WHAT IS THE FÒRUM?
The original enogastronomic congress and fair,
created in 1999.
Setting new trends, it has become a model to
follow.
Continually evolving as it adapts to the times and
trends of the professional food and wine sector.
It is a place for learning, for reflection and
debate with a programme of activities designed
specifically to offer the best tools to professionals;
a market of products with a dynamic and
participative trade fair; a real meeting place for the
trade.
It is currently held in three places:
Coruña 15th to 17th March 2015, Girona 15th to 17th
November 2015 and in Barcelona in November
2016.

AUDITORIUM
Live cooking shows. Space for 700 people and technically
equipped to allow you to fully enjoy the show brought to you
by the very best chefs from the national and international
panorama. Access is free with the trade fair entrance. WORKSHOPS
The Fòrum model is live cooking + tasting. Chefs’
demonstrations given by renowned specialists followed by
a food tasting at the end. Capacity for 80 people. Previous
inscription is required. Exhibitors may also organize tastings
and presentations of their products.
THE ACTIVE CLASSROOM
These are highly specialized demonstrations which include
tastings. Exclusively for 20 people per session. Advanced
reservation is required.

WINE FÒRUM
The world of wine has its own place in the Fòrum with
oenologists, winegrowers, sommeliers, experts and advisors,
who reflect upon the subject and exchange ideas and
experiences, all while tasting the best bottles.
SWEET FÒRUM
Now an established part of the Fòrum, this has been a
specialization since the Fòrum’s beginning. Demonstrations
of sweets and deserts from master patisseurs; the very best
professionals from the field have all taken part over the years.
BUSINESS FÒRUM
The business Fòrum addresses the new challenges faced by
the restaurant sector, offering practical knowledge on how
to optimize resources, create new products, concepts and
business ideas.
