Intended use
GlobalGuard is software to manage devices of the Home Alarm System. You can configure the system settings, add devices and
set up home automation keys with the GlobalGuard PC setup software. You can access the Home Alarm System with the online
software and smartphone app.

The home automation keys (I/II/III) correspond to the home automation buttons (I/II/III) on the control panel.

SYNC
To copy the settings from the software to the control
panel.
Caution:
Sync the system if any modifications are made in the setup
software. Make sure that you sync before you close the
software to execute the changes.

EVENT LOG
The event log is a record of all activities executed by the control panel.

PROGRAMMES
A programme is a set of action(s) that are activated immediately when called upon by the user. Programmes can be assigned to
the home automation buttons (I/II/III) on the control panel, so that they are activated when the user presses the buttons on the
control panel, the keys on the home page of the PC setup software or in the online remote access software or smartphone app.
To add and maintain up to 16 programmes.
Note: The “PROGRAMMES” button becomes grey when
you have reached the maximum number of programmes.

EVENT
An event is a set of multiple actions that take place when the system is triggered by a detector. For example, an event can be
created to automatically switch on the porch lamp (connected to an on/off device) when the door/window contact detector
detects the front door opening. Unlike programmes, events are activated by detectors rather than activated upon request by
the user.
An event can also be set to be triggered by a change in the security settings. For example, setting the control panel to an arming
mode remotely through the website can switch on the light to warn off intruders.
To add and maintain up to 32 events.

SCHEDULE
A schedule is a set of multiple actions activated when the preset time is reached. For example, you can create a schedule to
switch a table lamp connected to an on/off device on at 6 p.m. and off at 11 p.m. on a daily basis or on particular days.
To add and maintain up to 32 schedules.

The PIN code for Admin cannot be left blank.
You cannot use the same PIN code for two users.
The PIN code must be 4 digits.
The user who does not have a remote control or a PIN
code is shown as “DISABLE”.
The duress code activates an email alert to a contact
when the control panel is disarmed in the property via
the keypad on the control panel.
Refer to the online hardware manual for additional
details on the settings of the control panel, the solar
siren and the Spectra lighting receiver.
When you set the system for the first time, you can
quickly set the time and date by clicking “NOW”.

To set the account settings. Only the administrator can change the “Admin ID”,
password and e-mail addresses. Passwords must have 8 characters.
GlobalGuard app
The GlobalGuard app is available for iOS and Android. You can use the app to:

view the security status and control security

view event logs

activate programmes

view CCTV cameras

play back recorded video files associated with event logs only

take a photograph (snapshot) and save it onto the mobile device
Note:

Do not use the mobile device to access the online GlobalGuard software. You can only access the online GlobalGuard
web software with a Windows PC and Internet Explorer due to ActiveX control.

Up to 6 online users and admin users can log in to the system simultaneously using the app.

The app will not show all video files for playback from any optional CCTV camera. The app will only show video files
associated with any trigger events. The video files will appear as [PLAY] next to the events in the event log. If more
than one camera is connected to your system, the app will only play back video from one of the cameras.

The apps are subject to updates at any time without notice.
3.4
GlobalGuard Camplay software
The GlobalGuard Camplay software is used to play back video files transferred from the Micro SD card of your CCTV camera to
your PC. The software can also convert a video file to AVI format, so that it can be played back from most types of media
players. Make sure that you copy the complete folder with contents of the Micro SD card to your PC.

Installation
Make sure that you are connected to the internet. Switch on the control panel and the gateway.
Downloading the GlobalGuard PC setup software

Go to www.friedlandproducts.com
Download the GlobalGuard PC setup software.
Install the software.
Install Microsoft .Net Framework V4.0, if requested during the installation. After the installation the application icon
will appear on the desktop.
Changing the PIN code
The User PIN code is used to access the control panel. The system will prompt the user for Admin PIN code, before it reads the
data from the control panel. The factory preset Admin PIN code for the control panel is “1234”. When you use the system for
the first time, change the default PIN code.

Setting the time and date
Make sure that you set the time and date of the system to the same time and date of the PC.

Registering
You must register the gateway and create an account to use the online GlobalGuard software.

If you are a new user, click “HERE”.
Enter the “MAC ID” located on the rear of the IP
gateway.
Follow the instructions.
Note:

You must accept the EULA terms and conditions.
You must select the link in the confirmation e-mail to
log in.
You must accept the active X prompt bar.
Store your login details in a safe place.

Downloading the app
The app can be downloaded for free from GooglePlay or AppStore.

Downloading the Camplay software
The Camplay software can be downloaded from www.friedlandproducts.com. After installation, a shortcut icon will appear on
the desktop.

Make sure that you set the correct time and date on the computer.
Do not use the software at the same time when you use the online software or a mobile device.
Make sure that you sync to save all settings after you changed the settings.
Make sure that the first two indicators on the IP gateway are green before installation. While the software is running,
the second RF indicator will remain orange.
Showing device information
On the homepage, click on the device to show the device information.

Click the required home automation key.

Executing a home automation program
On “Home Page”, click the home automation key to execute the home automation program. A message box shows to inform
you if the execution is successful.

You can link all devices, except for the optional GlobalGuard camera. The camera is not shown. The camera is only linked via the
online GlobalGuard software.

The first two security detector devices (PIR movement
detector/door window contact) will automatically assign
to zones 1 and 2 which have preconfigured 30-second
entry/exit delays. It is recommended that you add the
first detector to an entry/exit point of your property
(e.g. front door).
When you add a security device to the system, the
control panel will beep to indicate the reception of the
learning code.
The entry delay can be set up in “ADVANCE SETTING”
for the device.
You can set up the exit delay for a arming mode under
“SETTINGS” > “SYSTEM” > “CONTROL PANEL”.
You must always specify the location of the security
detector device.
“Part Arm-I” and “Part Arm-II” are used to activate any
security detector that has been configured to operate
with “Part Arm-I” or “Part Arm-II”. By default none of
the detectors are set to “Part Arm-I” or “Part Arm-II”.
(For example: arming the downstairs security detectors
when asleep at night.)
The “Holiday Arm” mode is a duplicate of the “Fully
Arm” mode. The “Fully Arm” mode is commonly used
daily, whereas the “Holiday Arm” mode is used when
away on holiday for a longer period.

If you click “Replace Device”, all existing devices will be shown.

Resetting the password for the online account
To reset the password you must be located in your home or ensure your PC is connected to the same network as that of the
gateway.

Click “FORGET YOUR PASSWORD” if you forgot the
password.
Click “YES”.
Enter the “MAC ID” and “Admin ID”. The “MAC ID” is
printed on a label on the bottom of the gateway.
Follow the instructions. The system will send a
temporary password to the e-mail address of the admin
user.
Operation (online access)
You can make an account to:
- control the security functions
- activate programmes
- add up to 8 CCTV cameras
- view and play cameras
- set up accounts
Note:



You must set up at least one e-mail contact under “SETTINGS” > “CONTACT” to allow that contact to receive e-mail alerts
from the system.
You must always log out.
The response time of the software will depend on the speed of the online server at the time.

Operation (mobile app access)
Open the GlobalGuard mobile app on the mobile device.
Note:




The mobile device must be connected to the Internet within good reception.
The app can be left open in the background whilst running other apps. It will continue to receive system alerts. If the
Android app is left open, a green dot will appear on the notification bar of the device. If a red dot appears then this
indicates the app is disconnected.
If the app is left open, this will reduce the battery life of the device.
Playing back a video file using the GlobalGuard Camplay Software

Note: You can search for photographs from “DIRECTORY SETTINGS” > “SNAPSHOT FOLDERS”.

Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
The control panel cannot be located
by the GlobalGuard PC setup
software.
CAUSE
The control panel is switched OFF.
SOLUTION
Switch on the control panel.
The control panel is placed too far away
from the gateway.
The PC runs the GlobalGuard
application.
The gateway is new.
Make sure the first two indicators on the IP
Gateway are green.
Place the control panel closer to the
gateway.
Connected the PC with a cable or via Wi-Fi
to the router.
Add the new gateway to the control panel.
The GlobalGuard setup software is
slow when writing and reading data
from the control panel.
Static emitting devices affect the IP
Gateway.
Place the PC closer to the router. The
recommended distance is within 10 m.
The programme is not activated
when a home automation key I/II/III
is selected from the home page.
The programme is not set up correctly.
Set up the programme again and assign the
home automation keys.
The event is not activated when a
detector or system trigger is
initiated.
The event is not set up correctly.
The web page of the home page
cannot be accessed.
The security status is “Offline” after
you log in.
E-mail alerts cannot be received.
The gateway has no access to the

11 Disposal and recycling
The product is classified by the Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive. The product and the batteries of the
monitor should not be disposed of with other household or other commercial waste. At the end of its useful life, the packaging
and the product should be disposed of via a suitable recycling centre. For information on available facilities, please contact your
local authority or retailer from where the product was purchased.

13 Guarantee
Novar ED&S undertakes to replace or repair at its discretion goods, should they become defective within 2 year solely as a
result of faulty materials and workmanship.
Understandably, if the product has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the instructions, if the
product has not been used appropriately or if any attempt has been made to rectify, dismantle or alter the product in any way,
the guarantee will be invalidated.
The guarantee states Novar ED&S entire liability. The guarantee does not extend to cover consequential loss or damage or
installation costs arising from the defective product. The guarantee does not in any way affect the statutory or other rights of a
consumer and applies to products installed within the EU only. If an item develops a fault, the product must be returned to the

EVENT [EREIGNIS]
Bei einem Ereignis handelt es sich um einen Satz mehrerer Aktionen, die stattfinden, wenn die Anlage von einem Detektor
ausgelöst wird. Ein Ereignis kann beispielsweise so erstellt werden, dass eine (mit einem Homeautomation-Gerät verbundene)
Stehlampe automatisch eingeschaltet wird, wenn der Tür-/Fensterkontakt feststellt, dass die vordere Tür geöffnet wird. Im
Gegensatz zu Programmen werden Ereignisse von Meldern aktiviert und nicht durch eine Anfrage seitens des Benutzers.
Ein Ereignis kann auch so eingestellt werden, dass es durch eine Änderung der Sicherheitseinstellungen ausgelöst wird. Wird
das Bedienfeld beispielsweise über die Webseite aus der Fernen scharf gestellt, kann hierdurch das Licht zur Abschreckung von
Einbrechern eingeschaltet werden.

Verwenden Sie das mobile Gerät nicht, um auf die GlobalGuard-Onlinesoftware zuzugreifen. Sie können aufgrund der
ActiveX-Steuerung nur mit einem Windows PC und dem Internet Explorer auf die GlobalGuard-Online-Web-Software
zugreifen.

Mit der App können sich bis zu 6 Online- und Admin-Benutzer gleichzeitig im System anmelden.

Die App zeigt nicht alle Videodateien für die Wiedergabe von einer optionalen IP-Kamera. Die App zeigt nur
Videodateien, die mit ausgelösten Ereignissen zu tun haben. Die Videodateien erscheinen als "PLAY" ["WIEDERGABE"]
neben den Ereignissen im Ereignisprotokoll. Wird mehr als eine Kamera mit Ihrer Anlage verbunden, gibt die App nur
das Video einer der Kameras wieder.

Die Apps können jederzeit und ohne Vorankündigung aktualisiert werden.

GlobalGuard Camplay-Software
Die GlobalGuard Camplay-Software wird verwendet, um Videodateien wiederzugeben, die von der Micro-SD-Karte Ihrer IPKamera auf Ihren PC übertragen wurden. Die Software kann auch eine Videodatei in das AVI-Format konvertieren, damit die
Datei von den meisten Media Playern wiedergegeben werden kann. Achten Sie darauf, den kompletten Ordner der Micro-SDKarte mit Inhalt auf Ihren PC zu kopieren.

Bedienfeld lautet "1234". Wenn Sie die Anlage zum ersten Mal verwenden, ändern Sie den voreingestellten PIN-Code.

Achtung:

Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die richtige Uhrzeit und das richtige Datum auf dem Computer einstellen.
Verwenden Sie die Software nicht gleichzeitig mit der Online-Software oder einem mobilen Gerät.
Um alle Einstellungen nach der Änderung zu speichern, stellen Sie eine Synchronisation sicher.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die ersten beiden LED-Anzeigen am IP-Gateway vor der Installation grün leuchten.

automatisch den Zonen 1 und 2 zugewiesen, die
vorkonfigurierte 30 Sekunden Ein/Ausgangsverzögerungen haben. Es wird empfohlen,
den ersten Melder einem Ein-/Ausgangspunkt Ihres
Hauses zuzuweisen (z.B. Vordertür).
Wenn Sie ein Sicherheitsgerät in die Anlage aufnehmen,
ertönt auf dem Bedienfeld ein Signalton, der auf den
Empfang des Einlerncodes hinweist.
Die Eingangsverzögerung kann unter "ADVANCE
SETTING" ["ERWEITERTE EINSTELLUNGEN") für das
Gerät eingestellt werden.
Sie können die Ausgangsverzögerung für einen
Scharfstellmodus unter "SETTINGS"
["EINSTELLUNGEN"] > “SYSTEM” > "CONTROL PANEL"
["BEDIENFELD") einrichten.
Sie müssen stets den Ort des Sicherheitsdetektorgeräts
angeben.
"Teilscharf-I" und "Teilscharf-II werden verwendet,
um einen beliebigen Sicherheitsmelder zu aktivieren,
der so konfiguriert wurde, dass er mit "Teilscharf-I oder
"Teilscharf-II" zusammenarbeitet. In der
Grundeinstellung ist keiner der Melder auf "Teilscharf-I"
oder "Teilscharf-II" eingestellt. (Beispiel: Scharfstellung
der Melder im Erdgeschoss während die Melder im
Dachgeschoss unscharf sind, weil dort geschlafen wird.)
Der Modus "Scharf bei Urlaub" ist ein Duplikat des
Modus "Vollscharf". Der Modus "Vollscharf" wird
üblicherweise täglich verwendet, während der Modus
"Scharf bei Urlaub" verwendet wird, wenn man längere
Zeit im Urlaub ist.

Bleibt die App geöffnet, erscheint ein grüner Punkt in der Meldungsleiste des Geräts. Erscheint ein roter Punkt, bedeutet
dies, dass die App getrennt wurde.
Wird die App geöffnet gelassen, verringert dies die Lebensdauer der Batterie des Geräts.

Een programma is een groep van één of meerdere activiteiten die onmiddellijk na oproep van de gebruiker worden geactiveerd.
Programma's kunnen aan de huisautomatiseringsknoppen (I/II/III) op het bedieningspaneel worden toegewezen, zodat ze
worden geactiveerd als de gebruiker de knoppen op het bedieningspaneel of de toetsen van de startpagina van de pcinstallatiesoftware, de online software voor toegang op afstand of de smartphone-app indrukt.
Maximaal 16 programma's kunnen worden toegevoegd en
onderhouden.
Opmerking: De knop 'PROGRAMMES' [PROGRAMMA'S]
wordt grijs als u het maximumaantal programma's heeft
bereikt.

EVENT [GEBEURTENIS]
Een gebeurtenis is een groep van meerdere activiteiten die plaatsvinden als het systeem door een detector wordt geactiveerd.
Een gebeurtenis kan, bijvoorbeeld, worden aangemaakt voor het automatisch inschakelen van de lamp in het portiek
(aangesloten op een aan/uit-apparaat) als de contactdetector van de deur of het raam waarneemt dat de voordeur opengaat.
In tegenstelling tot programma's worden gebeurtenissen door detectoren geactiveerd in plaats van op verzoek van de
gebruiker.
Een gebeurtenis kan ook zo worden ingesteld, dat deze door een wijziging in de beveiligingsinstellingen wordt geactiveerd.
Bijvoorbeeld, door het bedieningspaneel op afstand via de website op een inschakelmodus in te stellen, kan de verlichting
worden ingeschakeld om indringers te verjagen.
Maximaal 32 gebeurtenissen kunnen worden toegevoegd
en onderhouden.

Gebruik het mobiele toestel niet om de online GlobalGuard-software te openen. Dankzij de ActiveX-besturing kunt u
de online GlobalGuard-software alleen via het web met een Windows pc en Internet Explorer openen.

Maximaal 6 online gebruikers en systeembeheerders kunnen tegelijkertijd met behulp van de app in het systeem
inloggen.

De app toont niet alle videobestanden voor afspelen vanaf een optionele CCTV-camera. De app toont alleen
videobestanden die bij een trigger-gebeurtenis behoren. De videobestanden worden weergegeven met [PLAY]

systeembeheerderspincode voor het bedieningspaneel is '1234'. Wijzig bij het eerste gebruik van het systeem de
standaardpincode.

U moet altijd de locatie van de beveiligingsdetector
specificeren.
'Part Arm-I' [Deels inschakelen-I] en 'Part Arm-II' [Deels
inschakelen-II] dienen voor activering van een
beveiligingsdetector die is geconfigureerd voor werking
bij 'Part Arm-I' [Deels inschakelen-I] of 'Part Arm-II'
[Deels inschakelen-II]. Standaard wordt geen van de
detectoren op 'Part Arm-I' [Deels inschakelen-I] of 'Part
Arm-II' [Deels inschakelen-II] ingesteld (bijvoorbeeld:
inschakeling van de beveiligingsdetectoren beneden
terwijl u 's nachts slaapt).
De modus 'Holiday Arm' [Vakantie-inschakeling] is een
kopie van de modus 'Fully Arm' [Volledig inschakelen].
De modus 'Fully Arm' [Volledig inschakelen] is
doorgaans voor dagelijks gebruik, terwijl de modus
'Holiday Arm' [Vakantie-inschakeling] wordt gebruikt als

Bediening (toegang via mobiele app)
Open de GlobalGuard mobiele app op het mobiele toestel.

Het mobiele toestel moet met een goede ontvangst met internet zijn verbonden.
De app kan tijdens het uitvoeren van andere apps op de achtergrond open blijven staan. De app blijft waarschuwingen via
het systeem ontvangen. Als de Android-app open blijft staan, verschijnt een groene stop op de mededelingenbalk van het
toestel. Als een rode stip verschijnt, geeft dit aan dat de verbinding met de app is verbroken.
Als de app open blijft staan, gaat dit ten koste van de levensduur van de batterij van het toestel.

Novar ED&S garandeert dat naar zijn goeddunken goederen worden vervangen of gerepareerd als deze binnen 2 jaar
uitsluitend als gevolg van een fout in het materiaal en de fabricage defect raken.
Uiteraard komt de garantie te vervallen als het product niet volgens de instructies is geïnstalleerd, bediend of onderhouden, als
het product niet op de juiste manier is gebruikt of als een poging is gedaan het product op ongeacht welke wijze te corrigeren,
te ontmantelen of te modificeren.
De garantie verklaart de gehele aansprakelijkheid van Novar ED&S. De garantie dekt geen vervolgschade of schade of
installatiekosten als gevolg van het defecte product. De garantie heeft geen enkele invloed op de wettelijke of andere rechten

PROGRAMMES
Un programme est un ensemble d'actions qui sont mises en place immédiatement à la demande de l'utilisateur. Les
programmes peuvent être affectés aux boutons d'automatisation du domicile (I/II/III) du panneau de commande. Ainsi, ils sont
activés lorsque l'utilisateur appuie sur les boutons du panneau de commande, sur les touches de la page d'accueil du logiciel de
configuration PC, voire via l'application pour smartphone ou le logiciel d'accès à distance en ligne.
Pour ajouter et gérer jusqu'à 16 programmes.
Note : Le bouton “PROGRAMMES” devient gris lorsque
vous avez atteint le nombre maximum de programmes.

EVENT (ÉVÉNEMENT)
Un événement est un ensemble d'actions multiples qui se sont déroulées lorsque le système a été déclenché par un détecteur.
Par exemple, un événement peut être créé pour allumer automatiquement la lampe du porche (connectée à un dispositif
marche/arrêt) lorsque le détecteur de contact porte/fenêtre détecte l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée. Contrairement aux
programmes, les événements sont activés par des détecteurs et non par une demande de l'utilisateur.
Un événement peut également être réglé pour se déclencher suite à une modification des réglages de sécurité. Par exemple,
le réglage du panneau de commande sur un mode d'activation à distance via le site Web peut allumer l'éclairage pour dissuader
les intrus.
Pour ajouter et gérer jusqu'à 32 événements.

Note :

N'utilisez pas le dispositif mobile pour accéder au logiciel GlobalGuard en ligne. Vous pouvez uniquement accéder au
logiciel Web GlobalGuard en ligne avec un PC Windows et Internet Explorer du fait du contrôle ActiveX.

Jusqu'à 6 utilisateurs en ligne et utilisateurs admin peuvent se connecter simultanément au système avec l'application.

L'application n'affiche pas tous les fichiers vidéo pour leur lecture depuis une caméra CCTV optionnelle. L'application
affiche uniquement les fichiers vidéo associés avec un événement déclencheur quelconque. Les fichiers vidéo
s'affichent comme [PLAY] (LECTURE) à côté des événements du journal d'événement. Si plusieurs caméras sont
connectées à votre système, l'application lit uniquement la vidéo de l'une d'entre elles.

Les applications sont sujettes à des mises à jour à tout moment, sans préavis.
3.4
Logiciel GlobalGuard Camplay
Le logiciel GlobalGuard Camplay sert à lire les fichiers vidéo transférés depuis la carte Micro SD de votre caméra CCTV sur votre
PC. Le logiciel peut aussi convertir un fichier vidéo au format AVI afin de le lire sur la plupart des types de lecteurs de médias.
Assurez-vous de copier le dossier complet avec le contenu de la carte Micro SD sur votre PC.

Installez le logiciel.
Installez Microsoft .Net Framework V4.0, s'il est demandé durant l'installation. Après l'installation, l'icône
d'application s'affiche sur le bureau.
Modification du code PIN
Le code PIN utilisateur sert à accéder au panneau de commande. Le système demande à l'utilisateur son code PIN Admin avant
de lire les données du panneau de commande. Le code PIN Admin prédéfini en usine pour le panneau de commande est “1234”.
Lorsque vous utilisez le système pour la première fois, changez le code PIN par défaut.

Assurez-vous d'avoir réglé les mêmes heure et date sur le système que sur le PC.

Fonctionnement
Attention :

Assurez-vous d'avoir réglé l'heure et la date correctes sur l'ordinateur.
N'utilisez pas le logiciel en même temps que le logiciel en ligne ou un dispositif mobile.
Assurez-vous de synchroniser tous les réglages après leur modification.
Assurez-vous que les deux premiers indicateurs de la passerelle IP sont verts avant l'installation. Pendant l'exécution
du logiciel, le second indicateur RF reste orange.

Les deux premiers dispositifs détecteurs de sécurité
(détecteur de mouvement PIR et détecteur de contact
porte/fenêtre) sont automatiquement affectés aux
zones 1 et 2 dont les délais d'entrée/sortie prédéfinis
sont de 30 secondes. Nous vous recommandons
d'ajouter le premier détecteur à un point d'entrée/sortie
de votre propriété (par ex. porte d'entrée).
Lorsque vous ajoutez un dispositif de sécurité au
système, le panneau de commande émet un bip pour
indiquer la réception du code d'apprentissage.
Le délai d'entrée peut être défini dans “ADVANCE
SETTING” (RÉGLAGE AVANCÉ) pour le dispositif.
Vous pouvez définir le délai de sortie pour un code
d'activation dans “SETTINGS” (RÉGLAGES) > “SYSTEM”
(SYSTÈME) > “CONTROL PANEL” (PANNEAU DE COMMANDE).
Vous devez toujours spécifier la localisation du dispositif
détecteur de sécurité.
Les modes “Part Arm-I” (Activer partiel I) et “Part ArmII” (Activer partiel II) sont employés pour activer tout
détecteur de sécurité ayant été configuré pour
fonctionner avec “Part Arm-I” (Activer partiel I) ou “Part
Arm-II” (Activer partiel II). Par défaut, aucun des
détecteurs n'est configuré pour “Part Arm-I” (Activer
partiel I) ou “Part Arm-II” (Activer partiel II). (Par
exemple : activation des détecteurs de sécurité du rezde-chaussée pour la nuit.)
Le mode “Holiday Arm” (Activer vacances) est un doublon
du mode “Fully Arm” (Activer tout). Le mode “Fully Arm”
(Activer tout) est le plus utilisé au quotidien alors que le
mode “Holiday Arm”(Activer vacances) concerne les
périodes d'absence prolongée pour les vacances.

L'appareil doit être connecté à Internet avec une bonne réception.
L'application peut être laissée ouverte en tâche de fond tout en utilisant d'autres applications. Elle continue ainsi à
recevoir les alertes du système. Si l'application Android reste ouverte, un point vert s'affiche dans la barre de notification
du dispositif. Si un point rouge s'affiche, c'est l'indication que l'application est déconnectée.
Si l'application reste ouverte, l'autonomie de la batterie du dispositif est réduite.

EVENT [EVENTO]
Un evento es un conjunto de varias acciones que se producen cuando el sistema es activado por un detector. Por ejemplo,
puede crearse un evento para encender automáticamente la lámpara del porche (conectada a un dispositivo de
encendido/apagado) cuando el detector de contacto de puerta/ventana detecta la apertura de la puerta delantera. A diferencia
de los programas, los eventos son activados por detectores en vez de ser solicitados directamente por el usuario.
También puede definirse la activación de un evento por un cambio en los ajustes de seguridad. Por ejemplo, el ajuste del panel
de control en un modo de armado de forma remota a través del sitio web puede encender la luz para disuadir a los intrusos.

GlobalGuard en línea con un PC que ejecute Windows e Internet Explorer debido al control ActiveX.

Hasta 6 usuarios en línea y usuarios administradores pueden iniciar sesión en el sistema simultáneamente utilizando
la aplicación.

La aplicación no mostrará todos los archivos de vídeo para la reproducción de una cámara CCTV opcional. La
aplicación sólo mostrará los archivos de vídeo asociados con los eventos activadores. Los archivos de vídeo
aparecerán como [PLAY] (REPRODUCIR) al lado de los eventos en el registro de eventos. Si hay más de una cámara
conectada a su sistema, la aplicación sólo reproducirá vídeo de una de las cámaras.

Las aplicaciones están sujetas a actualizaciones en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.

El software GlobalGuard Camplay se utiliza para reproducir archivos de vídeo transferidos desde la tarjeta Micro SD de su

El dispositivo móvil debe estar conectado a Internet con buena recepción.
La aplicación puede dejarse abierta en segundo plano mientras se ejecutan otras aplicaciones, Seguirá recibiendo alertas
del sistema. Si se deja abierta al aplicación Android, aparece un punto verde en la barra de notificaciones del dispositivo.
Si aparece un punto rojo, quiere decir que la aplicación está desconectada.

Uso previsto
GlobalGuard è il software per la gestione dei dispositivi del sistema di allarme domestico. Con il software di configurazione del
PC GlobalGuard è possibile configurare le impostazioni di sistema, aggiungere dispositivi e definire i tasti per la domotica. Il
sistema di allarme domestico è accessibile tramite il software online e l'app per smartphone.

EVENTO
Per evento si intende una serie di azioni che si verificano quando il sistema viene attivato da un rilevatore. Ad esempio,
è possibile creare un evento per accendere automaticamente la luce in veranda (collegata a un dispositivo di
accensione/spegnimento) quando il rilevatore di contatto della finestra/porta rileva l'apertura del portoncino d'ingresso.
A differenza dei programmi, attivati su richiesta dell'utente, gli eventi si attivano in base ai rilevatori.
Un evento può anche essere impostato in modo che venga attivato in caso di modifica delle impostazioni di sicurezza.
Ad esempio, impostando il pannello di controllo su un modo di inserimento in remoto tramite sito Web è possibile accendere
le luci come deterrente contro le intrusioni.
Consente di aggiungere e gestire fino a 32 eventi.

Per pianificazione si intende una serie di azioni attivate al raggiungimento dell'ora prestabilita. Ad esempio, è possibile creare
una pianificazione per accendere una lampada da tavolo collegata a un dispositivo di accensione/spegnimento alle 18:00 e
spegnerla alle 23:00 tutti i giorni o solo in alcuni.

Il codice aggressione attiva l'invio di una e-mail di

L'app GlobalGuard è disponibile per iOS e Android. Può essere utilizzata per:

riprodurre i file video registrati associati solo ai registri eventi

scattare fotografie (snapshot) e salvarle sul dispositivo mobile
Nota:

Non utilizzare il dispositivo mobile per accedere al software GlobalGuard online. A causa del controllo ActiveX,
è possibile accedere al software Web GlobalGuard online solo con un PC Windows e Internet Explorer.

Possono accedere contemporaneamente al sistema tramite l'app fino a 6 utenti online e utenti con privilegi di
amministratore.

L'app non visualizzerà tutti i file video per la riproduzione dalle videocamere CCTV opzionali. L'app visualizzerà solo
i file video associati a qualsiasi evento di attivazione. I file video verranno visualizzati come [RIPR.] di fianco agli eventi
nel registro eventi. Se più di una videocamera è collegata al sistema, l'app riprodurrà solo i video di una videocamera.

Le app possono essere aggiornate in qualsiasi momento senza alcun preavviso.

Il software GlobalGuard Camplay viene utilizzato per riprodurre i file video trasferiti dalla scheda Micro SD della videocamera
CCTV al PC. Con questo software è anche possibile convertire i file video in formato AVI, in modo che possano essere riprodotti
dalla maggior parte dei lettori. Assicurarsi di copiare sul PC l'intera cartella con i contenuti della scheda Micro SD.

Modifica del codice PIN
Il codice PIN utente viene utilizzato per accedere al pannello di controllo. Il sistema chiederà all'utente di inserire il codice PIN
amministratore prima di leggere i dati dal pannello di controllo. Il codice PIN amministratore preimpostato in fabbrica per il
pannello di controllo è "1234". Modificare il codice PIN predefinito quando si utilizza il sistema per la prima volta.

Utilizzo
Attenzione:





Assicurarsi di aver impostato correttamente la data e l'ora sul computer.
Non utilizzare il software contemporaneamente al software online o a un dispositivo mobile.
Assicurarsi di aver eseguito la sincronizzazione per salvare tutte le impostazioni dopo averle modificate.
Assicurarsi che i primi due indicatori sul gateway IP siano verdi prima dell'installazione. Mentre il software è in
esecuzione, il secondo indicatore RF rimane arancione.

I primi due dispositivi rilevatori di sicurezza (rilevatore di
movimento PIR/contatto finestra/porta) verranno
assegnati automaticamente alle zone 1 e 2, le quali
hanno un ritardo ingresso/uscita preconfigurato di
30 secondi. Si consiglia di aggiungere il primo rilevatore
a un punto di ingresso/uscita della proprietà (ad es.
portoncino d'ingresso).
Quando si aggiunge un dispositivo di sicurezza al
sistema, il pannello di controllo emetterà un segnale
acustico per indicare la ricezione del codice di
apprendimento.
Per il dispositivo, il ritardo ingresso può essere
impostato in "IMPOST. AVANZATE".
È possibile impostare il ritardo uscita per un modo di
inserimento in "IMPOSTAZIONI" > "SISTEMA" >
"PANNELLO DI CONTROLLO".
L'ubicazione del dispositivo rilevatore di sicurezza deve
sempre essere specificata.
"Ins. parz. 1" e "Ins. parz. 2" sono utilizzati per attivare
eventuali rilevatori di sicurezza configurati per il
funzionamento con queste opzioni. Per impostazione
predefinita, nessuno dei rilevatori è impostato su "Ins.
parz. 1" e "Ins. parz. 2". (Ad es. l'attivazione dei rilevatori di
sicurezza al pian terreno durante le ore notturne).
Il modo "Inser. per vacanze" è uguale al modo
"Inserimento completo". Il modo "Inserimento
completo" viene in genere utilizzato tutti i giorni,
mentre il modo "Inser. per vacanze" si imposta quando
si è via per periodi più lunghi.

Aprire l'app mobile GlobalGuard sul dispositivo mobile.

Il dispositivo mobile deve essere sempre collegato a Internet e avere una buona copertura di rete.
L'app può essere lasciata aperta in background mentre sono in esecuzione altre app. Continuerà comunque a ricevere
allarmi di sistema. Se l'app per Android viene lasciata aperta, sulla barra di notifica del dispositivo verrà visualizzato un
pallino verde. Il pallino rosso indica invece che l'app è disconnessa.
La durata della batteria del dispositivo si riduce se l'app rimane aperta.

EVENT (Evento)
Um evento é um conjunto de múltiplas acções que ocorrem quando o sistema é activado por um detector. Por exemplo, pode
ser criado um evento para ligar automaticamente a luz do alpendre (ligada a um dispositivo de ligar/desligar) quando o
detector de contacto da porta/janela detectar a abertura da porta da frente. Ao contrário dos programas, os eventos são
activados por detectores em vez de serem activados a pedido do utilizador.
Também é possível definir um evento para que seja desencadeado por uma alteração das definições de segurança. Por exemplo,
definir o painel de controlo para um modo de armação remotamente através do website pode ligar a luz para afastar os
intrusos.



Até 6 utilizadores online e utilizadores admin podem iniciar sessão no sistema simultaneamente utilizando a aplicação.

A aplicação não apresentará todos os ficheiros de vídeo para reprodução a partir de qualquer câmara CCTV opcional.
A aplicação apenas apresentará ficheiros de vídeo associados a quaisquer eventos. Os ficheiros de vídeo aparecerão
como [PLAY] (Reproduzir) junto aos eventos no registo de eventos. Se mais do que uma câmara estiver ligada ao
sistema, a aplicação apenas reproduzirá vídeo de uma das câmaras.

As aplicações estão sujeitas a actualizações a qualquer altura sem aviso.

O software GlobalGuard Camplay é utilizado para reproduzir ficheiros de vídeo transferidos do cartão Micro SD da câmara CCTV

O código PIN do Utilizador é utilizado para aceder ao painel de controlo. O sistema solicita ao utilizador o código PIN do Admin,

Os primeiros dois dispositivos de detecção de segurança
(detector de movimento PIR/contacto de porta ou
janela) são automaticamente atribuídos às zonas 1 e 2,
que pré-configuraram atrasos de entrada/saída de
30 segundos. É recomendável adicionar o primeiro
detector a um ponto de entrada/saída da propriedade
(casa) (por exemplo a porta da frente).







Ao adicionar um dispositivo de segurança ao sistema, o
painel de controlo emite um som para indicar a
recepção do código de aprendizagem.
O atraso de entrada pode ser definido em "ADVANCE
SETTING" (Definição avançada) do dispositivo.
Pode definir o atraso de saída para um modo de
armação em "SETTINGS" > "SYSTEM" > "CONTROL
PANEL" (Definições > Sistema > Painel de controlo).
Deve especificar sempre a localização do dispositivo de
detecção de segurança.
"Part Arm-I" (Armar parcial I) e "Part Arm-II" (armar
parcial II) são utilizados para activar qualquer detector
de segurança configurado para funcionar com "Part
Arm-I" (Armar parcial I) ou "Part Arm-II" (Armar parcial
II). Por predefinição, nenhum dos detectores é definido
para "Part Arm-I" (Armar parcial I) ou "Part Arm-II"
(Armar parcial II). (Por exemplo: armar os detectores de
segurança no andar inferior ao dormir durante a noite.)
O modo "Holiday Arm" (Armar férias) é duplicado do
modo "Fully Arm" (Armar totalmente). O modo "Fully
Arm" (Armar totalmente) é utilizado diariamente, ao
passo que o modo "Holiday Arm" (Armar férias) é
utilizado quando está ausente de férias durante um
período longo.
Substituir um dispositivo
Se clicar em "Replace Device" (Substituir dispositivo), todos os dispositivos existentes são apresentados.

A "MAC ID" (ID Mac) está impressa numa etiqueta na
parte inferior do gateway.
Siga as instruções. O sistema envia uma palavra-passe
temporária para o endereço de e-mail do utilizador
administrador.

que o contacto receba alertas de e-mail do sistema.
Deve sempre terminar sessão.
O tempo de resposta do software dependerá da velocidade do servidor online no momento.

Funcionamento (acesso à aplicação móvel)
Abra a aplicação móvel GlobalGuard no dispositivo móvel.
Nota:



o dispositivo móvel deve ser ligado à Internet e dispor de uma boa recepção.
A aplicação pode ser deixada aberta em segundo plano ao executar outras aplicações. Continuará a receber alertas do
sistema. Se a aplicação Android for deixada aberta, aparecerá um ponto verde na barra de notificação do dispositivo.
Um ponto vermelho indica que a aplicação está desligada.
Se a aplicação for deixada aberta, a autonomia da bateria do dispositivo é reduzida.
