Bill is a 91 year old who is always on the
go. He helps serve meals for nutrition program. He is an Advisory Council member,
helps at the Terrace Café, volunteers to take
birthday pictures, amd works the dance
and special events. Thank you Bill Albright!
Our membership is a diverse population with
many unique charactersistics! We value each
of our members and want to create an inviting
atmosphere for all. We will be including segments of our membership policies monthly to
keep our members informed and up to date on
the latest news.

Spa Safety Reminders:
1. Keep time in the spa limited to a maximum
of 15 minutes.
2. Do not use the spa if you are on medications
that make you drowsy.
3. If you have diabetes, high or low blood
pressure, or other medical conditions that can be
affected by spa use then please ask your doctor
before using the spa.
The Importance of Athletic Shoes
Please wear athletic shoes when utilizing the
athletic side of the building (including the 2nd
floor fitness area, track, and gym floor). Proper
footwear will not only help you have a better
workout, but you will also be safer with better
traction. Our facilities see quite a bit of activity,
but with proper athletic shoes we can all help to
increase the longevity of the floor.
