On our behalf, Letter Concepts, Inc., has undertaken the mailing aspects of this campaign, if you received a second letter and have already donated, please disregard and accept our sincere apologies and gratitude for your generosity. The 2014 Diocesan Services Appeal Your Gift Transforms Lives recently launched in parishes across the Diocese. There are many ministries and programs supported by this annual appeal. Because of the DSA, and your generosity, the Diocese can continue to support the many aspects of our larger Church, including the 53 parishes and missions, and our 17 schools. The DSA is the primary source of funding for the Diocese, providing more than 70 percent of the annual operating income. This week, be sure to read our cover on how your generosity toward the DSA supports one of the priorities of our Diocese - family life. Through your donation, our Marriage and Family Life Ministry strengthens and supports the entire “life cycle” of our Catholic Families to ensure that our legacy of faith and evangelization will be passed on to future generations. Lewis’s Mere Christianity and 2) Pope Francis’s recently issued Apostolic Exhortation, The Joy of the Gospel.
