RnA Drops Affiliate Agreement
Purpose of the RnA Drops Affiliate Program:
The purpose of the RnA Drops affiliate program is to generate new sales from each affiliate’s own
network audience. Each affiliate is rewarded for the generation of new customers. Each affiliate is
responsible for communicating information pertaining to RnA Drops to each customer he/she brings
to the company.
ISSUES:
Our initial pay­plan of 15­20% has reached its capacity and must be reduced in order to facilitate
company growth. Our affiliate program was slated to be our main means of reaching new customers
but, in fact, represent only 7% of the total volume of sales generated by the company – with only a
handful of “active” affiliates pioneering most of this volume.
Updates to RnA Drops Affiliate Commission Structure:
The new RnA Drops website will launch on or before August 01, 2013 featuring a new affiliate
program. The commission structure for the new program will be 12% on regular priced sales, and
7% on auto­ship sales.
AFFILIATE REQUIREMENTS TO BE COMPENSATED ACCORDINGLY:
Affiliate’s unique URL link, domain, website, or marketing piece may not appear on Google’s 1st
page search results, unless approved by the company.
Affiliate must be purchasing or referring at least $200.00 per month in total sales volume, from one
or more customers.
Affiliate must have at least 2 customers referred and current with purchases. Example: John
referred Mary in April of 2013. Mary is still using her RnA Drops and orders products each month.
Affiliate must have his or her social security number or Tax ID on record to receive compensation for
referred sales.
Affiliate must comply with any new rules or guidelines set forth by the company.
Possible Strategies
The company­funded mini­bottle program has been a huge success for the company in reaching out
to new potential customers. We will keep the commission for RnA mini­bottles at $5.00 per sale for
each affiliate who uses this strategy to attract new customers.
OTHER WAYS OF ACQUIRING CUSTOMERS:
Participate in joint­venture programs with individuals who have an existing audience or platform.
Example: Attend a health conference with a health­practitioner who endorses the RnA

Completement Products and refers sales to you.
Have a website that brands you, what you do, and offers a link or banner to the RnA Drops for an
easy drop­ship sale.
Requirements must be met, as stated above, in order to maintain eligibility for commissions.
Website must be approved by the company if any claims are being made about RnA Drops or any
other RnA Drops Completement Products.
3. Personal face­to­face selling of RnA Drops & our other products. Many people on the RnA
Drops are bright and shining examples of the bliss and ascension that is possible and attract
people who want what you have!
4. Create a YouTube channel.
5. Speak at your own health talks and endorse the RnA Completement Products.
6. Set up a retail space, as outlined below:
RnA Drops Wholesale Program
The RnA Drops Wholesale Program is strictly for health­care professionals, business owners, or
other opportunities where the client has an established audience, platform, or network of customers.
REQUIREMENTS AND MARGINS:
A minimum of 12­units of each product must be purchased per order to receive a wholesale pricing.
All product sales are paid up front – no net 30 opportunity is available.
Wholesale clients are responsible for their own shipping, distribution, and collection of money.
Subject to company approval. Each interested candidate must submit:

the estimated reach of their targeted audience
pertinent information about their business, audience, practice, that will help expose
our products in the marketplace.
A minimum of 24­units per quarter (every 3 months) must be purchased in order to maintain a
wholesale account.
An affiliate can be a wholesale provider in conjunction with his or her affiliate partnership & receive
7­12% of sales commission for online (we drop­ship) sales and retail their own sales for a 30%
margin offline. (Matthew, I don’t know if this 30% margin is explained anywhere.)
A wholesale provider MAY NOT:

provide his or her own pay buttons
put our products on Amazon or Ebay, or any other website
must STRICTLY provide the product “in house” to their own existing database or
customer walk­in traffic.
It is premitted to sell the product online to an existing email list, or telephone list, but the product
must NEVER be listed online with your own pay buttons, unless granted permission by our
company.

Non­response may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement that exists and the inability to
continue to profit from the partnership agreement you currently have.
