purchased for any treatment or dollar amount. To
purchase a gift certificate, please contact the spa reception at extension 4570 or
via email at [email protected]
TREATMENT DISCRETION
All spa treatments are therapeutic in nature. Our spa therapists are qualified
and have ample experience in their field. For your comfort and convenience,
you will be offered disposable undergarments during your treatment. You
may also choose to wear your own undergarments.
Should you have any preferences regarding your therapist’s gender or
concerns regarding performance level or expectations, please notify the spa
receptionist or contact one of the spa coordinators.
